We had a general idea of how we wanted our wedding to be; Celebrate Dallas took our vision and brought it to a level we never could have imagined. Caitlin and Megan had so many fantastic and creative ideas that really shined and made the wedding a true representation of us.
Their communication throughout the process was top notch, and we always felt like we were kept in the loop when decisions were being made.
Knowing that our big day was in capable, qualified hands helped to ease any stress we had going into our wedding, which allowed us to fully take in, enjoy, and cherish the occasion. Very highly recommended!

We hired Caitlin for the day-of-hustle and Megan for our florals and they both knocked it out of the park.
Throughout the planning process, Caitlin was so helpful in giving vendor recommendations -- our cake, transportation, and hair/makeup were all Caitlin recos and we couldn't have been happier. Caitlin did an incredible job of making herself available for any questions or thoughts I had.
In the month leading up to the wedding, Caitlin developed timelines that would make a type-A heart go pitter patter. She had things planned down to the minute and going into the wedding weekend I felt such a sense of calm knowing that Caitlin had everything locked down.
Megan did an incredible job of bring my floral vision to life. She pulled inspiration photos based on what I had described, and it was like she was a mind-reader. All of the florals on our wedding day were stunning!
The day of, I felt absolutely no stress because Caitlin was managing everything on the backend. I had so many people in the wedding party come up to me to sing Caitlin's praises. She was texting the groomsmen to make sure they were staying on schedule and checking in with me to make sure I was feeling at ease. Our wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Caitlin.
In short, Caitlin and Megan are rock stars. They’re fun to work with, I trust them implicitly, and they created the best night of my life. I absolutely adore both Caitlin and Megan and would recommend Celebrate Dallas/Celebrate Colorfully to any couple planning their wedding.

ut the entire time to answer any questions and provided us recommendations on our photographer and cake when we needed some guidance. I seriously feel so weird saying "vendor" because Caitlin was so much more than that. She was really a support system and felt like a friend by the time wedding day rolled around that I was 100% comfortable she was able to make what I was looking for come to life. I felt pampered, supported, guided...I seriously just had to show up for my wedding. Everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail, and ability to grab the reigns is more than I could have imagined. I only have a couple single friends left in Texas, but I will be pusing all of them and anyone I meet to work with her. Caitlin was the best spent money of the wedding, far and away. My (now) husband and I knew immediately she was the one for us ten minutes into our first meeting, and never questioned that decision for a split second. All of our family and guests commented on how amazing she was, how coordinated everything was, and how beautifully it all turned out. She ran the show in a way that was so smooth, you didn't even realize anyone was pulling all the strings until it was over. If I could give 1,000 stars I would! Absolutely adore and appreciate her!

Growing up in the wedding industry and currently owning a wedding business of my own I had a pretty good amount of knowledge for weddings. I NEVER dreamed I would hire a wedding planner. Well 6 months out stress took the best of me and I am SO fortunate to have accidentally met Caitlin through a mutual client of ours. BEST BLESSING EVER!!!!!!
Caitlin is EVERYTHING you need in a Best Friend... I mean wedding planner, but really are they different the month before you wedding? Her month-of coordination/ therapy sessions were the BEST investment I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Caitlin is organized, precise, PATIENT to a saint level, creative, direct, authoritative when necessary and super chill unless you mess with one of her brides... then its all momma bear to the rescue! I promise you this, hiring Caitlin is 100% a NON-regrettable decision.
One of the first things my husband said to me the day DIRECTLY AFTER the wedding was "Caitlin was really good, like the BEST money we spent the whole wedding... and I really appreciate how well she understood and respected you through everything" and my hubby is a man of VERY FEW words.

wedding day. Caitlin and Megan really took the time to get to know my wife and I. Right off the bat we really impressed with Celebrate Dallas. Caitlin and Megan met with us for over an hour to discuss our wedding. Within 30 minutes of our meeting we had detailed quotes for both florals and full service planning. We hired Celebrate Dallas to do both our planning and florals so I will break the review up in to two parts.
Planning: Caitlin was truly a dream to work with. Caitlin was always responsive to our emails and our text messages. Caitlin helped us book our vendors, negotiate contracts, and was a partner every step of the way. Our venue presented us with four walls and tables. Caitlin worked with us to design our reception space and truly knocked it out of the park. Caitlin paid attention to every detail for the big day and the results showed in the final product. Everything down to the napkins looked stunning and we have Caitlin to thank. Leading up to our wedding Caitlin coordinated our vendor team and my wife and I had no stress in that department. On the day of our wedding Caitlin arrived early to our venue and began coordinating our seemingly endless vendor list with ease. Our wedding day was 100% stress and drama free which is why you hire a planner! I had several guests remark to me after the wedding that they loved our wedding planner and enjoyed interacting with her. It’s been several weeks since our wedding and my wife and I keep remarking about how much we miss working with Caitlin.
Florals and Design: We worked with Megan to design the florals for our ceremony and reception space. Megan worked with us and our budget to produce stunning results. All of the floral designs she came up with very elegant and tasteful and best of all nothing was over the top. Megan truly went above and beyond what is required of a florist. She attended several design meetings with Caitlin and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We loved every little design element that Megan dreamed up and the finished product was phenomenal.

