I had pictures done in January 2014 and I love how they came out. I am interested in taking more. I live in Phoenix AZ but I don't know if CYS is available here. CYS did a awesome ...

DONT FALL FOR IT! Save yourself and go to a local photographer! My session was amazing my photographer was the best, but they overcharge so terribly. Here is their pricing, please ...
note you pay per image and you have to buy images before you can buy a book: 30+ images $69/per image, 20+ images $79/image, 10+ images $89/image, 3+ images $99/per image, 1+ images $149/per image. You get 2 free so I chose to just get 3 more out of the 101 they had and it was $338! Gurantee I could have gotten all images from my local person for less than that. RIP OFF!!!
I really hate the idea of being a keyboard warrior, but this company has too many red flags to not warn other women about.
I first heard of CYS from a friend of mine, who had wo...
n a free photo shoot from this company at a bridal expo last year. Now that I’m engaged, I attended a bridal expo in Milwaukee with the idea of boudoir photo shoots in mind, and, just my luck, CYS was there! Upon approaching the table to inquire, the woman running the booth was very disinterested in me being there. She made zero to little eye contact, and when I asked questions, she gave me a brush off answer of “here’s our card, look at the website.” I was disappointed, but let my info anyway.
The next time I heard from them was about three weeks later with the “You’ve won a FREE signature photo shoot!” Okay great! I signed up, paid the $50 deposit, and picked the date that was available - about three weeks out. A few days later I received a phone call from someone who basically read the contract to me, and then we scheduled the viewing session. After that, I heard nothing. It wasn’t until three days before the shoot that I was told who my photographer was and where we were shooting.
Here comes the day before, I get a confirmation text from the photographer for 1:30PM, and we were all set to go!
The day of the shoot I woke up early, went out to get my hair done, and I applied my makeup as recommended. While in these appointments, the photographer texted me three times, stating, “you can come as early as 12:30…” and then a fourth text, “you can come at 1:00.” So I eagerly responded, letting her know I’d leave as soon as I was ready.
I texted her before leaving at 12:30PM, letting her know I’d arrive in 15 minutes, and again, as soon as I was in the lobby at 12:45PM. Fifteen minutes pass, and I text her again, “let me know then room number!” No response. I sat in the hotel lobby for another twenty five minutes before calling her, and texting her again, “I’ve been here for about 45 minutes now, is everything okay? My shoot is set to start at 1:30PM.” Nothing.
At this point I’m getting very upset. I attempted to call her five more times, and each time her phone went straight to voicemail. I also attempted to call the corporate line for help, three different times, and same thing, despite Saturday business hours being listed up until 2PM, I never was connected to anyone. By 1:50PM I left the lobby without ever having done my shoot.
I’m very upset for so many reasons. Apart from paying a $50 deposit for a shoot that never happened, and an additional $40 for getting my hair done, I can’t even begin to describe how humiliated I felt. To be left sitting alone in a hotel lobby with your hair and makeup overly done while wearing loose fitting clothing? I could feel myself getting stared at and judged as if I was a street worker. This was supposed to be an intimate experience and I left feeling embarrassed and ashamed.
Do not waste your time with CYS. Apart from the no-show, consider all the other women who were blackmailed into paying $2000+ for photos taken by amateurs. I’m disappointed, but feel I’ve dodged a bullet as well.
Won a free photoshoot at bridal show so I attended it and now I am over three thousand dollars total if pay in full I did the layaway and now am expected to pay 567 dollars or so a...
month to try to pay it off in October which puts me in a tight money deal which I know my bad and lesson learned but how do you say it's free then it's arm and a leg my sister looked at her message since she got the same one as I did and hers said free also. Other then the money and stuff all and all my pictures did look great and I gained confidence and self esteem then when I came there before also the photographer was great.
