re my wedding they informed me that my venue cannot be held in the room I chose as the "plaza is having issues" - no explanations. Any time you wanted to speak to a "manager" Damien, he was "no longer in for the day". The company will tell you one thing and then "SURPRISE" you by doing completely opposite. They give you almost no time to decorate your venue room, when they tell you you can go a day before and decorate, surprise again, we had only a few hours to get everything ready. Limo service nearly killed me while taking me to my venue. Crashed into a pole in the middle of the road and was driving us around with a flat tire and swerving around the road, no control of the car. Food was terrible - dry. Bartender was the absolute worst, attitude and super rude to all my guest. The only positive about this place is Mark, event manager (the night of). Mark was super attentive and helpful. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE.

ful. The open bar was a hit! The bartenders were extremely generous and the staff was great! Dianelys brought my vision to life. Since the first time I met her until the wedding day she was always professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I would have given five stars but the food wasn’t too great and I brought my own DJ. But I definitely recommend this Ballroom.

included were not included. It's a banquethall & they actually expect you to organize the entire reception. The photographer nor the master of ceremony gave any direction. It was all a mess. There was no organization. I pretty much had to grab the microphone and call up my cousins, then aunts, uncles, etc to take the pictures because everyone else was just standing there staring into space. The waiters were very rude and they pretty much threw the dinner plates on the table in front some of my guests. Also, when the guests were dancing they took away the glasses with alcoholic beverages that were still full (I wonder why? hmmm)They also didnt serve cake to all my guests and the ones they did serve were tiny pieces of cake & they had the audacity not to return all of the cake. From 4 huge sheets of cake that was taken to them we were only given one back. The only thing that i can actually say that was good about this place was the food and the music. This was money not worth spending. My advice...save a little more money, get a wedding planner & a better venue. Dont settle for a banquethall.
