d I had been told from the beginning they were able to do alterations in which they then went back on and I had to go else where and pay another $150 to fix the mess they had made! Staff are very sweet and seem "helpful" however they just kept telling me my dress looked great when I kept telling them i wasn't sure and it's not how I wanted it to look! So felt like I had no other choice but to take the dress that I had already paid for. I then called after I had the dress fixed and Robert was yet again misunderstanding and unhelpful, In cases like this when they are wrong with alterarions they should take responsibility and refund the customer however Robert disagrees because he felt like they had done a lot of work, which if they had done what I asked from the beginning, they wouldn't of had to do all the work. Overall summary, don't go here unless you're okay with what they want and not what you want in your dress.

actually stated that Celebrations doesn't do certain things. Celebrations was not pushy, but were patient and listened to what I liked and did not like. Because I was last minute, I had to alter my dress and didn't have time to order my size. The alterations price is VERY COMPETITIVE! Not only the great price, but they let me take in my waist THREE TIMES WITHOUT CHARGE because I kept loosing weight from breastfeeding. They were remarkable! I'm actually shopping there again for a bridesmaid's dress and having the similar fantastic experience! Thank You guys!

d on any wedding dresses before. I wound up trying my first choice on a total of 3 times to compare. The last time I tried it on my sister overheard my consultant make a snide comment about me trying on the dress so many times. It honestly soured the day a bit and I did not buy my dress from Celebrations.

ome here for my wedding dress. They let me “visit” my dress several times before my actual dress came in, which I really appreciated since I kept having second thoughts about it (which is completely normal btw!) if I ever need another ball gown, I will for sure only shop here!

njoyed every moment with Celebrations!! I suggest making an appointment, but I don't think you have to. They are all so kind and helpful. When I walked into my first appointment they were not pushy at all!! I told them what I was looking for, but they allowed me the opportunity to look at all their merchandise, which I am glad they did. What I thought I wanted, was not what I got at all!! My following appointments they were nice and helpful as well. I also went in twice without an appointment to try on my dress for different reasons, and not once did they get upset that I was in there without an appointment. They would get my dress, help me get it on, and ask me if I needed any help.... I really appreciate them for that!! I think they have more than one alterations person, but the gal that I worked with every time was so amazing!!! She had to take my dress up a LOT due to my 5 foot stature, and then again because it needed to be slightly shorter, and she was so sweet! My friend and I went in one time and we were talking about the wedding and I began to cry, because we were talking about my dad who passed, and the alterations gal (I wish I remembered her name) was so sweet and cried with us and offered some very kind words!!! We laughed and cried together....I felt like she was a part of the family!! I recommend this Bridal salon 100%!!

with selection. They were patient and very friendly. I found a dress and was able to purchase it off the rack. However, after some time and alterations to make the dress fit how I wanted, and make some changes to the general look of the dress, I realized that this was not the dress for me. It never fit well in the bust area (in retrospect I should've had a size up just for my chest), and it really wasn't what I wanted, which is mainly no fault but my own. I selected another dress with about 3-4 months to my wedding and was told that it would arrive with more than a month to spare and we would have time for alterations. Unfortunately, my dress was a bit late coming in, so we geared full throttle to get the alterations done (I ordered a larger size to accommodate my bust area, so rest of dress needed to be taken in and I wanted a sleeve added on). After many fittings and a week to go , I realized that my seamstress (a very nice woman) and I were not on the same page with what I wanted so I called and voiced my concern and requested a different seamstress. The owner was very rude and demeaning to me, citing that I wasn't being positive and not knowing what I wanted (despite giving them a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted sleeve to look like). When I came back into store, he was even more rude to my face and made the general process from there out absolutely miserable. In the end, I was put with a new seamstress who did a wonderful job on my sleeves, but the owner made a big issue about me asking about the overall fit of the rest of the dress (I was concerned that the size 12 dress still looked too big on rest of my body that measures a size 2 in the waist and size 8 in the hips), I eventually got frustrated and gave up and sure enough, my dress fit too loose at my wedding (at least an inch all around, sorry but I didn't miraculously lose an inch in one week, though it would be nice!!) and it bunched up in my waist and stomach, visible in many of my photos. I recommend for selection and basic alterations. And under no circumstances, get the male owner involved with anything, he was truly the worst part of my experience.

ere. From my first appointment until the moment I picked up my gown, I had the best experience. The staff is very friendly, they are extremely knowledgeable on all their products. Cindy did a great job with the alterations on my gown. I highly recommend Celebrations Bridal above anyone else when it comes to buying a gown.

not just another customer to get in and out. I was able to pick a dress I could ask their seamstress to take apart and make it my own vision, which they accomplished with flying colors. This place is a definite must see if your looking for a dress for your special day.

t having anybody hounding me. However, when I needed help, I didn't get any. When I was ready to try on dresses, I was put in a way too small dressing room and left to fend for myself. Despite the difficulty I had getting in and out of the dresses on my own, I found the perfect dress for me. I was a little disappointed when I went to pick up my dress. I had scheduled a final fitting but was only helped by a sales associate. She showed me the bustle that had been put in, but it was not the type I had been told I would be getting. When they packaged the dress for me, I was expecting more than the over sized garbage bag I was given. That bag barely survived the trip home, let alone bringing it to my hotel and then to the site of the wedding. For the price I paid for my dress, I definitely expected something better. Celebrations has beautiful dresses, but the customer service leaves a little to be desired.

the owners, Trisha, who was my consultant throughout the whole process. Trisha listened to what I wanted, and had me try on a bunch of dresses on my first visit. I was torn between 2 dresses, so decided to come back for a 2nd appointment at a later date. I am SO glad I waited because they ended up getting a new dress in that week, which was the dress! The price was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I also had all my alterations done at Celebrations, and my dress fit like a glove on my wedding day. I can't thank Trisha and the entire Celebrations team for making me look and feel like a beautiful bride on my big day!

