We had an absolute blast at our wedding tasting at their adorable kitchen. On the day of our wedding the banquet staff was nothing short of amazing. We could not have asked for a better banquet staff, the banquet captain checked in with us all night and was so on top of everything. All of the catering staff that evening was so professional and friendly. I was running behind schedule and I forgot an ingredient of my signature cocktail and they very quickly handled it for me. Not to mention the food was incredible. Our steaks and chicken were cooked perfectly and all of our guests talked about how incredible & yummy the food was. I would definitely recommend any bride and groom to hire celebrations for their wedding. They are true professionals and they really provide an exceptional experience. Thank you Celebrations!

He would have conference calls with my husband and I throughout the day, anytime that worked for us and he was wonderful as we often added my Mom to the calls. He always answered our questions, provided us with ideas when we were unsure of what to do, and answered the many emails I sent in the process. On the day of our wedding, my husband and I watched as the staff of Celebrations was attentive, kind, and constantly checking on our guests as well as the two of us to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was simply wonderful! Our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres and the meal. We also chose to have hot chocolate and cranberry apple cider passed prior to the ceremony and our guests said that it was so delicious and such a special treat! service and Walter. Walter is the reason this is getting written. Walter provided the absolute best service that we could dream of the entire weekend. Every time I needed something.. it was like he sensed it immediately and was there for me or my wife. But he makes you feel like he is there only for you and that you specifically are the only thing that matters. I felt like I had my own concierge all weekend even though I’m sure he was doing a million other things to make everything perfect. We honestly didn’t deserve the level of service he gave us and I couldn’t shut up about how great he was. The food, the drinks and the whole staff were all great, but what made our experience the best it could be from a catering standpoint was Walter and the pride he takes in what he does. The man really cares if you are happy and I will recommend him and his staff to everyone. So… this is a big thank you to Walter and Celebrations Catering for making our weekend amazing.

owed up on time, everything was perfectly on schedule, and they made sure we (the bride and groom) always had food, drink, or cake in hand. The tasting before our wedding also went great and our main point of contact went through the contract line by line as well as provided us pictures of how our linen choices would look at our venue. The main criticism we had was with the main sales contact we worked with. We were planning a wedding from out of state and preferred to communicate over email. This person was pretty good with their response times, but we felt that their attention to detail could be improved as we had a lot of back and forth around details in the contract that we had to ask them to fix. Meeting this sales rep in person at the tasting was a great experience and we felt that they work better communicating over the phone or in person. The other feedback we have is to make their prices more clear as we had to basically reverse engineer the pricing from our proposal to get an idea of how the prices would grow based on guest size. For price-minded clients, being clear about prices would help a lot. Lastly, it was not clear if the catering staff required gratuity or not and we did not get a clear answer from out contact, so being clear in the contract if this is required or not would be helpful.

Neither of us are vegetarians, but we loved their squash ravioli and one of us ordered it so that we could have some on our wedding day. We were very happy with the level of service and quality of everything. They ensured our glasses were full consistently (this speaks volumes to me about the level of service provided) and that we were happy. We sincerely appreciate their attentiveness. I only wish I had been able to eat more of it on our wedding day!! Adolfo, one of the managers, did a fantastic job staying on top of everything. If something went wrong, we have no idea!

very flexible and had no problem with changing things out and making substitutions. For the wedding they were absolutely incredible! The Banquet Captain did a great job of checking in with us (the bride and groom) to see if we needed anything. She brought us snacks and drinks during photos so that we could also enjoy the cocktail hour as well. The bartender who had been at our tasting brought us some special mixed drinks once dinner started. Their staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and on top of everything from the moment they arrived to packing everything up to leave. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

mmodating. We were a little overwhelmed at the beginning because they have such a vast a la carte menu but that quickly disappeared once we started discussing the menu with David. He was flexible and worked with us to create our perfect menu for the cocktail hour and the reception. My husband comes from France and his family works in the restaurant industry so we knew we wanted to fuse the two cultures. David fully delivered on this!! The hors d'oeuvres were incredible (we were busy during cocktail hour with pictures but we did get to taste them at the tasting). Our guests said it was a perfect balance of the passed hors d'oeuvres and the cocktails. The reception food was spot on. Any changes we discussed at the tasting were perfected by the reception. Every detail of the service was attended to and the staff was top notch. The banquet captain handled any situations that arose and made sure everything went smoothly. All of our guests mentioned to us how wonderful the food was and that they could tell the menu and service were very well thought out. The price was very reasonable as well. We brought all our own French wine, beer and liquor and were not charged a corkage fee. We were also able to bring our own French cheese and baguettes with no issues. David fully understood how important it was for us to have these little nods to France at our reception. Celebration Catering definitely made our reception an incredible event and one that we will always cherish!! I would recommend them to anyone.

