I tried on about 7 dresses, but the second one I tried on brought me to tears (happy ones!) - I knew it was my dress and Kerry was so happy for me and helped me dress it up with a veil to complete the look and make sure that my mind was made up. Celebrations made the entire process fun and they were so hospitable. Both of my fitting/alterations appointments were so exciting and picking up my dress made me feel emotional that I wouldn't get to see Kerry again and talk about my excitement for the wedding. Kerry and the rest of Celebrations left me a card with my dress wishing me luck and happiness. It was such a thoughtful touch that I have saved! I definitely recommend this wedding dress shop to help you find the dress of your dreams!

fter dress, she made sure to listen to what I liked and didn’t like.. she insured at the beginning of my appointment that we would find “the one” and I sure did! She made my process so easy and I am so so thankful for her. She sent a follow up post card and an email giving me details of when my dress would arrive. appointment. I ended up falling in love with the bottom of one dress and the top of another, and she helped me bring my vision of the alteration I could do to life. Throughout the alteration process, she was there to guide the alterationist in achieving the vision we all had. The final product has turned out even better than expected. I’m so happy to have had them there for me and guide me to the dress of my dreams. I live in Austin and even though the drive was an hour long each time, I would do it all over again.

I only was engaged 5 months before my wedding and Kerry made sure I only tried on dresses that I was able to get in for my big day unlike other bridal salons. She focuses on what YOU want, not based on what all of your attendees have opinions about. Excellent and reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend this bridal store for any new bride!!! m, who made me feel beautiful in everything she put on me. I was nervous because I’m a bit curvier and heavier than the typical model on TV, and that didn’t matter at all. Everything fit! It was the greatest experience I could have ever dreamed of. Growing up watching Say Yes To The Dress, and having that “Klienfeld” experience is what I dreamed of, and I must say the ladies at Celebrations completely surpassed and superseded all of that. Ashley owns the shop and she truly was like my personal cheerleader through every fitting. The ladies at this shop felt like family, always smiling, always with great attitudes, and by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. I’m sad my wedding day is over because it means it’ll be quite some time before another event comes up that will warrant my need to shop with them again. I am forever grateful to everyone at this store for helping me find the dress of my dreams that brought tears to my husbands eyes as I walked down the aisle. That was the ultimate compliment that every girls hopes for on her day. Trust the staff here and you’ll have the same experience too!!

I used their seamstress as well and she created a beautiful bustle that was easy for my bridesmaids to do and looked great throughout the night! my vision and my wants and needs and every dress they put me in got better and better. When I found my gown everyone in the room was in tears, even my consultant. They created such a wonderful loving moment that I will never forget. And that was just the beginning! All of my fittings and alterations from then on went above and beyond creating the gown of my dreams. From sewing a part of my moms gown into it, to using my moms veil to create the fly away sleeves I’ve always wanted. Now these wonderful ladies have become dear friends. Trust me when I say, don’t waste your time anywhere else. These ladies make your dreams come true!

ice. They ordered "my" dress, let me know when it came in, and charged a very reasonable rate to store it until the big day which was almost a whole year away from when I bought the dress. They even let me take it a couple of weekends, since my aunt gifted us with alterations. While I was a little sad I missed out on holding the "yes!" sign (not sure how that happened), everything else was perfect from start to finish.

try on flower girl dresses while I was trying on dresses to make her feel included which meant the word to the both of us! Our consultant Sam found the PERFECT dress for me when I wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted. She knew even when I didn’t, talk about talent! From the gorgeous quality of dress inventory to pour through, to the alteration miracles they made happen both with my dress and my bridesmaids, to the always positive Miss Ashley (who by the way is the sweetest woman with such a bright personality) always there to help us either in store or just a phone call away, Celebrations couldn’t have done a better job. I highly recommend any bride looking for a magical and stress free bridal experience to choose Celebrations Bridal!

! I had issues when it came to fittings and had to have my dress altered the few days before bridal pics and the week of the wedding! Ashley and Maritza are awesome and had my dress altered and ready for both occasions! Brides do yourselves a favor and get your wedding dress here! I promise you won’t regret it!!

dress I tried on and found the PERFECT dress for me. Later my experience, however, became less than ideal. My biggest words of advice, no matter where you shop, know your measurements ahead of time. (not just what size clothes you wear... your actual measurements) I did not realize but my measurements were incorrect upon ordering so when the dress arrived it did not fit and instead I was blamed for getting fat. I left that day crying. Luckily the alterations lady is wonderful and made it work in the end. The end result... my dress was stunning and the wedding was beautiful.

th my bridesmaids and the girl on the phone acted like she had better things to do than help answer my questions and i was told that i wasn't able to view the floor without an appointment, that apparently the brides don't do that here. Customer service is key, and I will not give my money to a shop that doesn't realize that.

try on. The service was wonderful, and they KNOW what they're doing. The moment I put on my dress, I just froze. No reaction from me, and one second later she says "OH, this is IT." I knew it, too. Not what I thought I would end up in, but I can't imagine having picked another dress. EVERYONE lost their minds about it, and strangers on photographers site are raving about it. Feel like auctioning this amazing dress off! haha and I stayed in my budget!!!! Celebrations- THANK YOU!

