Laura had many creative ideas that I loved such as a lit backdrop behind the cake and where the food should go. She told me that Celebrations would nicely set up the hors d'oeuvres. I left my trust with her and that was a great idea! The tables looked amazing and the food was well liked by everyone. The colors matched perfectly with the wedding. She added pumpkins to the hors d'oeuvres table which I loved and it added a lot to my fall wedding. Overall, I loved working with Celebrations. The food was amazing and so was the decor and service. Laura answered a million emails from me and was so flexible, calm, and friendly!

less is the glue that brought everything together to make our wedding perfect! She came in with Ryan and the team and set up a gorgeous reception! And then when we realized we needed communion moments before the ceremony , she came in clutch with a broken up cupcake and red wine. Seriously, they are the full package! And if you have dietary restrictions, they can definitely accommodate! My husband and I are vegan and they made the most delicious pasta as one of our main dishes. Even guests that were not vegan enjoyed it! Oh, and you want the sizzling veggie tray. Trust me! I can't thank the celebrations team enough for all that they did to make our wedding day special!

They really do take care of everything and they are so organized and professional through the whole planning process. e ate Cajun food at our reception. The reviews from our guests were fantastic – Po Boys, and crab cakes cooked to order. They truly went the extra mile with the set-up, the actual event, and the clean up afterwards. How many caterers ask you if you want to provide plastic containers so the bride and groom have food afterwards? Ellie, who we worked with, was a delight and was instrumental in making everything perfect.

d, when my mother ended the evening with a trip to the ER, I discovered that the person in charge had left. I had catering personnel asking me what to do... While they were ready and willing to do anything, I was an emotional wreck and it was total confusion.

The staff was wonderful in helping us form a diverse menu to cater to everyone including the children and those with food allergies. The menu was spot on for the type of venue and the style of our wedding without costing us a fortune! Thank-you Kjell and staff!!

Leah was wonderful when we met with her and extremely enthusiastic about us and our plans for the day. We set a menu right then and there and overshot our guest count. Over the course of the next few months, Leah was out of the country and unavailable. When she did finally return, our day was turned over to another person at the company - Kjell. We returned to Gainesville and met with him. Again, personable, enthusiastic, friendly - full of great ideas! Again, we reviewed the menu (and made some slight adjustments) but overshot our guest count again and planned for 80 people. Only 65 people attended our wedding - 70 if you include vendors to be fed - and the food ran out almost instantly. No one was able to fill their plate more than once and some did not fill it the first time. I was mortified. What made it worse was that Celebrations then began to clean up the tables that had held the food (removing table clothes, etc.). My coordinators had to fight them off to leave it so that we could order PIZZA to feed the rest of the guests at the end of the night. To make matters worse, their "lead" was horribly rude to my coordinators. She used profanity and spoke disparagingly of my husband and I in regards to what we expected of them. They even refused to clean up a broken glass and forced the coordinators to do so. I have to say that I was MOST excited about Celebrations of all my vendors and when I think about how they completed nearly none of the tasks they were given, it breaks my heart. We spent more time thinking about our menu than our flowers or decor or anything along those lines. The menu was a very personal touch that my husband wanted to show the uniting of our two different backgrounds and instead it was presented as a mish-mosh of food. Luckily for us, the pizza was a hit and guests did not say anything to us that day about the food. After the fact, we found that many family members were upset - and even my grandfather had had a run-in with one of the servers. We dealt with this issue with Leah directly and were refunded part of the money we paid - due to the lack of food. However, this still doesn't change the fact that many of my guests were hungry until the back-up pizza arrived, no coffee was provided and they severely over-served several guests (alcohol). Celebrations is the one dark spot in my wedding memories. But at least the food - what there was of it - was delicious.