This place is a rip off. I "won" a free boudoir photo shoot through Bridalrama in September 2020. Turns out everyone who entered won that day...but did we really win? When I went o...
nline and scheduled a day/time, there was only one available spot and I figured I had to make it work. The company called me and I had to put down $50 to hold that spot and they explained to me about a boudoir shoot and what was expected as far as outfits and makeup/hair. I was fine with all of that and yes they did then explain to me that I would receive 2 free prints with my "free photo shoot" but after the photo shoot I would have a photo viewing session when they would then go over purchasing other photos with me. So yes I was at this point understanding that I would have to make a purchase if I wanted the other photos. The day comes and I am so excited. I do my hair and makeup and I've purchased new lingerie. I work really hard to get my fiance out of the house so I have my space to get ready and pack up to leave. I really enjoyed my photo session. My photographer was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. However, when I asked her about prices and what to expect, she couldn't answer anything except when I have my photo viewing session, they will go over all of that. They had totally left her in the dark as well. So at this point, I am completely unknowledgeable to prices or that I'm about to get metaphorically raped. When the day comes to have my viewing session, they don't even allow for you to click through your own photos at your own leisure! I had to talk to someone on the phone while they do a screen mirroring and you basically have to beg to go back and see pics or zoom in or anything. Without them fully explaining prices, they only tell you what you will save with your "free photo shoot", they get pushy and make you get excited and then you go through the hassle of narrowing down your photos, just for them to tell you it will be over $2,000! This was for like 32 pictures!!! So then you make it clear that you can't afford that and the sales person gets short and "tries to help you" but in reality they are just trying to make you see how you are "saving" money. Finally I ask about digital prints and of course NOW they want to say that is an option, except really they don't save you any money. By the time everything was said and done, I verbalized that I was happy with basic editing and the higher editing on 1 or 2 other photos I had chosen. So I chose my 2 free prints and then 32 digital copies. Almost $2,500 and I had to divide it up over 4-5 bi weekly payments because who has that sort of money to just throw away on photos? When I was discussing an album it was going to cost me that much so in the end I still got scammed and they are sly AF! If it wasn't for the fact that I had put in so much time and energy to look my best for the photo shoot for my fiance, I would had told them to take their pics and shove them where the sun don't shine. This place is a rip off. You can go to so many other photographers and get BETTER photos, more creative, and they would include hair and makeup! I tell everyone to stay away from this place because of course "winning" a "free photo shoot worth $865"(or whatever) sounds good but they fail to mention that they will put you in debt! This place needs to check themselves. No photos are worth that much
I am only giving them a star for my photographer - cause she was great.
This place is an absolute joke, and honestly I wish there was an opportunity for me to leave multiple bad r...
eviews for them anywhere I possibly could. PLEASE RUN AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. These people are basically a step away from robbing people and it’s absolutely ridiculous.
I also won the deluxe boudoir shoot as part of a bridal expo raffle I submitted in. It came with a full shoot and two 5’7 images. As people have mentioned in previous posts, there is a 50 dollar deposit to book the shoot. Which is fair, no one wants to be stood up. Pics ended up great. Awesome.
Well the robbery comes when it’s time to purchase. Surprise, surprise. Celebrate Your Sexy charges 150 dollars an image. Obviously as we all weed through this pandemic, not everyone is in the position to pay that kind of an INSANE price for one single image of themself. My husband and I decided since we did get the two free images, we would use my deposit and then “splurge” for one last shot. As if the prices of the images weren’t enough, Celebrate Your Sexy also has a BUNCH of ridiculous fees. Up to 20 dollars in shipping (of what I thought would be 3, 5 by 7 images) but wait..best part.. THEY WONT EVEN BE DELIVERED TO YOU. You need to go to your local fed ex and pick them up, unless you are willing to pay..MORE. Then they had some 15 dollar fee to prepare your images in a make shift black box with a skimpy ribbon tied around. I advised them that after paying 150 dollars, 20 dollars in shipping I don’t need the extra black box and ribbon.
I was completely annoyed at the process of purchasing but tried to think on the bright side, it was about an experience and I did have at least 3 pictures that I would be able to have and enjoy.
Now to the delivery. Not only did it take 3+ weeks to receive the DIGITAL images, once I went to my local fedex to pick them up, I only noticed two photos in my box. I proceeded to call Celebrate Your Sexy because it couldn’t be POSSIBLE that they would only send me two 5’7 photos and charge 150 dollars for a DIGITAL image. But low and behold, I was told that is in fact what they charge. Which was not clear at all! I asked the employee “who could possibly want to spend 150 dollars on one single digital image that it took them two seconds to upload, yet 3 + weeks to send?”. She tried to explain that the cost was associated with the rights the photographer gave me to then use the photos...of myself...the way I want. Aka be able to go and print elsewhere. I told them that is full robbery.
