Our experience with Tori and her team of miracle workers was nothing short of spectacular. My husband and I keep reminiscing about our wedding day, and we agree that we could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day. From the day we hired Tori, she made wedding planning so much fun. That doesn't mean I didn't stress when guests didn't respond, or that I wasn't worried about everything because I am a control freak. But, Tori always assured me that she had our best interests at heart and would take care of everything for us. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator at first because I was worried that they would take up a lot of our budget. Tori was different from everyone we interviewed. Not only did she save us money, but she even surprised us with little personalized details based on the information in our interview. Tori very obviously LOVES what she does and you can easily see how much everyone loves working with her. No matter how many people are coming at her with questions, or how crazy the questions and requests are, she maintains her beautiful smile and tries to accommodate everyone. Her smile and positive energy puts everyone at ease, and she is prepared with anything you might need, from bandaids and sunscreen to cake knife and sewing kits. Don't get me wrong, she is honest and direct so that there is not any miscommunication or misunderstandings. Every detail is documented and she does not miss a beat. But she is FUNNY and FUN, and that energy made it possible for us trust Tori with everything from the day we hired her. We are so grateful for Tori's creativity and attention to detail, as well as her straightforwardness and out-of-the-box strategizing to create a wedding day that we are all still referring to as the best day of our lives.

All I can say is WOW! My new husband and I attended a wedding recently planned by Celebrations by Tori and were so impressed that we needed to share our rating. If we could give more stars, we would! I have attended a lot of weddings, and she is the best I have ever experienced. My friend (the bride) was so calm the WHOLE TIME, and she is a control freak most of the time. She just kept saying that she knew Tori had it covered, and she did. The wedding seemed flow so smoothly and perfectly. From the time we were welcomed with a drink when we arrived to the farewell with sparklers, everything was so perfectly executed. From a guest's perspective, and as the bride's close friend, I can say with 100% certainty, that Tori is an amazing person and planner. She loves what she does and it shows.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Tori. We had our wedding in a tricky venue on the beach, but Tori was so amazing to work with and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Tori was easy to communicate with, was flexible and helped us stay within our budget. Tori truly did a great job of making my vision come to life, and made sure the day of everything ran smoothly so we could just entire our special day. Would absolutely recommend Tori to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

AMAZING! Kept amazing control of our fun and rowdy group while still keeping it fun! She made my friend's wedding STUNNING! The whole day ran so smoothly, from getting ready to getting us all out of there on time. Her vendors LOVE HER! They hug and have fun, and she always has a smile. NOTHING stressed her out, not even the weather. Tori never lost her cool and my friend remained calm and collected the entire time! We attend a lot of weddings and I hardly ever see the bride and groom eat or have fun with their friends. Tori made sure they had their drinks and sat to eat, and she made sure there was a lot of time to dance and have fun. I really loved how one part of the wedding flowed to the next part. Incredibly organized, well-timed, and everything aligned beautifully. SO IMPRESSED! A lot of us were saying how we wished she had been our coordinator for our weddings! If you want to get married and have someone who thinks of everything (she shared some great wedding hacks with us!) and handles all of the stress for you, then you need to hire Tori! Her design skills are out of the box and she has the best suggestions to personalize every aspect of your day. Celebrations by Tori is worth EVERY PENNY!!!

Tori was AMAZING to work with. Her and I had many calls/texts and emails until the day of the wedding. She was more then happy to provide honest feedback and suggestions about any questions or concerns I had with Design concepts or things I wanted incorporated into the special day. She was patient, kind, and very easy to work with. I commented on her amazing work ethic and quick responses several times. No matter what your vision is, she will walk alongside you to curate the most beautiful day! Our wedding day was beautiful. I did not have to worry about a single thing. All our guests were as equally impressed by the food, music, ambiance and intimate setting that was created with Tori's help.

