months for my dress to come in. They have since pushed back the arrival time numerous times, each time saying they really don’t know because they can’t get ahold of the designers. Only after waiting for 9 months did they finally loop the owners into it who have been unresponsive as well. My wedding is in May and I’m still waiting, no one can tell me any information about me dress and the only explanation I was given was at the 5 months mark when they told me that other brides orders may have been prioritized since my wedding was further away. This is incredibly frustrating because I paid in full and it has been almost twice the quoted shipping time. Now they’re trying to tell me the window was eight months the whole time, which would have been fine if that’s what they promised at the time of purchase but it was not. I now have no time to purchase a new dress if god forbid it comes to that and I am quickly running out of alteration time. I really love the dress I picked and their whole process has done nothing but make my wedding planning experience miserable. They have not reached out to give me an update once except a text message after I was told I would receive a phone call back. They never have called me back either I have to be the one to initiate contact through the whole process. I ran into a former employee who told me this is a common issue and why they left. They said the owners don’t care and if worst case occurs they will not refund me because of a contract outlining no refunds for reasons on the buyers end. As far as I’m concerned the contract is null and void if they do not come through with their end of the agreement. Go out of your way to avoid this shop and save yourself the headache.

as gracious enough to help me find my dress, my bridesmaids dresses and all of the tux’s! The tux’s were even delivered out to the venue and adjusted as needed right on the spot! Such a great experience!! I highly recommend this shop for every brides wedding experience!

rofessionalism shown by the employees and management of this store. It is clear that they do not care about their customers. Seven months after my dress was ordered, I called to check on the status of my dress. I was told that a shipment had arrived that day, but that the managers were preparing for a wedding expo occurring in a few days, and so they did not have time to open the shipment box. This is just one example of their terrible customer service. In July, I called the store and was told my dress would arrive in August. In August, I called many times and was either told that my dress was “shipping” or that the store’s “shipping expert” did not know when the dress would arrive. On September 4, I was told by the store that the dress would arrive on September 13. On September 13, I was told by the store that the dress would arrive on September 16. For two months, the store's employees continued to mislead me, and made no effort to determine what happened to my dress, why it was late, or when it would arrive. The manager should have contacted the manufacturer and ensured the dress was delivered on time, as promised. Instead, the employees at this store did absolutely nothing to find out where the dress was, or when it would arrive. The manager refused to honor my request for a discount, despite the fact that Celebrations had not met the terms of their contract.

d up the bridesmaid dresses and I had to spend hours sorting it out before we could order the dresses. I would NOT recommend them!