I am now waiting for a return call from a manager that has not come even after speaking to a representative and leaving a message 24 hours later. So pathetic. Don’t walk. RUN from this place. Unless you want to be robbed and deal with the worst customer service. I know MANY women who have been interested in getting boudoir shoots done, and MANY that I would have loved to recommend. However, I will never have a nice thing to say about this business and honestly I wish I looked at these reviews before I booked with them because I am clearly not the only person who feels this way. Save your money beauties!
I won a “free shoot” they made me do it 3 hours away from where I lived so I had to get a hotel after driving hours I was out of town with family running on no sleep had to do my o...
wn hair, nails and makeup the day of. Got there the photographer was nice but didn’t speak English as a first language which was fine I’m not much of a talker when around someone I don’t know but she didn’t fix my outfit when it needed it none of the poses were really flattering for my body. Then it cost me over 1,000 for just a little black book of 10 unedited pictures which I just took out to look at years later and it looks like a 2 year old glued the pictures in. All the pictures got stuck together and ripped so now I’m out of the money with no book for my husband for our 1 year anniversary
I, like a lot of the fellow commenters, "won" a shoot at a bridal show. They didn't want to schedule me farther out, (I am in the process of loosing weight). So I went anyways othe...
rwise I would lose my "winnings." Looked up the prices,, ok, a nice book for 400$, plus the extra 50$ i put down and an extra amount for the tip for the photographer, so looking around 500ish NOT including getting my hair n makeup done, which was a chunk of change as well..The photographer was very nice, BUT reassured me it was ok if my stomach was sticking out as she she could angle it correctly. Day of choosing photos, the sales girl was really nice, BUT even though I "won" this package, it'll still cost you, MEGA BUCKS! each image is 89 PER PIC, NOT including photo gifts!! PER their prices online, I had just enough to gift my fiance a nice gift for our wedding day, as lay a way is only 10 percent down. WRONG! you have to pay PER IMAGE, add on if you want to be retouched an extra fee, lay a way, monthly fee, and depending on size of gift. As much as the girl "tried" the smallest book, with 12 pages, cost me 1,100$!!! Don't get swindled like I did!
ABOUT THE “FREE” PHOTOSHOOT:
So I won a photoshoot at a bridal expo, and so did everyone else I knew who entered it. That immediately clued me in to the fact that there were hidde...
n costs. I looked on the website and saw $69 per photo and albums starting at $395. But I got a $100 album credit with the prize package, I thought! I went in expecting to pay $300 on top of my “winnings.” That seemed reasonable.
I want to say that the photographer was AMAZING. She captured gorgeous shots, made me feel really good about myself, and I walked away feeling confident and sexy. Props to her, she deserves 5 STARS.
When I had the viewing appointment, I discovered (after I had seen and fell in love with over 20 images) that you MUST BUY THE DIGITAL COPIES of any images you use. An album with 10 images costs $89/image (tiered pricing, so you only get $69/image if you buy 30+), PLUS the $395 album. So well over $1100. This is not on their website and is very misleading.
However, I was able to get 6 digital images plus my two free 5x7 prints (had to be 2 out of the 6 digital images I picked) for under $400. I got some beautiful shots, but I thought I was being generous with my budget and that was NOT the case. Hope this helps someone!
I do not recommend working with this company. My grandfather passed away, so I had to head home that day unexpectedly. I cancelled 23 hours before my appointment and they still cha...
rged me $50 to cancel. I understand that some people may make this up to get out of the $50 change fee, but I can provide a death certificate. This is my third time booking with them, yet they still would not waive the cancellation fee. I feel like you should treat your returning customers with more respect than this.
I won a 'bridal' package from a bridal show. Here's the problem - they are expensive and they claim they aren't. They claim by industry standard that they are actually cheaper than...
most places. They are acting like they are top of the line top tier boudoir photographers - newsflash: you aren't. I shouldn't have to ask to also send unretouched photos (because y'all can't retouch worth a crap) along with the retouched photos. I didn't realize that a basic bedsheet/blanket/pillow is considered a prop. I keep looking at the retouched digital images and it's just making me angry. It should be common sense to provide the unretouched photos with whatever y'all retouched. They also didn't even provide a receipt/packing slip with the delivery (that also requires a signature - good luck with that because my package was attempted to be delivered a week early before the expected date).
Y'all can find somewhere else to get your photos done, don't waste your time with these Greedy people. Overall, the people are nice and that's the only reason y'all have 2 stars. Your pricing is insane for what y'all actually offer.