I called at least 10 other wedding planners in Maui and felt discouraged until I spoke with Tori. From our first conversation I could tell she truly cared about what she does, and her passion never wavered. I was not the kind of bride who had dreamed about my fantasy wedding, but she took the time to get to know us and tapped into our interests to get us excited. While Tori is transparent and direct (which I definitely appreciated) she was also thoughtful and considerate of my anxiety about having a big wedding and being the center of attention. I just wanted to elope with my fiance, but my fiance wanted the whole wedding experience. He was very involved in the planning and also appreciated Tori's approach. She kept us organized and inspired, and created vision boards to help us visualize the wedding details. From our scattered thoughts and ideas she was able to create a cohesive, interactive, fun and personalized wedding that felt like US. I was able to trust her implicitly and never doubted her transparency. She definitely undercharges for her services. My brother spent way more on their wedding coordinator and she was a huge disappointment. Her calm demeanor kept us relaxed and enabled us to truly enjoy our wedding. With Tori there to take care of the details I didn't worry about anything and was able to be present with my friends and family. I don't know how she handles it all, but she does, and always with a smile! Her expertise, experience, and extensive network of reliable vendors made the planning process and our actual wedding day beyond perfect. Everyone still talks about how perfect and fun it was!

One of the first things that attracted us to Tori was how responsive she was and how much experience she had as a wedding planner on Maui. Both of those qualities really shined through in our experience working with her. We had less than a year to plan a 3 day Maui wedding in 2022 for about 100 people. Tori quickly helped us find a weather appropriate venue, and connected us to many of the right vendors thus saving us so much time. In this age of pinterest and instagram, I really appreciated how Tori thought through the functionality of every element. Finally what really set Tori apart from the 10+ other wedding planners that I interviewed was that fact that its not just a job for her, she really truly cares about your wedding and she wants to make it an awesome event. We worked with Tori for our wedding planning. She was amazinggg, and I can’t recommend her enough . She would let me know if there was anything that would put us over budget and she would suggest something similar but cheaper. She made sure I had nothing to worry about on the day of, and to be honest my wedding was everything I have ever wanted. I had wedding planners telling me my vision was not possible with my budget and Tori made it all possible .

If I could give Tori more than 5 stars, I would! Our guests are STILL raving about our wedding and welcome party! We could not have done ANY of it without Tori. One of the things we most appreciated was her honesty about costs. She told us that our budget was not realistic for our vision and she was RIGHT. Even with her discounts, we still went over budget but it was SO WORTH IT! They say you get what you pay for and we paid more than $1000 per guest for the wedding day (60 guests). How much is peace of mind worth to you? Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. Tori helped us personalize our wedding so it truly stood out from the others. There are many pretty weddings on Maui, but many of them look the same. That is easy to see on IG and Pinterest. Ours was highly personalized and expressed the two of us while including our guests in many interactive experiences. I am sure things went wrong behind the scenes, but we never knew about them. Tori always came out with a smile, even when it was raining, windy, hot beyond belief, and when others were coming at her with a barage of questions. She is calm under pressure and uses humor to get through everything. My bridesmaids were impressed with how calm she kept me because I am a control freak. While Tori is incredibly detail oriented and organized, weather and people can change those plans. She knows all of the ins and outs of the venues, the professionals, and the design, which helped us to make many critical decisions in a timely manner. Even when I had no idea what I wanted, she asked me the right questions to create a vision that I could not articulate. Tori is on site from the time your rentals are delivered to the time they are removed from your venue. When we spoke with one of the rental companies, we were told that she is one of the very few planners who actually do this, which they truly appreciate. Our wedding was a production and she is not only directing others, she is hands-on with everything. It is impressive to watch. Since we got ready at the venue, we were able to observe her all day. You know, you read reviews about people and sometimes question their authenticity. I mean, how does someone like Tori have so many amazing reviews? I am here to tell you the 5 star reviews are 100% truth. The entire planning experience was magical, and it all goes by so quickly on your wedding day. Tori will tell you to look at everything as you make your way down the aisle and take it all in. She will explain that it is like a movie in your head and pass quickly after a year of planning. This could not be truer. If you want someone HONEST, TALENTED, DETAIL ORIENTED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, EXPERIENCED, HARD-WORKING... someone who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for you...TORI is your girl! I promise that regardless of what happens to alter your plans on your day, she will work hard to make everything work out according to plan or better. Everything was absolutely amazing and perfect! We are already talking about a vow renewal for our first anniversary!

Incredibly detail-oriented and organized. She planned our friend's wedding and she was so awesome! She had everything so under control and the day flowed smoothly. The couple had only wonderful things to say about Tori while they were planning their wedding and she fully delivered on their wedding day. She works VERY hard! I wish she had been OUR wedding planner in Oregon!