We had a minor hiccup with the reception venue with a change in management two weeks before the wedding; I was so thankful Megan was there because she made that management transition easy and made sure that no details were lost during that transition. Leading up to the big day, Caitlin answered countless (and I do mean countless...) questions and helped us brainstorm ideas we wouldn't have even considered ourselves, like a first dance hosted on the grand entrance patio instead of the dance floor. She reassured us about decisions every step of the way, and filled us in when we were lacking information. On the day of the wedding, I don't know what we would have done without Caitlin! As the bride, I had no idea there were any obstacles behind-the-scenes—because she had quickly smoothed them over before any mishaps were brought to my attention. Her calm demeanor, quick responsiveness, and of course fabulous personality were wonderful additions to our ceremony and reception.
Megan knocked it out of the park on florals! We talked about my overall vision and I showed her a few ideas. Her creativity far exceeded my expectations! She somehow managed to capture the classic elegance I had in mind, with enough of a twist that the arrangements still felt fresh and personalized. We were happy with every detail—from the rehearsal dinner and reception centerpieces, to bridesmaid bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres.
You should have absolutely no hesitation booking this wonderful duo. Celebrate Colorfully was an invaluable asset throughout the planning process, and is well-worth the investment for your peace of mind and a beautifully executed event. at others are aware. I do not think Megan at Celebrate Colorfully is the right coordinator for a DIY-heavy wedding that involves a lot of moving parts. She was late every time we had to meet at the venue because she didn't plan ahead, which is concerning since that is her job. She was the LAST person to arrive at our rehearsal leaving us with 15 minutes left to actually rehearse. I am understanding of traffic but all of our family and friends were coming from all over DFW and got caught in the same traffic and made it there before her. We only used Megan for "day of" coordination services, but were told that would include timeline and vendor timeline help as well as email and text communication any time leading up to the wedding. Megan was slow to respond to emails, and proved to be very little help with timelines. I created a detailed timeline with the help of our photographer and when I sent it to Megan she didn't even read it carefully, and changed things that I had planned with thought. It constantly felt like I was more prepared and had things together more than she did, which is not how it should be. The day of the wedding I hardly saw Megan. I had several members of the wedding party tell me that they had had to deal with vendors when she couldn't be found, and she never once consulted the timeline that I created, so our first dance ended up taking place in the wrong location, the best man who was acting as MC made wrong announcements because she didn't keep him informed, and the family almost took home a cooler that was rented at the end of the night because she never consulted the detailed packing list I made for her. Our wedding was still beautiful and I did not let this ruin our day, but we were ultimately disappointed with Celebrate Colorfully.

Celebrate Colorfully is a new business, but you'd never know based on their professionalism and attention to detail. Because they were new at the time, they hadn't worked with a lot of vendors, but Megan was always very good at researching vendors based on the specifications I wanted. I'm sure her vendor list has grown exponentially since our wedding as well.
Throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding and, more importantly, on the wedding day I had absolutely zero stress. Megan and her team set everything up beautifully! We made a few changes to the reception schedule on the day and it all went smoothly. It was honestly the wedding of our dreams and we couldn't have made that possible without Megan. If there were any issues on the day we would have never known about them. And when we asked if she could get some cake set aside for us because we had no time to eat it, she did. And it was great to be able to eat our cake in the hotel room later while we talked about how much we loved our wedding.
You cannot beat Megan's prices! As we said, we were one of Celebrate Colorfully's first clients so we got a ridiculously good price. As she's grown her business, her prices have gone up slightly (rightfully so!). Even though we got a great price, we made sure to tip her well because we felt that the rate she charged us undervalued her services. She's kind, funny and incredibly knowledgable about all things wedding. Hiring Celebrate Colorfully to coordinate your wedding will definitely be a decision you will not regret!