I'm currently waiting a call back from the 'production' team to getting my issue resolved in regards to these retouches.
I've been contacted by the 'production team' and now my review has changed to one star. This entire company is a joke. Don't waste your money. They claim to be professional editors and photographers but they don't keep the original photos before editing. If you were an actual professional then you would keep either a file or an original layer of the photos. I finally got sent the USB of the corrected format AND WAS MISSING 5 PICTURES. On top of looking at some of the things they did is asinine. They darkened my hair, eyes, and made my lips a deeper red. I have blondeish hair and blue eyes. My eyes are literally one of my fiance's favorite traits about me and you guys ruined them. 1700$ later and I'm tired, I'll be filing a BBB complaint, because I still haven't received what we were promised and this is over a month later. When I finally received the photos I should receive I'll try to attach a comparison.

o $4000! There are definitely better places to go for quality boudoir pics that won't charge an arm and a leg.

essional.. I took about 83 photos total. Then they go over them with you. With the stuff I won, I ended up getting 2(5x7 prints) no editing and 2 digital which totaled to $102. This stuff is expensive and if you really want it. It’s worth it. Just be stern on set your expectations on what you’re willing to spend '!

o do was book the shoot with a $50 deposit which I was told would also be used as a in store credit as long as I showed up. The experience I had with the photographer was amazing. She was so kind and comfortable to work with. Then I had my schudled appointment today to order. The representative that assited me was also so awesome and amazing. She was very helpful and upfront about everything and even helped me out by getting me a great deal. By no means is this a complaint about the employees everyone I talked to was great. HOWEVER, when a service like this requires you to buy the rights of the photos and there is no other option, it is important to post this on your website!!! I about fell into tears when she told me I am looking at $3,000 order!!! I am a bride planning a wedding and did not have this money to spend and since I already went through the process it was impossible to just throw it all away and not get anything. I expected to spend $500 on an album but to be told that I have to buy the rights of the photos before I can purchase the product is awful to do to customers. Either post the pricing on the website of the break down of how much the photos will cost (the same paper shown to me by my ordering consultant) or offer to purchase the product without rights. To be honest I will not be giving my referral cards to any of my friends. And I am so thankful I didn’t before my ordering appointment because that is just too much.....

p loving.
HOWEVER, I will never recommend this company. Why? The pricing is ridiculous. Let me break down some of the costs for you.
1 BASIC Retouched Digital Image - $129
1 RAW Image (No editing) - $119
Glamour Style (Color) - $5
Classic Style (Black and White) - $5
Adult Signature Required - $5
Handling Fee - $20 (Even if you only purchase digital files, you still have to pay to ship since it's put on a flash drive.)
So, to order just ONE digital photo (The absolute lowest amount you can spend without just walking away) is a whopping $119 (Raw image) + $5 (Color or B&W. Seriously. How is this even a charge?) + $5 (Signature) + $20 (Shipping) = $149. This is not including the cost of the shoot and any tips or prep you put into it.
So, if you literally have no cares about how much something costs? Good option for you. But otherwise, find another professional photographer who offers transparent pricing and printing rights to all photos taken.
I "won" a package from the Tacoma Wedding Show and can see right off from the email and reviews and the BBB that they have this as a fake and bait scam. If it was all free and you ...
actually won then you would not be charged a bill. I think it is a great way to sucker people into seeing some great photos that they may not ever try to do. But it is not an honest business to have people read between the lines for the rules.
I went to a bridal show and loved their little black books. I entered in to win a free package. I ended up winning and booked my shoot. The photographer was amazing and I had a gre...
at experience! I called to schedule my viewing and then they sent me an email with the pricing following after. That’s when my jaw dropped. They charge X amount for EACH picture. If you want about 30 pictures you end up paying $2,000. Why wouldn’t they be straight forward about pricing BEFORE you book? When they tell you that you won, or course you figure it would be free photos and maybe you would spend about $500-$600 for the little black book or other items. Yeah no. I went to Yelp to read reviews and instantly was angry that I didn’t go there in the first place. Come to find out everyone wins these shoots. Us couples are already spending nearly $20,000+ for our weddings and then when we try to surprise our further husbands with some sexy pictures, you end up hearing a total of $2,000 was so disappointing. Our experienced photographer of 20 years our wedding day is charging us $3,000 for about 280 photos if not more. HUGE SCAM. I’m going to do my viewing so I don’t get charged a $50 cancellation fee to only be disappointed that I won’t be able to afford to buy them.