If you are looking for someone who really knows her stuff, then go no further than Celebrations by Tori. We were supposed to get married in 2020 and had to reschedule our wedding for 2021. Tori kept us calm and excited the entire time, even though our plans changed a lot of times. I hired Tori after already hiring my photographer and picking my venue. Even though Tori had not worked with my photographer before, she was open to working with her and shared all of the wedding details. My photographer said she had never worked with a more organized and detail oriented wedding planner! Our guest count changed, our date changed, our details changed, but Tori kept us informed in her summary and never let us feel discouraged. Everyone was surprised at how calm I was on my wedding day (I'm sort of a control freak!) , but I knew Tori and her team had it all under control. Go with the flow and enjoy your wedding. It happens once. It happens quickly. She told me before I walked down the aisle to look around and take it all in, because it would be one of the only thing I'd remember and that it happens so quickly. She explained it's like a movie that happens so quickly. She was RIGHT! If you are looking for a fluffy "yes" person who makes you think it will all work out but then doesn't make it actually work out, that is not Tori. If you want to know the good, the bad, and the ugly, so you can make the best decision for yourself, then TORI IS YOUR GIRL!

Tori is AMAZING!!!! We didn't have as much time as most couples to plan, but it didn't matter because Tori is an expert! She knows all the ins and outs and truly cares that your vison comes true. It was such a nice relief to have her coordinate our wedding, we could actually relax and enjoy the time- because it does go quick! She was so much fun to work with and we are forever grateful to have her expertise help pull off our big day! I would highly recommend her and hope to be able to attend another wedding she coordinates in the future because it was that much fun!! Huge Mahalo and lots of love to Tori!!

When my husband and I decided on a destination in Maui we knew we would need to find someone to help us. We began working with Tori in 2019 to plan our July 2020 wedding. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding until July 2021. Tori was amazing through the entire process. She took the time to get to know us by having us complete a very detailed questionnaire and from there she took our likes and interests and truly helped us have the most BEAUTIFUL wedding I could have ever dreamed for me and our twenty guests. She went above and beyond at every step of the way and exceeded my expectations. Her suggestions, connection to the local vendors, assistant, and small details she thought of and just did were so appreciated. I truly can not thank her enough!!

Let me just start this out by saying Tori did an amazing job with our wedding and kept us within COVID compliance. Just weeks before our big day the Governor of Hawaii reinstated their COVID mandate and Tori was on it! She sent in an application to Maui County on behalf of us so we could have the wedding we had been planning for. She ensured a compliance officer took our guests' temperatures and had them sign COVID liability forms upon entry at the venue. If she could make our wedding a dream, it’d be great to see what she could do without having to spend time on COVID mandate compliance. My husband and I hired Tori in the middle of wedding planning, after we had our "big ticket" items booked. However, we both reached a point where we knew we were overwhelmed with planning a wedding on Maui living in Washington state. I grew up on Maui and have family/friends who helped us a lot, but none who are professional wedding planners that make you think about every little detail. Tori was very gracious not working with her regular vendors and was very honest in her thoughts/recommendations for basically everything. We loved her honesty on our budget and she made fantastic suggestions to keep us within that. She is extremely organized and did well in creating an on-point timeline. She set realistic deadlines for us along the way, which decreased my stress a lot! She is very direct in her communication style, which to my mother-in-law, was slightly disrespectful during our rehearsal. HOWEVER, all was well after seeing our Catholic and Persian ceremonies run smoothly, as well as seeing the décor beautifully setup (specifically the Sofreh Aghd). We also thought she was always respectful and professional. Her responses are timely and any time we felt we needed a phone conversation she was able to fit us in within 2-4 days of our request. The day of, Tori made sure I didn't stress about anything and kept us on schedule despite me screwing up the start time for our Persian ceremony on our website. Everything looked amazing and she set up all of our personalized items exactly how we wanted. Tori is the planner for you if you want a respectful professional, who listens to what you truly want/need even if you may not know what that is at the moment.

