Celebration Rentals

s fair.

orders due to COVID and changes to our guest list and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating during that process. All of the items we rented were wonderful and delivery/pickup were seamless and prompt. I highly recommend working with celebration for any rental needs, they are great!

ove what we didn’t. He was also wonderful during the pandemic. We went from a 130 person wedding to 25. He didn’t even flinch when we decreased our rental package. The team who set up & broke down was punctual, accommodating & super friendly! They made sure we knew everything we needed to and that we were completely happy before they left. Honestly, I couldn’t say enough great things about this company!!!

on so it was super helpful to be able to travel to the showroom and set a wedding table. They also sent plenty of photos via email per my request, which was great! The process was very easy with them and very affordable. Would highly recommend their services to anyone! Thanks a bunch, all!

was beautiful. Ended up being a little tight inside but my headcount ended up being larger than anticipated (plan for a little extra room). Thank you so much!

changed our order several times). I also loved that we were able to order everything from tent to teacups from a single company. They were flexible, responsive, affordable, and timely--truly all you could hope for on your wedding day!

ld rent us a sailcloth tent and I asked Celebration rentals to modify our quote to remove the tent. The response I received was curt, stating that "we can not put our inventory under someone else’s tent." Instead of offering to help me work through this, she said she would cancel the quote and to have a nice event. I was shocked at how rude and brief this response was. She seemed happy to be rid of a customer. I don't see anywhere on their website that explains you must rent a tent with them to rent tables, etc. so I was very disappointed with this response. Especially since I had been planning for months on renting with them. Now I need to find another rental company within our budget on short notice. Very disappointing customer service.

ally appreciate their help in figuring out exactly what we’d need for our venue and guest count, and having them coordinate and delivery both our rentals and linens made set up and break down so easy. They were a pleasure to work with, and helped make our day look and feel exactly as we wanted.

ssional, and accommodating with every request we made to alter our order as our guest count came in and new needs developed. We had a 110 person wedding and Celebration Rentals has great packages for different style receptions (e.g., ours was family style) that include everything you need from the tent, tables, chairs, eating ware, and dance floor. The rentals arrived several days early so that we had time to arrange things as we wanted. I also cannot say enough good things about their tables-Instead of plastic, they are beautiful wood farm tables and Shirley will arrange any color of linen you would like to accompany them. The lighting was not only adequate, but beautifully highlighted our event all evening. We definitely recommend Celebration Rentals!

dance floor, plates, glasses, and more! Everything was very easy with Celebrations- they were quick, friendly, and every employee seemed to be very knowledgeable. I especially liked Mark, who came out a few months before the wedding to look at the land and make sure we were getting everything we needed. He was a very genuine person who really put my wedding planning nerves at ease. This company makes you feel like your event is special. I highly recommend Celebrations for your rental needs!

reception, and Celebration provided everything from tent and tables to dance floor, lighting, chairs, dishes, and flatware. It was a pleasure to work with Shirley, who was very prompt in her replies to questions, knowledgeable about setup and inventory options, and patient with the many versions we went through in terms of number of guests and other changes. The equipment arrived on time, and Celebration even came to drop off a few last-minute additions the day of the wedding. The tent was stunning (also thanks to the Red Clover Staff!), and everything was in excellent condition. We particularly loved the farm house tables and café lighting. We would absolutely recommend Celebration to other couples, and would be happy to work with them again.

t up and feel relaxed leading up to the wedding. We were happy with their support in planning. Shirley coordinated with our caterer to make sure that we had all of the correct settings and serving materials. Their pricing was much more reasonable than VT Tent Co and we were very happy with this family-run business. Thank you!

it was easy to get the event set up with no rush.

mmodating, and quick to put up the tent. they had excellent advice on when to set things us, and i am thrilled i chose them! i rented the tent, tables, china, and linen through the company

t of the way earlier, and we got to use the tents for the rehearsal dinner as well. Thank you so much!

with them!)

edding. They were delightful and fun and humored me through every silly idea. They built me this amazing grid to hang handmade birch chandeliers from and it worked and looked perfect.

g all my discussions with her to organize our destination wedding. No one understood the NY concept of a lounge area and she not only guided me but suggested alternatives that worked beautifully. We rented a 20 x 20 tent that held all the lounge furniture, which Hawk Resort provided by moving their Adirondack chairs under the tent for a wonderful Vermont summer evening under the stars! Thanks, Shirley!