This was a super cute idea for my husband as a gift on the morning of our wedding! He loved it! I tucked a wallet sized picture (the most tame one I could select) into a personaliz...
ed leather wallet I got him as a gift as well. The photographer was fantastic and she made me feel at ease through the process. The lady I reviewed my images with afterwards was really patient with me and allowed me to take my time selecting the ones I wanted. I have a true issue with indecisiveness! I eventually narrowed my selection down and picked a package that worked for me. So glad I got this done now because I won’t ever be this age again. It will be something my husband and I will have for years to come. Highly recommend
I won this at a wedding show. I was so nervous, but the photographer made me feel comfortable. I gave the pictures to him the night before the wedding and he loved them!!!!
I went to a bridal expo in Michigan and at their booth, gave them my name and information to be put in a drawing. All of my friends receive the same email but unfortunately, I rece...
ived my email first so I ended up calling and booking my appointment. Within an hour of reading these reviews and my friends receiving their emails that said the same exact thing (that they were second place winners in the contest), I canceled.
The last thing I need during wedding planning is a company that is not honest with you about pricing and makes it sound like your special and won something when really everybody just "wins" and gets put in uncomfortable situations where they have to pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars for their pictures. No thank you!
SCAM!!! i "won a free photo shoot" that came with a free high pressured sales pitch for me to spend money. I immediately disputed it with my credit card and wrote an email to the c...
ompany telling them to cancel. They call me over an hour later and tell me the order is now in production and cannot be cancelled. I will not accept any package from them and they will have no choice but to refund my money. avoid this company by all means you are not a lucky winner, just a victim of a scam. save yourself the hassle.

comfortable, and was so sweet. I did feel a little rushed, since we were pushing time, and only got a few photos in my bridal outfit.
The shocker came to meet when I finally viewed my photos. I set up the appointment, got a call and did it over the internet. I liked a solid handful of pictures, and I was going in with the 12x12 book design I wanted. When she told me the price I almost passed out. This is where they are a joke and scam you they told me it was going to be around $3,000 for the book with all the photos I wanted. When I took half the pictures out and was left with 15, it still was $2,500. The woman helping me kept telling me they had a special, but I had to change the style of the book to smaller, and cut out more pictures.
Why do the photo shoot if I cant use a good amount of pictures? I had already gotten the outfit, makeup hair, and time done to do this so I realized I couldn't back out. I ended up getting 13 pictures, in a tiny 6x6 book for $1,600. I have never been so upset at a company for scamming you. This is a wedding present for my fiance, and I paid $1,600 for a small book. On top of this anything extra they charge you.
I would of bought the photos myself and made my own, but the photos started at $100+ for one photo, unless you promise to buy 5 or 10 but then it is still $ 75 for 1 photo.
They took amazing photo's, but they are an absolute scam when it comes to the editing and design part. What Imagined and in visioned was completely different than what I got. I still regret paying that much for a small 6x6 book.
I suggest to look at other places before picking here. They don't show their prices online for a reason. Its such a scam! You think you are getting a deal when you pay for the session, then you get to view the photos and you get nothing for the amount you pay. Truly upsetting!
RUN!! Groupon or not, it’s super expensive!! Not worth it at all. Just spend your $500> somewhere else by supporting a local or small business photographer.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. On the positive side, I will say the photographer was amazing - great personality and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Even the phone represen...
tative was fantastic. However, like others are saying, the pricing is RIDICULOUS. Since you can't find it online, here it goes - it ranges from $69 per digital images fro 30+ images all the way up to $129 for just one. This does not come with any retouching/lighting adjustments (that can range up to another $5-25 per photo) and the "prize" from the bridal show does little to nothing. The phone rep attempted to offer a payment plan stretched over several months, but I simply cannot believe that this company would take advantage of people during an already expensive time in their lives. I was offered 65 photos with retouching and an 8x8 book of images for the low price of $6,280. If you do go with this company, know that you will get some beautiful photos but go in knowing that realistically, the average person will probably only be able to afford maybe 1-2.
I had a great time. I won a shoot, two prints, and a fifty dollar image credit. So, going into this, I knew that I could commit to just two pictures, printed out, or pay for more. ...