I'm so thankful I found Tori and her team. I could NOT have planned my wedding without her basically holding my hand the entire way. Our destination wedding in Hawaii was a huge success once I realized I could not do it myself. After choosing our wedding venue we were stuck. Tori explained the contract to us so that we knew what we had to provide. After hiring her for her full service package, we easily planned rentals, flowers, decor, musicians, photographer, videographer, and all of the other tiny details that originally had been a challenge. I interviewed A LOT of planners who all say they do this and that. Tori stood out from the beginning. I felt I could trust her. She didn't just say what she thought I wanted to hear, and she wanted to make my wedding about us and tell our story. Tori is kind, organized and extremely detail-oriented. I was so thankful that she thought of details I NEVER would have considered. On my wedding day I didn't worry about a thing because I knew she had it handled. From ceremony to reception it was all I imagined and more. Her vendors executed her plan beautifully. If there were problems, I never knew about them. I promised to stay out of her way and let her handle everything. I enjoyed being pampered and being a bride. It has been a month since my wedding and everyone is still talking about how much fun and how beautiful it was.

Today is our 6 year wedding anniversary so it only feels fitting to reminisce and leave a review on our experience! Tori recommended the most amazing location for our wedding which I will never forget. It was the Sugarman Estate in Wailea. It was stunning. We live in Australia so it was incredibly risky and nerve racking to work with a planner in another country and somewhere we have never seen before. We had to put our full trust in Tori. At times it was stressful given the distance and time difference but as soon as we arrived in Maui a few days before the wedding we knew we made the right decision. As we were on a private estate we had to bring everything to the venue (from tables and chairs, to food, booze, decorations). Tori helped us organise the booze at the best supplier and came with us, she recommended all the right people for the various jobs and ensured everything came together seamlessly. On the day itself after the ceremony, I was told by a few guests that it had been raining a few minutes before I was due to walk down the aisle. I did not have a clue! Tori did a great job on hustling the guests under the marquee and back out again into the sunshine when the rain cleared up. She knew I would've been stressed if I saw the rain! Our day was perfect and I wish we could relive it all over again.

We found Tori on Pinterest and Instagram and LOVED her photos. Every wedding looked different and her photos represented a variety of ethnicities, which we really admired. I gave her a few ideas of what I wanted for our wedding design, and she had the BEST ideas. She really listened to us and tried to make the day about us. We spoke to some other planners who insisted on changing what WE wanted to what THEY wanted, and we had to use THEIR people. A great thing about Tori is she tried to get us discounts on everything and picked the people she thought would work well with our ideas and budget of $20,000 for 30 people. She does not take a commission or charge the 20% others seem to be charging. I really appreciated her honesty. We couldn't do everything we wanted because Hawaii is expensive, so Tori asked us for our 5 wedding deal-breakers to make sure we had the most important elements. Her full service package was definitely worth the $$$. We needed A LOT of guidance, and she thought of so many things we had not considered. Our wedding day would have been a disaster if we had done it ourselves. So grateful we found Tori!

Heather S. 5.0 Tori is truly amazing!!! Tori made our wedding day the most amazing day ever. She was great about communication, and was available at the most insane hours. I think she is always working! I never had to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Tori made every detail perfect- beyond my wildest imagination. Our family and friends are STILL talking about how she managed to make our day special even with the COVID rules. She had hand sanitizer for everyone and she even had a person hired to make sure everything was clean and according to the rules at the estate. The flowers were gorgeous. We had delayed our wedding because of COVID and were hesitant to have it in Hawaii because of the travel restrictions. BUT, it ALL worked out and we are so happy we went through with it. A special note...I did some research before the wedding and THOUGHT I had found the right people to hire. Tori gave me the pros and cons of each person we were considering, and we are SOOOO happy we went with her recommendations. Trust her because she KNOWS what she is doing. Loved our wedding. Tori was impressive. She kept us within our budget while creating the vibe and look we wanted for our wedding day. She put my wife at ease, which put ME at ease. I always felt she was honest with us about the quality and costs of the people she hired for our wedding, and I truly appreciated that. Our guests are still raving about the day and all of the personal touches Tori encouraged us to include.