exactly what I wanted my dress to look like after trying on a few different silhouettes. Every place told me to try on things that I wouldn't expect to like, because I'd be surprised at how many brides end up choosing something they thought they wouldn't like. This was not the case for me. I knew what would be flattering, the kind of material I wanted, and what designs I liked. The only problem...this such dress didn't exist. I truly couldn't find it anywhere. I then found exactly what I wanted online, to then be told no store had it (unless I wanted to travel to another state). I took a big risk, went to Celebrations, and tried two different dresses by the same designer of the dress I wanted. One was basically the top of "my" dress and the correct material, the second was the bottom and the train of what I wanted. The girls at Celebrations immediately could tell I knew what I wanted. They helped me to really visualize what my dress would look like, and although they advised me that it is risky to order a dress without ever actually trying it on, they were also very aware of the fact that I had done my shopping and knew what I wanted. They helped me every step of the way, ordered my dress for me, and it was perfect. Once it came in, they assisted me with alterations at very reasonable prices and continued alterations until it fit perfectly. The girls at Celebration were always friendly and professional and although the dress was probably my most expensive purchase of the wedding, it was comparable considering many other dresses we tried on were the same price if not more, and other places charged a lot more for alterations. If you are looking for quality dresses and quality alterations, Celebrations is the place to go. Thanks Celebrations for helping to make our wedding day so special!

These guys are very close with dress designers and he was able to call me back 10 minutes later and told me he' could get my dress (Mori Lee Madeline Gardener 1662) by April. I was impressed but even better... It was here in March! I took my fiend dress shopping here and her dress was here within 2 months! Request Kim for the best experience you could imagine!

erfect dress for me in 20 min! It was the 3rd dress I tried on. I didn't think I could have found the one so quickly so I went to several other stores. Nothing else even compared to celebrations. The friendly staff, the selections! I went during crazy prom and wedding season but they always found room for me! And no one else bets their ale ration prices! They rock!

I felt like this place was more of a family owned store rather than a chain, so they make you feel extra special. I did noticed that my dress had a tiny spot, so they worked on getting any spot removed from my dress. They also store the dress in a great place where it can lay and not get winkled, so I left it at the store until a few days before I was going to get married.

ful people at Celebrations! I bought my dress for only $400 (what a steal!) and it was totally perfect. I came back to get my bridesmaids dresses and Kim helped us get the perfect one! It was casual and amazing for my country rustic wedding. She really was so interested in us and it made me feel so special! We had to order one bridesmaids dress super last minute and we also had a bridesmaid that couldn't do her alterations until the day before the wedding and they totally made it work with no problems! They were so great and I would recommend them to everyone!

e. Then when out in the mirror area, the girl came back to clip the dresses to make them fit and she pinched my skin with a metal clip and made me bleed! She acted like it was no big deal and the manager could care less...

All of the staff was really nice and helpful, the only reason I gave them 4 stars is that I wasn't completely happy with some of the alterations on my dress and it was frustrating having to go in for multiple fittings when the same area wasn't fitting properly. I loved my dress and received many compliments on it, but in the end, I wasn't completely happy with the way it fit despite all of the alterations.

and 2 bridesmaids gowns at this location. They got everything we ordered in stock in a nice amount of time, and I made sure that I didn't wait until the last minute to avoid that stress. The girl who helped me with my wedding down the first time was kind of meek and not that helpful other than pulling dresses but she was still friendly. The girls I had during the fittings were a lot better and even though they were young like me, they were professional and helpful. The seamstress was great! She went back and took the dress in at the last minute after the first alterations just because she thought it could be better..no extra charge either. We were all happy with our experiences there..and it was great to be able to make payments as well. Recommended!

f my questions. Everyone was happy to help. I was also amazed at how affordable the dresses were. At one point, I was questioning whether I should purchase an underskirt to make the dress poof a bit more. Instead of trying to upsell me, one of the main people suggested they steam the dress first for me. He didn't think I would want to make any changes after the dress had been properly steamed. HE WAS SO RIGHT! As a bride on a budget, that meant a lot to me. Celebrations is the way to go!

ything in the store with a positive attitude. Best customer service! I found my dress, veil, earrings and hair accessory within 30 minutes of my appointment. I even had my dress altered there and it was all perfect.

ing to fix while I waited. Three hours later, it was fixed and the seamstress asked me to check the back. She had cut the whole back out and created a low back with extra long straps. After trying to correct this on the next day, the manager offered for me to try to find a new dress elsewhere and if I did, she would refund all of my money. Wow. Although stressful, I found a gown that was meant for me and Celebrations did refund my money.

with Kyly mainly, but everyone whom I encountered was great. They shipped my dress to me no problem (came in excellent condition), and also steamed it for me upon my arrival into town. I would recommend them for any bridal/prom needs as they have a great selection.

l. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me trying on tons and tons of dresses. They gave great input when requested but were not overbearing or pushy. They didn't try to convince me to buy anything I didn't want or need, and I love that. I found the most amazing and beautiful dress in there that I fell in love with. They allow you to have a payment plan so you can leave the dress at the store and make monthly payments until you are ready for alterations. My dad made the payments on the dress, and the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because he had some difficulty with being able to make payments over the phone and one of his payments wasn't processed correctly. This was all very minor, but it wasn't the most convenient arrangement. When I came in for my alterations, the seamstress was great. She was sweet and did an excellent job. Overall, I highly recommend this place to buy your wedding dress. Nice dresses, friendly staff, reasonable prices.