I got my envelope after attending a bridal show. I booked the shoot and met my photographer Susan at a very fancy hotel. She was wonderful. She played fun music and laid out the outfits I had brought in order to help me feel more comfortable. She prompted me to pose various ways and made jokes. She was very friendly. After my shoot, I felt amazing. Then I had my online appointment to see my images. I looked at them online with a consultant/salesperson. I could have chosen to just go with the one image and print that were included in what I had won, but I had gone through the experience of the photo shoot and wanted more photos. So I bought the rights to several photos and a photo book. They were pricy. I’ll say that if you win a package, be willing to settle for one or two images from your two-hour photo shoot or be ready to pay. But I loved it. I had a great time. I would definitely do it again.
Please do not book with them! I set up an appointment for my photo shoot and they do not give you a location or a name of photographer till a week before. The day for my appointmen...
t came and when I had to call this random number from a random hotel lobby the girl tells me she did not have me on her list and she thought she was done shooting for day but she will squeeze me in.... off to a bad start. Once I get in there she rushes me to get changed and continues to tell me my poses are not "cute" then keeps telling me to suck my stomach in. I left feeling terrible about myself. I had my viewing and was shocked to see that the pictures actually came out nice so I ordered some... over 1,000 dollars later and the photos arrive blurry... Worst experience.
To be fair, when you "win" the package it literally says you only get one pose in a 5x7 and two wallets. Even when I booked the woman said "when you get your picture." So you can't...
blame the company because you didn't read the package details. The company doesn't lie to you like others are portraying. They're just surprisingly SUPER expensive. And I do not like how they have all of these pictures of people to build their portfolio and make it hard for you to get your own revealing pictures. Before agreeing to anything you should ask how much things are and read everything CLOSELY (especially when it's "free"). The second prize package literally says you only get one free fully retouched file. They TELL you this. It's not hidden. I still wouldn't go with this company unless you're a millionaire.
Just like others I "won a package" And didn't even know if this was something I was interested in but figured I should look into it since I won something. They said I won the 2nd p...
rize, the "$564 Deluxe Boudoir Photo Package". So I called, and requested some more information, turns out you would only get the rights to one of your digital photos, and would pay almost $85 OR MORE DEPENDING ON THE PHOTO for each additional photo you want the rights to. I just think that having photos of this nature taken of yourself, you should have the rights to the photos, and not someone else. When I asked, what will you do with the other photos of me, just keep them? She just said yes.. Okay sounds creepy to me!
Disappointed with the customer service I received, but also according to other reviews, I'm not the only one who "won" something and then they attempted to sneakily charge tons of money on top of. LADIES STAY AWAY.
1. There are hidden fees they do not tell you about. There's no such thing as free.
2. Emma, has a great way of making you feel like a horrible human just because you ask questions...
.
3. Just don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere local who will take care of you, make sure you feel good throughout the whole process, AND will probably be cheaper.
Here's what happened. I won a package just like everyone else. EVERYONE wins a package. It's a ploy to get business. The photographer I had was the sweetest girl. I loved her. Did she capture what I was asking for? Maybe. But my pictures were so dark you couldn't tell. I don't know about you but if you're going to pay 130$ (plus all the fees) per image, you'd want something you can see right? Exactly. So when I expressed concern over my images being dark and nothing like I was expecting, I was met with complete disregard. Told that it must be the software or my computer. It wasn't my computer, I even turned the brightness all the way up. And if it were the software over the actual pictures, then I'd suggest they update their software so we can get an actual representation of what we're buying. Either way, these pictures were not high quality. They were grainy and dark. Honestly, I really wanted a picture to show off how awesome my makeup looked but there wasn't a single one bright enough. I settled with the free picture and chose not to buy anything at all. That's when I got to talk to Emma. They were charging me shipping for my "free" package. Maybe if the entire experience had gone better, I would've sucked it up and accepted it. However, with the utter disappointment over my images, I wanted to know why I wasn't told I would still have to pay for something.
Let me be clear. Not once did I become unkind to anyone. I was disappointed but I did not take it out on anyone. I actually made it a point to be extra kind because I was super emotional about not loving one single picture. Emma, of course, found reason to tell me not to be unkind. As if I had been mean to anyone. I wasn't mean or unkind to anyone. I was so upset by this that when I was returned to the imaging consultant I asked her through tears if I had been unkind to her because I knew that I hadn't but maybe I had done something unintentional. She reassured me that I hadn't done anything wrong which made me feel a tiny bit better.