The choice was easy because they are the vendor you need to book at Lost Creek Winery, but I'm really glad for the opportunity to work with them. Celebrations and Lost Creek work incredibly well together and we had a seamless event. I'd like to give special recognition to Vivian who was so speedy we her emails and helped to make a lot of my special requests (a few that were last minute) happen. She was a true pleasure to work with.

rior to the tasting we picked our favorite options and a few others as back up options. The food was amazing. Jump forward to the day of the wedding. Both our venue and Vivian worked so well together to make our day perfect. It is really helpful to have a team behind you that you know works seamlessly. Vivian went above and beyond to make sure that our guests were taken care of. Down to making sure that each person with a food allergy wouldn't run into any trouble. Our wedding ended up happening on a cooler day in October and not only did Vivian make sure that there were warm beverages for the wedding party during photos she was also there to help hold the back of my dress when all of us had our hands full going from place to place. The food was very good and everyone raved about it. Celebrations was very professional literally catering to all of my needs and the needs of my guests. I just needed to make eye contact with anyone from the celebrations team and they were there immediately to help or answer a question. At the end of the night they packaged up the rest of the cake for us and even helped load up my in-law's cars (with gifts and other wedding items that my husband and I wanted to keep). My bridesmaids have all commented on how efficient and quick the clean up was. Vivian and her team worked hard to make sure our day was perfect. I highly recommend them from a tasty, seamless, special day!

e asked for fruit on the salads and we got it. We asked for a few things that weren't specifically on their standard menus and they gave us exactly what we wanted. We had to use Celebrations because they were the only caterer that our venue (Lost Creek) worked with, but I'm so glad we did. They simplified the whole process and the food was wonderful. The cost was a little high, but I honestly believe it's worth it to pay for good food to keep guests happy and fed all night long. It was a wonderful wedding partially due to the great food!

t or the trouble. The staff was incredibly difficult to work with. The invoices they provided were always convoluted and barely itemized. They charged an off premise fee even though they are the sole caterer for this venue. They do not have a public menu to choose from, instead they will design meals from your "budget." We attended a tasting and asked for quotes on items after the tasting. While telling us one price at the time, later when we chose to make these upgrades, we were given a higher price. I also found it frustrating that this company cannot accept credit cards. With catering being the most expensive piece of a wedding and as simple as it is to accept credit cards with the technology available this was incredibly inconvenient. When I arrived to the venue on my wedding day, I was told that there was not a linen for the DJ's table because I had told them he would not need one. I later checked my email to confirm that I had indeed requested the linen. At the end of the night, we were not provided with any of the leftovers, even though we knew there were plenty of them and ended up with fewer guests than we had paid for. I understand that with some food this is a health code issue, but with others this is not a relevant factor. For example; the bakery we ordered the cake from even provided us with a box for leftover cake, and we were not given the leftovers. My mother even asked about leftover cake, and she was informed there was none, although we had seen numerous plated pieces removed from the buffet by the catering staff. Even if it had already been sliced, it should have been made available to us at my mother's request. I would highly recommend working with a different caterer if possible. If like us, you love your venue enough to put up with the frustration of this vendor, ask as many questions as possible. Know exactly what you are paying for, and if you hope to be provided with the leftover food you have already paid for, especially from your bakery who is an entirely separate entity, work it into your contract in advance.

ing process. We originally began with a plated meal for 100 guests. That was quickly thrown out the window when the price came to almost $18k (a number we were nowhere close to accepting). We decided to change our plated dinner to a buffet, bringing the cost down a few thousand dollars. Eventually we accepted that $12k for 100 people would be as good as it gets (since it did include everything from tables and chairs, to an open bar, and napkins, and servers). Our next step was to have our tasting. We were not impressed at all with that was presented to us. The chicken was rubbery and the ravioli was stale at the tasting (fortunately the food was much better on the day of the wedding). David, the owner, was great with working with us to find items for our menu that we were happy with until we made our final choices. Even though he was great working with our changes, we were still not impressed with the food, but since we had to use them, there was not much we could do. As we got a few weeks away from the wedding, we gave the caterer out final head count, which was 56, down from 100. You would think that with the head count bring pretty much cut in half, the $12k would be cut in half, too. Not the case. We went from $12k for 100 people to $9k for 56. I know; that makes no sense! On the day of the wedding, the catering staff was just perfect! If we did not have a cocktail or water in our hand, they were there to ask what we wanted. No food on our plates? They were right there to ask if they could get us more food. They were the nicest and most professional group of workers. Celebrations Catering did an excellent job of hiring them! The food was excellent on the day of the wedding. Overall I would recommend Celebrations Catering based on the customer service and the staff.

an food. Adam was easy to work with and stayed in touch with us throughout the planning process, and on the night of our wedding, the Celebrations staff kept everything running smoothly. Celebrations has very fair pricing - they are definitely expensive, but so are all the best companies in this region. There are absolutely no hidden fees, and you pay for exactly what you get. We had a lot of vegetarians at our wedding, and we actually paid less for the vegetarian meals than for the meat options, rather than a flat amount per person regardless of their meal choice. Most importantly, the food was delicious!

My only complaint is that we didn't get to eat anything from the cocktail hour and we didn't get a "to go" box for our food...with everyone visiting us at the sweetheart table, we only had a few bites of the most expensive meal we ever paid for!

We wanted to make this special and unique, and you often had suggestions and supported our ideas. From serving water and lemonade when our guests arrived at the Manor prior to the outdoors ceremony to pulling up the table overlay cloths with tucks to having drinks and plates of cheese, crackers and fruit in the bridal dressing room, you made our day special. Everyone was simply “wowed”, and we have been left with some exceptional and beautiful memories! Thanks!!
