Celebrations By Heart is a wedding planning business that is based out of Los Altos Hills, CA and Bend, OR. We are passionate about creating meaningful, authentic and memorable moments for our couples. We want our clients to enjoy a beautiful celebration with joy in their hearts. Celebrations By Heart helps their clients craft their ideal wedding atmosphere and are able to accommodate a range of styles and tastes. Examples of various types of occasions include opulent soirees, a beachy paradise, or a romantic and whimsical forest feast. We listen and then work to authentically procure our clients’ vision. Celebrations By Heart offers clients full-service planning as well as month-of coordination. In addition to these structured packages, couples can also avail of a la carte services. These include invitations, timelines, ceremony creations, rehearsal coordination, day-of checklists, transportation arrangements, and media selections. There is no set time frame for wedding planning hires, however, we recommend that planners are hired sooner rather than later. Of course, they are willing to accommodate shorter timelines as well.