What started out as a great experience turned into a horrible one. Even with the disappointing pictures I was still okay. But then being treated as though I had done something wrong just by asking questions is inexcusable.
If you're looking for customer service, honesty and value... Go local. Or anywhere but here.
I was recently looking for something that I could gift my husband for our wedding and when I came across their website I knew immediately that this is what I wanted to do. I have n...
ever done anything like this before so I was completely nervous and had no idea on what to expect. From the moment I called them and booked my photo shoot, the first person I spoke with was so helpful and able to answer ALL my questions. Again, I have never done anything like this before, so I had many. They even helped me with picking out some ideas for lingerie! Once I had the photoshoot, the photographer was AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable and was able to get the best pictures out of me. My pictures turned out beautiful and I was so impressed by them. I ended up purchasing an album for my husband and they even allowed me to set up a payment plan so I could every other week, which helped me out! This whole experience was amazing and I hope my husband loves the pictures!
I had my photoshoot and had an amazing time! My photographer was soooo nice, and made me feel comfortable throughout the who thing. Everyone I talked to throughout the process were...
some of the sweetest girls I have ever talked to, I can't thank them enough! My photos were beautiful!! I am so incredibly happy with how they turned out, and cannot wait to surprise my man with them :)
I left Celebrate Your Sexy with more confidence than I came with. I was so impressed with how comfortable and confident the photographer made me feel and how kind all the ladies th...
at work at Celebrate Your Sexy were to me. They seemed like they genuinely cared about me and made sure my experience with them was amazing. The company was very upfront about pricing which made me feel very excited to take home an album for my husband. Best investment I've made in a while!
I was really excited when I found out I was a 2nd prize winner of a deluxe boudoir photo package from a Bridal Extravaganza. Package included a free shoot (Reg. $250), along with m...
y choice of one image that included a few prints and the digital file, and a $50 image credit. I did some research and found that the images were very expensive ($99 for 1), but booked anyways since I won and I could go for just the free stuff and maybe 1 extra image. I had to put down a $50 deposit when I booked and was told that on the Monday before my Friday appointment I would find out the exact location and photographer. When I asked for an approximate location to plan my transportation I was told a hotel in the downtown area. When the email with final details came, the hotel was not close to downtown at all and I would have taken me over an hour to get to the appointment on time. That wasn't worth it to me for one free photo. I called and they allowed me to cancel (even though it was past the last day to cancel) and gave me my deposit back. Don't trust this company. They are way overpriced and not upfront or honest with their customers. Find a local photographer that includes rights to the images in their fee if you want boudoir. It will save you money.
I was charged 3350. I wa told I could make payments but the charges my card automatically and when I did make a payment because my card changed due to it being lost they harassed m...
e. It was hard to get back with them then I had to give them smaller payments because I was waiting for my back pay. I used my husbands card once and said don't charge this again with the monthly payment. They did they took 700 dollars. This is a gift for him not a payment I never agreed on the amount. I have never paid an auto charge for something like this. It's a scam don't do it it's not worth it. I wanted something nice I asked friends for similar prices but I could have had this done for a fraction of what they charged me. I have seen nothing I have no idea in the end what I will actually get. I continue to post on everything Scam so many people where charge 500 to 800 I was charged 4x as much for the same thing. I was over charged by a thousands..... throw that paper away it's not a prize it's debt
If you want expensive photos, this is the place to go. The photographers definitely know what they're doing, but in order to get any photos, you should expect to pay through the no...

I "won" a shoot, and I would recommend looking for more affordable options through local photographers rather than a large company.

Great pictures! I saw them at a bridal show and immediately knew that I wanted to do this as a wedding gift to my husband. The photo shoot was fast paced, but the lady photographer...
made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though I won a package , the pictures were pricy. However, you do get what you pay for, which is very high quality pictures. In the end, my husband was very impressed and couldn't stop looking at the pictures. He actually wants one blown up so that he can put it on our bedroom wall!
I had a GREAT experience with this company! My photographer was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. This was such a fun surprise to ...
give my husband and he loved each picture! :) I would definitely recommend doing a boudoir shoot- it will make you feel so good to see the end result!