Marc and I have been engaged for 5 years and originally wanted to have our wedding at home in New York. It was getting too stressful with everyone wanting to be invited and involved, so we decided to do a smaller wedding in our favorite place of Hawaii. We were not sure which island would be best for us, but Tori helped us to figure that out in less than 5 minutes. She knows SO MUCH about all of the islands, its pros and cons, the different venues and vendors, the climate and activities, etc. that we only needed that 5 minutes with her to know we wanted her to plan our wedding. To freely speak with us and try to get to know us so she could help us before even hiring her???? It was a no brainer. Tori helped us through every step of planning when we hired her for her Total Package. She even gave us resources for some of the things we wanted to get on our own and bring with us, like kimonos for the bridesmaids, a personalized cake topper that coordinated with our theme, invitations, and more. Our wedding day was perfect. I KNOW there were things that happened and I never knew about them. Tori said we were on a NO NEED TO KNOW basis and to only know that everything is handled and perfect. I never ONCE worried or seemed stress, which seemed strange to my friends and family. I am usually a control freak about everything, but I felt totally calm and stress free knowing Tori had our backs and was taking care of everything for us. She worked so well with the hotel we booked for our wedding, including the rehearsal meet and greet and the day after brunch. Oh, and Tori helped us with those, too. We paid her extra but it was worth it!!! Not only is she incredibly detail-oriented, but my friends noticed she did extra things for the wedding to look even more beautiful. By the way, the vendors LOVE HER. They said she was one of their favorite coordinators to work with because she is organized and fun. She even dances a little when she is cleaning up! If you want an organized, detail-oriented. creative, personal, fun wedding planner? Then you need to hire Tori from Hawaii Weddings by Tori Rogers. You will not be disappointed!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! We really appreciated Tori’s honesty, knowledge and attention to detail. She came highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend her to others. Very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable.

I could never have pulled off my perfect wedding day without Tori’s assistance. Not only is she a tremendous wealth of information, but she really got to know us so she could offer ways to personalize our wedding. Our guests were so impressed by how attentive she was to every detail of the day. She mad sure the employees at the hotel and all of the vendors did everything they were supposed to do. I KNOW that there were mistakes made, but I never had to worry about a thing because I was confident that Tori had it handled. My friends told me that I was probably the calmest bride they have ever seen, and I told them that was because I had Tori. When I talked to my hair stylist about my experience with Tori, she said I was lucky to get her because she is the best and leaving the industry for a while. I was so fortunate to be one of her last weddings and I feel sorry for other brides who won’t get to work with her! If you can persuade her to plan your wedding, pay whatever you can to have her do it. She is worth every penny. She does not increase any prices or charge any percentages. She did not take commissions from the wedding professionals. Whenever she could get us a savings with our preferred vendor, she passed on whatever discount she could to save us money on our wedding. We were so happy with our wedding vendors and appreciated that they worked so hard to make our wedding perfect. We all had so much fun!!!

When you hire Tori Rogers to plan your wedding, you are hiring the REAL DEAL! Not only did she have an abundance of great ideas for our wedding, but she kept us on our toes with her very detailed wedding summaries. Tori is incredibly detail oriented and organized, which kept us assured that our wedding was in very capable hands. When my friends asked why I was so calm on my wedding day, I just said that Tori had my back and I knew she would take care of anything that came up, and she did! Tori and her team of incredible professionals worked together to make our wedding beyond perfect. Everything was BETTER than we expected. She took the few ideas I presented to her and made our entire vision come to life. It helped that SHE was not stressed on our day because that kept me calm. My friends told me they had wished she had been their wedding coordinator because she was THAT fantastic. Tori is not a YES person, and we appreciated her direct and honest approach that she describes on her website. We trusted her immediately. Her extensive knowledge of the island and the vendors impressed us from our initial conversation. I especially liked that I was not passed around to different people in her company and only planned with her the entire time. She never complained about the many emails I sent, or my phone calls and texts. I knew she was planning other weddings, too, but she always made me feel important and like a priority. I know she is only taking a few weddings next year because of her book, so if you are lucky enough to hire her, HIRE HER!!!

We're very happy with how our wedding turned out. My husband & I both work full time and have a baby, and we didn't have much time to devote to planning our destination wedding, so we really depended on Tori to make sure we were on track with all of the decisions that we needed to make along the way. She knew all the right questions to ask, gave advice and recommendations, and figured out all of the logistics of how & when everything would happen on the day of. She was very organized on our wedding day, and I felt like I was able to relax & enjoy the wedding with her in charge. We highly recommend her!