f a down hill slide. The person that was assisting her with the wedding dress fitting had no personality but the worst thing was she insulted my daughter more than once. My daughter is a size 2 or 4 and has been blessed with beautiful hips. The 'consultant' made more than one comment to her that she could not try on certain dresses because they could never get them over her hips. She had the gall to bring out a size 18 dress so my daughter's hips would clear! Trying on wedding dresses should be a fun and happy time. My daughter left feeling down. I do not recommend this establishment. I can't imagine how they would make a full figured woman feel trying on gowns. Shame on them.

pping. The first dress was the one! I absolutely LOVED it! I tried on some other options just to see what else was out there. Some of the other dresses were WAY out of my price point though! I would have been pretty upset if I fell in love with one just to find out I couldn't afford it. Luckily, the dress I chose was actually under budget and was just perfect! The girl I worked with, Heather, was very sweet. I had heard horror stories about bridal shops telling you to get a dress size much larger than what you'd normally wear just to jack up the alterations cost. That's not the case here! Heather showed me side-by-side my measurements and the measurements from the designer. The dress came in and it was a perfect fit! The seamstress was amazing. I had my neckline altered and I know that couldn't have been easy since the entire top of bodice has beading. It looks flawless! They've been so helpful and courteous through the entire process. I definitely recommend them to anyone who asks where to get a bridal dress!

bought my dress, through alterations, everything went smoothly. It was so nice to not have to stress about whether or not things would be ordered or done correctly. There was a great selection of styles and my dress came in two weeks before it was supposed to arrive and alterations were done in a very timely manner. My mother also bought her Mother of the Bride dress there and she was given treatment just as if she were a bride. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in the surrounding area as all of the women there are a pleasure to work with.

d extra hard to help me find something in my budget. They even helped find accessories for the dress to make it even more beautiful and unique. They were great at accommodating all the changes we had within the wedding party, and helped coordinate dresses for the flower girls and maid of honor. We were offered help with finding outfits for the men in the wedding, and even though we didn't choose any they offered (color didn't match what we were looking for) they made suggestions to places to look and even asked about us finding one. They always made sure that we had everything we needed. They were never pushy, like some sales people, instead listened to our wants and needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for bridal or prom or evening wear!

As a wedding planner, myself, I entrust Celebrations Bridal with all of my clients. They stand above all the other bridal salons. All of my brides leave with a dress and a positive experience!

girl what she thought I should order (as I have never bought a wedding dress before). She told me it ran small and suggested ordering big. When the dress came in, it was WAY too big, and cost me a lot to alter. Secondly, when I tried on my dress after it finally came in, I was still not sold on strapless. The same sales girl from before told me that there was a cap sleeve option that could be added. Of course I loved it with the sleeves. However, I had to pay an extra $75 for rush shipping. I would not have had to pay that had the cap sleeves been offered on the original visit. Also, there were two options of sleeves. After paying the rush shipping, then having my cousin pick them up for me and mail them to me (as I lived 4 hours away); I ended up with the wrong sleeves. It was too late to order the correct sleeves. My dress was still gorgeous, but it was disheartening that I paid rush shipping for the WRONG sleeve. Other than these issues, everyone that worked there was very pleasant.

I often had to wait when I came in for fittings because it was so busy, and I would have appreciate to have more of the information upfront, such as what particular things cost. I may have been overlooked because I wasn't their biggest customer and it was almost prom season, but I had trouble even when it wasn't prom season. Overall, despite this, I was very happy with my dress and alterations (especially after hearing horror stories of other brides I know). I think my experience is most likely atypical (with customer service) but would hope that the shop makes sure that they pay attention to their customers, whether big or small! Every bride's day is her own most important day!

I went on a Friday morning and there was only one other bride there. The staff woman showed me several types of dresses and allowed me to try on each type. And she always stayed in my budget. Some I didn't even want to try as I never thought they would be my style, but she insisted so I did. And I'm SO GLAD I DID! I found a trumpet style dress that was the one!! It was perfect. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing that dress from a shop in San Antonio because they had it on the rack and gave me a significant discount. But I have never stopped referring Celebrations. Their service tops all others.

destroyed and unwearable - leaving me 2 months to get a new dress! Celebrations came to the rescue - they found an almost identical dress, rush ordered it, and had their in-house tailor alter it in just 2 weeks time. Andee and the rest of the staff were accomodating, personable, and just totally a class act. A huge contrast to the first dress shop, where I felt I was being conned into a purchase! Use Celebrations. Even if you don't live in New Braunfels, it's worth the 45 minute drive to use a dress shop of this caliber.

older woman, whom I think is the owner was not so nice. She was rude and snotty. Luckily I did not work with her so it was ok. The seemstress was extremely professional and nice. I didn't buy my bridesmaids dresses through them but they still allowed for one of my bridesmaids to come in and get measured for her dress.
