work with Caroline the day of, she was helpful in answering some of the questions I had leading up to the date and helped in providing me recommendations of vendors that I was finding a hard time booking. She was also there during the venue tour and ceremony rehearsal to make sure she and her team were on the same page and vision as me for what I saw my wedding day to look like. Leading up to the wedding, she helped to make sure that all external vendors were on the same page and were aware of the wedding timeline. On the day of, we had Deborah and Yunah both help with coordinating the event in Caroline's place. I'm so grateful that they kept our timeline flowing and helped make the decisions to move some planned events around when we went over time on other things. Not once did my husband and I felt stressed the entire day. Thanks to them, I feel like I was one of the few lucky brides that were able to fully enjoy their wedding to the maximum, I truly didn't want the day to end. So thankful to this team and keeping the party fun and running so smoothly!

f the things I DIY-ed, she handled all the questions that got thrown at her by our guests (probably mostly the aunties) and she did it with a very calm demeanor. Going back to the planning accept, as a bride, I think of the most random questions at the most randomest times. And Caroline was so awesome at responding to me the following day and it gave me a lot of relief and made me feel like I'm getting things done. I didn't have to worry about the planning aspect at all because she was there for me the entire time. There was also a time when I thought I would need to upgrade my booking to an entire wedding planning because I felt like I didn't have enough time to put into it, she reassured me that I'm doing great and that it wouldn't be the best use of my resources to pay her more when I'm doing great and almost got most of my vendors. I just really appreciated Caroline for being there. The table setting was perfect, the day was so smooth and I know that it's all thanks to her! I highly recommend her!

emony), it was a no brainer that we hire Caroline as our partial coordinator. At the time, I had already booked my venue and a few of my vendors. However, she has great connections with a multitude of vendors and is super knowledgeable. She was very honest with me about the different vendors that she had worked with and which vendors I should consider. She also gave me options that fit my budget (even though, ultimately, I chose to go outside my budget, lol). Even with last minute additions (we decided to go with some strings for our ceremony and cocktail hour), she was able to go through her “rolodex” and find me vendors that would be great to book. She was great to bounce ideas off of as well. She is very well versed in all things wedding and made sure to connect multiple times with us to do check ins and zoom calls to create a wedding day timeline. She was very thorough to ensure we had everything that we wanted accomplished for the day of (as well as, the rehearsal). Because she is highly detail oriented, the wedding ran extremely smoothly. From the ceremony to reception to all the photos in-between, she kept us on track and even made sure everything was packed up and ready to go after the wedding. If you are thinking of getting any sort of coordinator (which I highly recommend), go with Caroline. You won’t be disappointed. We really appreciated everything that Caroline brought to our wedding. oordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She is so kind and personable; the first time we met, it felt like we were long time friends catching up over coffee. Caroline was there for us throughout our entire hectic planning process, from sending us lots of great vendor suggestions (she’s super connected to the wedding vendor network in the greater Seattle area) to working with us through 3 covid postponement date changes. She was super fast with responding to all emails and texts and helping keep my worries at bay when covid flipped everything upside-down. As our wedding day got closer, she created an amazingly detailed timeline so we knew exactly what would be happening, walked us through all the ceremony etiquettes, and helped set up the ceremony space and welcome table so that we didn’t have to worry about doing it ourselves. She also made sure to communicate with our vendors for setup and kept everything moving super smoothly. At the end of the night, she even helped pack up all of our decorations. I know that our wedding day wouldn’t have been as fun and stress free without Caroline and words truly cannot express how thankful we are for her and all of her hard work. I absolutely recommend her to everyone who is planning a wedding, and if I could, I'd give her 500000 stars!!!

Our original wedding date was in September 2020, but due to COVID, we had to push back it to June 2021. Caroline was always there for us throughout our whole wedding planning. It was as if I already knew her and she was a long-time friend of mine. She quickly responded to all my texts and emails and always knew how to ease any potential stress that may arise, especially planning a wedding during a pandemic. I personally pay close attention to detail and as we got closer to our wedding day, I started to get anxious with all of the uncertainties with the potential King County phase changes/updates. However, Caroline was always there every step of the way providing any updates she has heard/seen. As our wedding day was approaching, everything fell into place. Caroline is extremely detail-oriented, organized, punctual and very professional. She created a detailed timeline where it listed out everything to the minute. Caroline communicated with all of our vendors and handled all of the setup/clean-up so my husband and I did not have to worry at all. She continued to amaze me with all of the coordination she executed throughout our wedding day. Caroline decorated our welcome/guestbook table and she made my vision come to life! She even helped with my wedding dress when my bustle came undone and she immediately told me not to worry about it and knew what to do with it. Caroline is not your average wedding day-of-coordinator; she will go above and beyond every expectation you will have. I felt like she was my honorary bridesmaid! Every transition was so seamless and everything flowed so well; our wedding day was seriously so perfect. I remember all of our family and friends were checking in with me and asked if I was stressed at all and to be honest, I was not stressed one bit. My husband and I could not thank Caroline enough. She is the reason why we had such an amazing time with our family and friends without having to worry about the smaller details. My husband and I just needed to worry about getting to our wedding venue on time and leave in one piece; Caroline took care of everything else.