Tori assured us from the beginning that our wedding would be just as we imagined, and she definitely delivered! We had never been to Hawaii so we were doing all of our venue scouting and vendor ordering remotely. Tori recommended a flower supplier that gave us exactly the flowers we asked for. Our wedding was VERY focused on flowers (petals on the aisle, flowers on the back of each quest chair and on the chuppah, flowers on the cake table, etc.), so this was probably the most important part to get right and the flowers were stunning. Besides that, Tori got us the right chairs, farm tables for our guest welcome, cake, and water stations, and provided her own nice water dispensers for infused water. She also recommended the PERFECT officiant and ukulele player! On the day of the wedding, Tori was on site early with hired help to set everything up. It was ready promptly as guests arrived and Tori kept everything on time through a VERY TIGHT schedule at the venue. In the end, even though the day was over in a whirlwind, we thought we had the beautiful wedding of our dreams and can't wait to get our pictures. Many of our guests said they decided they will never see a more beautiful wedding. Thank you Tori!!

Tori was the best! I really liked her ideas and she was always very responsive. I live in Seattle and wanted to have a small destination wedding in Maui and she planned everything! She had lots of great ideas and I felt like I was in such good hands. She was a good listener and very organized. I also felt like she was understanding of our budget. She gave me a list of recommendations and reached out to all vendors. Our wedding was one to remember and it was largely due to Tori. I can't recommend her enough!

We are from California and had our wedding on Oahu at a resort and were not sure we would need a wedding planner since we were working with a hotel. We soon found out that we definitely needed some help. The hotel provided a list of wedding planners and Tori was on there. We interviewed them all and knew immediately we wanted Tori. At first it was because she only charged her flat fee and did not take commissions. However, we soon realized that her knowledge and expertise were invaluable to us. We initially hired her for her Day of Coordination package, thinking we could use the Internet to help us find the right wedding professionals for our wedding. That proved to be very overwhelming and stressful, and we learned that there are some dishonest people out there. So, we upgraded our package to her Total Package and are so glad we did!!! Not only was she available to answer all of our questions and provide the best vendors for our wedding day, but she also acted as our liaison with the hotel. She was at the hotel on the wedding day from beginning to end and made sure the set up was done the way we wanted it to be. I had a large bridal party and she handled all of our challenges and different personalities with her wonderful sense of humor. Everything was perfect on our wedding day and I am so grateful that I did not have to worry about a thing. I even got to eat!! Thank you, Tori, for making our wedding day the best ever! Tori saved my wedding. I originally hired a different company because they were cheaper, but they turned out to be a disaster. My friend found Tori on line and thankfully she was available to help me plan my wedding. In Tori's initial responses, she had already been more helpful with my planning than the other company, and that was before I even signed a contract. She has so much knowledge and is completely up front about everything. Tori helped me plan my 100 person wedding from start to finish, and was especially helpful on the wedding day. Even the most organized wedding can have problems on the wedding day, and Tori calmly handled every situation with perfection. I loved how she got to know me and Leon personally so she could make amazing suggestions to personalize our wedding design. Her team and the other vendors really respect her and everyone worked together well. During the planning process, Tori provided a fully detailed summary so that we always knew what was going on for our wedding. Tori is an absolutely fabulous wedding coordinator! She herded our cats/goat rodeo of friends & family with ease & grace and coordinated everything seamlessly so I didn't have anything to worry about. Her knowledge of Maui, vendors, & the Kihei/Wailea area is invaluable for a bride planning a destination wedding! Every guest raved about how amazing everything was & it was all Tori from coordinating the ceremony, to reception space decor, to finding the perfect cupcake shop. Tori and her team did a great job organizing and coordinating our wedding at Spago, the Four Seasons, Wailea. We could not have done it without her. Tori always responsive to our many questions despite the time difference between Maui and the East Coast, where we reside. Also, she has strong relationships with vendors and was very helpful in guiding us as to entertainment, flowers, etc. Tori really allowed us to enjoy the day without having to worry about any details. Tori listened to me and learned my style to a T. Trust me that took work and dedication on her part, I guarantee I sent her 5 million emails and called her 1 million times always throwing ideas her way. I still wonder how she was able to decipher through all those ideas and requests. What she did took real talent and patience and she did a spectacular job giving me exactly everything I dreamed of and more. When I walked down the aisle and into my reception my eyes lit up and my heart was full, it was a feeling I will never forget. I couldn't believe the work her and her team had done. She also took care of things I never would have thought of and was so attentive the day of the wedding. I guarantee she put in 15+ hours that day, a holiday, and I never saw her without a smile on her face. I can also guarantee it was the an unforgettable Wedding and the best New Years Eve party ever. Everyone one of my guests were amazed. People are still calling me about how incredible it was and that my wedding was the prettiest wedding they had ever seen. I can't tell you how many people came up to me complimenting my coordinator and I have Tori to thank for that. My wedding was picture perfect and was more than I could have ever asked for.

