er again for my second wedding almost a decade later - and I will definitely hire her again for any/all events in my future! I am pretty particular and Silvia took the time to meet with me in person, speak with me on the phone, and email with me throughout the process, discussing ideas and working within my budget. I didn’t have to stress about anything - oh, and did I mention I was planning my wedding from another state?! Everything turned out even more beautiful than I envisioned and Silvia went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I was stunned when I actually saw it all on the big day, and I received so many compliments from guests about how gorgeous everything looked! Also, the centerpieces and bouquets made my house smell amazing for days after the wedding! Silvia has been in this business a long time and it really shows in her professionalism and the quality of her beautiful work. You can tell she really cares about her brides and their happiness and that you’re not just another job to her. I wish I could give her ten stars!!

right. Still took weeks to get an updated invoice. She wanted it paid by a certain date but never sent me an invoice, once I got it I tried calling, email, and text her so I could pay her. Ended up paying her the day of my wedding. My centerpieces were pretty, the bridesmaids bouquets were perfect, but some of the flowers in my bouquet and my husbands flower for his boutonniere were wilted before we even started the ceremony. I left bouquet pins and picture to be attached, she never did so my photographer and I ended up doing it ourselves. I probably wouldn't recommend her to future brides.

s a hiccup the day of the wedding regarding my flower of choice (peonies) which ended up not being able to use. Silvia was quick on her feet and created a beautiful arrangement despite the set back. Although I was not notified of the change, Silvia reimbursed me the difference in cost. We we pleased with her service.

in the subject. I was clueless about flowers so I just made a description of the colors and style I wanted and she showed me pictures of ideas. She is very creative and I liked that about her. I wanted to meet with her again and although it took a while to get a hold of her, she was willing to meet again and we met a total of 3 times before the wedding. I would suggest making sure she writes stuff down. My colors were purple and I told her NO pinks and my bouquet turned out mainly pink and white which was a bummer but at that point there's nothing you can do... So I just sucked it up. I would also suggest researching what specific flower you want and be specific with her otherwise she will do what she wants instead of what you want. My centerpieces came out great, but for the price I paid I was expecting something way more extravagant! I would recommend doing more florists research instead of just settling for this one. She was the only one I met with and I wish I would have had more options instead of rushing into it. She's very nice I just think she is overloaded with business and was occasionally forgetful. Otherwise my flowers were beautiful I just don't think it was worth the price I paid! I even made a suggestion to lower the cost and change some of the arrangements, and the price actually ended up going higher! I have no regrets overall, tons of compliments on my wedding day.

) and it is my belief that Silvia can not keep up, as she was spacey and distracted from the start. When I initially sat down with her, she took notes of everything I wanted and assured me that she would e-mail me an invoice for the extras. After a few weeks passed, I finally e-mailed her, because I didn't want our payment to be considered as late. She told me she was out of town and she would get me the invoice when she got back, but when she got back she e-mailed me asking ME to remind her of everything I had wanted, because she had "lost" my information. This was very frustrating-when she finally e-mailed me an invoice it had the wrong quantity, color, and other extras (mother corsages?) we had not wanted. I had her remove the extras and change the colors but in the chaos of literally EVERYTHING going wrong with her, I missed the quantity and that was technically my fault but I ended up being short two bouquets on my wedding day and had to have a bridesmaid stop and pick up extra flowers on her way in. My bouquet had browning flowers, which was gross. All I'd wanted were anemone flowers and I got about five of them with white roses blended in. I can accept that the quantity was totally my fault. I was frantic because I had a problem with almost every vendor I hired for my wedding and one thing was bound to be missed. But had she paid attention in the first place, it would not have happened. Trying to reach her by e-mail was impossible. E-mails sent to her hotmail weren't replied to for up to a week at times and sometimes I would just get "k. thanks." as a response, and would have to keep prodding to get the information I needed. After paying for the extras, I still had to pester her more than once to get a paid invoice for my records. I just don't think she is capable of handling the traffic that Saguaro Buttes puts out and I think that any bride in Tucson would benefit from finding someone more professional.

look soooo beautiful! The flowers were perfect and everyone was giving us so many compliments on the decor. It was spectacular overall. Silvia was extremely accommodating for us and affordable!

nd understood what I wanted. When I saw the flowers for the first time the day of my wedding, I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful they turned out. The flowers were above and beyond my expectations.

ided not to use them. Then my then fiance called and ask Silvia to go ahead and add them to my bouquet for an add'l $40. The plan was to use a few in my bouquet then a couple on the cake. Wedding day comes and the bouquets are absolutely beautiful and more than I expected. My only complaint is that the peonies were the tiniest things every. When I think of these flowers they are large and overflowing. So I was quite disappointed in this but I realize she may not have been able to control this. My only other complaint is that there were no peonies on my cake. Granted it would have looked a little funny because they were so small, but I would still have liked a heads up.

ked after Silvia and her team were done decorating. My only complaint was that I didn't get the tossing bouquet I had ordered, but I just ended up tossing one of my bridesmaids' and it was fine. The bouquets were all gorgeous as were the boutonnieres. I had red and white roses and they were all just beautiful. It was so nice not to have to worry about any of the decorating or take down. Silvia and her team did it all!

n and after meeting with Silvia and showing her pictures of what I did and didn't like, I felt confident that she understood exactly the look I was going for. I planned my wedding from another city and throughout the entire planning process, Silvia was always happy to hear more about my ideas (never made me feel like I was annoying her with all the details and requests) and offered great suggestions to make my wedding amazing! Silvia is also very good about working within the budget, offering options so you're not over-spending and she's very up-front and honest about pricing. It was so nice to have both the flowers and decor taken care of by the same person instead of having to work with multiple vendors. She worked with the wedding coordinators at the venue to make sure everything was taken care of and I that I didn't have to work too hard! Silvia took care of all the reception and ceremony decor as well as all the flowers and when the big day finally came, I was absolutely amazed with how beautiful everything looked! Both the decor and the flowers were breathtaking and far-exceeded my expectations!! And as if all that wasn't enough, Silvia snuck into our room during the ceremony and decorated our bed with a rose petal heart and delicious champagne and chocolate covered strawberries!! I am privileged to have met such a wonderful lady who helped in every way to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams!! Thank you so much Silvia!! :)

ed, and what she had on record. Make sure to keep all receipts. Also, on the day of the wedding, I wanted rose petals on all tables, and we paid for them, but there were none. And, I also purchased hair flowers, which fell apart a couple of minutes after putting them on. She is very caring and nice, but I would check over and over again to make sure she has EVERYTHING you paid for and wanted on record. Also, meet in person if possible. That was one thing that was an issue, because we communicated over the phone which is how all of the miscommunication happened.

the same with the boutonniere. Although the turn out was great communication was a little difficult, as in reaching them when needed and prompt return calls. Be sure to keep copies of everything and make good notes and double check you and Silvia are on the same page. And all should be well.