Tori did a fantastic job preparing us for the wedding and orchestrating the wedding day. We only hired her for day-of coordination, but she put in a lot of work in advance going over our information, making sure we had everything we needed, and giving us advice on how to tie up all the loose ends. She was in the loop on all last-minute changes and had our back when some minor problems with the venue arose prior to the wedding. On the day of, she was always available and prepared to grab us a bite to eat/drink, hold on to valuable items, and deal with uncooperative family members and other distractions. Our relatively small wedding turned out just like we wanted in the end, and Tori was a big part of that. We'd highly recommend her.

It was stressful to plan from another state and not be able to see anything, but the day of the wedding met and exceeded all our expectations. Tori was fantastic to work with. I contacted Tori after cancelling our contract with another Maui coordinator who was much more expensive and not genuine or helpful. We used Tori to plan our wedding ceremony (no need for reception since we did that at a restaurant and they had an in house coordinator. She was very easy to work with and helpful in answering all our questions. We sent her photos of things we liked and she took care of it all. Everything turned out exactly as we envisioned. It can be unnerving planning a destination wedding, but Tori made it very easy, and she's very reasonably priced. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to other brides.

My husband and I come from Slovenia, Ljubljana, a small country in central Europe. We wanted to get married on a beach. As we were deciding where, my husband suggested Hawaii, I choose Maui. My friend, which is a travel agent looked for a wedding organizer, she choose a few and than together we decided for Tori. She gave a quick reply, was very precise and also gave the best offer for what we wanted to have. I knew exactly what I wanted to have on my wedding day and Tori fulfilled our wishes. Her assistant on site - Hana helped us and took care that everything was on place. Tori helped us to pick a nice beach location and really did her best. The bouquet was wonderful, the location was perfect, the minister and the photographer were also great. We really enjoyed our day. We had a no-stress day, everything was taken care of as we planned, it was a very touching and romantic wedding ceremony. We had a rainbow weather: from splashes, sun, wind, calm atmosphere - it was perfect! We could not have ordered better. In the background there was our song, we also had the sand ceremony. Afterwards we went to Feast at Lele, which Tori advised us to go. It was wonderful. Romantic and delicious. The wines, coctails, slow food, the show, the dancers - everything was so well organized. We are really glad, we had such a good organizer and that everything went smooth. Tori and Hana really do a good job, they are committed to their work and really know how to please clients. Every girl has to think of what they want for their wedding before they find 'the one'. I was just that girl. I knew a couple of 'musts' for my wedding. I knew I wanted to get married on Kauai. I knew I wanted to get married at the Waimea Plantation Cottages, and I knew it had to be an outdoor tented wedding. What I didn't realize was the best parts of the wedding planning process was yet to come. I knew that I needed help. Whatever my mom and I were planning, we wanted to FULLY enjoy every ounce of it and we could only do it with a wedding planning. Tori Rogers did not let us down. It was a truly a blessing to find Tori on the Knot directory. I interview 3 wedding planners and she hit it out of the park. Very professional, very straightforward, and honest. Every bride needs someone that was going to tell them the truth whether or not. She was able to find us vendors and work with them to just make our day truly magical. With Tori's direction and keeping us on task, I was able to have my dream wedding. She is worth every penny and goes over and beyond for her bride and groom. My 'now' husband and I couldn't have asked for anything better. She works with your budget and your tastes to find something that will be perfect for that person. Tori was phenomenal! We planned our wedding in a very short time and from Florida. She was so accommodating and had the perfect suggestions to make our day so special. Any questions I had, she was immediately in touch with me about! My photographer ended up being late, so she was coordinating, filming, and taking photos. We even received an email afterwards with several of the pictures she had taken just a little time after the ceremony. I can't say enough good things!
