l announcement for our cake cutting, he pushed back on and said he would sound 'lame' and ultimately many family members said they were disappointed they missed us cut the cake because he wouldn't announce it. We gave him a 'must play' song list and he played these all back to back right at the beginning of the wedding. Also, and biggest thing, two of the recordings we gave him were recordings of our parents to be played during our unity ceremony- super important to us and supposed to be really special. Unfortunately only the recording of my husband's parents got played and not the one of my parents and he blamed us to a family member that he did our unity ceremony too quickly. We were very disappointed overall in working with Tony. My feeling as far as hiring a vendor is that if I am paying you for your service, I do respect your professional opinions (and communicated that to Tony), but I am paying and my requests should be respected, and we did not.

o many guests raving about him, he knows how to get everyone on the dance floor. I highly recommend allowing Tony to have full interaction with your guests because he has a great personality. We used Scott as our photographer through Celebrations. Scott was amazing to work with as well. He paid close attention to detail and was willing to go above and beyond for us! We got married in a blizzard and not only did they both arrive early to the event but Scott helped shovel a path so we were able to manage a few pictures outside. I highly recommend both Tony and Scott for any event, they were the best!

We got our pictures within a timely manner (less than a month later). Tony was awesome as a DJ! He kept the party moving along and played all the songs I requested! I would highly recommend Kent and Tony to anyone!

We haven't seen our pictures yet (it has only been two weeks) but we are so excited to see them when they are ready. We had a large wedding party and large families to work with, including my dog, and he made sure to get every shot we would want! Their Photobooth services were great too! Everything went smoothly, and we got our photobooth book of photos and CD at the end of the night. We even got a discount for using all three services. we highly recommend Celebrations DJ and Photography for your wedding!

Everyone kept telling us how much they loved the music, and some said how “they could’ve danced for another 4 hours!” Tony is wonderful!!! Definitely book him for your event!!

t some point Tony managed to get absolutely every single person onto the dance floor. Just one wish - when floor got open for dancing only fast music was playing. I wish some slow songs were in between - more people will be staying dancing.

At one point, our matron of honor's 3-year-old -- our ring bearer -- asked to take Scott's picture : ) We love how the photos turned out and we've been getting feedback from family and friends that they capture the day perfectly. The quality and attention to detail is excellent, and we appreciate the mix of traditional and some more creative shots. We will treasure the photos for a long time to come. hroughout the evening and afterward that they loved the music he played! He was personable and engaging on the microphone when needed, but let the music take center stage later in the evening so everyone could enjoy dancing. He also managed requests from guests by playing most of their suggestions but leaving out anything that he knew we wouldn’t want played. Tony also made the planning process extremely easy. We filled out his questionnaire that covered every detail for the night and then he confirmed everything with a quick phone call the week before. If you’re looking for someone who will get guests out on the dance floor and make sure both you and they will have a great time, Tony is your guy!

ing to take all the shots I requested, although he didn't seem to have looked at the requests I sent him prior to the wedding as Celebrations asks, so I had to remember the shots I wanted the day of the wedding. He did have a fun personality, though, and was very efficient in getting the photos taken. Jim was our DJ. He was very willing to listen to any requests and make any adjustments needed the day of. He didn't play as many of our requested songs as we would have liked, but he was very kind and great to work with. We also had a great experience prior to our wedding when setting things up with the owner, Tony, and he answered all of our questions. Overall, very pleased with our experience!

d help us choose a photographer who would be a good match for us. We had the opportunity to meet with Jerome (our chosen photographer) before paying our deposit, and he was equally as wonderful. He was super easy to work with, was very experienced, and took a TON of pictures. We're very much looking forward to getting them back and seeing how they turned out.

ke one thing: He asked Tony to make some kind of announcement to help the photographer to get a good shot of the dance floor crowd and for some reason Tony didn't think it was a good idea. Now I wasn't there at the moment and I don't know exactly what my husband was asking him, so who knows. But he was a lot of fun and had a great "Radio" voice. Very professional and willing to play whatever you want or whatever you don't want.

h everything with us, but he did a terrible job. The songs for the ceremony went as planned, but the reception was not at all what we wanted. We served our vendors meals, BIG mistake. Our dinner ended up taking two hours because Patrick was gossiping with our videographer instead of getting the party started. We gave him a list of requested songs for the reception, which he confirmed prior to the wedding, and he only played 3 of them the entire night. Only one slow song was played, other than our first dance, father-daughter, mother-son and dollar dance. I asked him to play a few songs and he never played them. I asked him to announce that the candy buffet was open and he never did. The DJ service is probably my biggest regret. Sadly I would NOT recommend Celebrations DJ.

ere to begin? We requested when the groomsman were walking down the isle for Patrick to play the horns version of “When The Saints Come Marching In" we never heard it. My husband and I requested Patrick to play Harry Connick Jr. “It Had To Be You” as our recessional.....it was soooo low you could barely even hear it...I wanted to say can you please turn it up? That's suppose to be the YAY we are married lets let the world know song...needless to say I was very very disappointed. Then he begins to announce the wedding party, has this long pause and announces the wedding party with wrong names!!!!! It keeps getting worse, my mom, aunt, and bridesmaids informed me how rude he was when they went to request songs for him to play. When my Husband and I entered the reception we AGAIN could barely hear our song we requested (another key moment in our wedding)!!!! Needless to say yet again I was very very frustrated. Lastly, he was gone from his DJ setup for long periods of time playing a pre-recorded track and not including all the songs me and my husband took time to pick out. Ugh....please save yourself from this DJ. Luckily, this was the only bad experience of our entire wedding the rest of it was fabulous.

The only thing I wish could be changed was that my husband and I missed the last dance of the night because we were saying goodbye to a relative and didnt hear him announce it was the last song. So when the song was over and the lights came on I was a little upset and when he realized, I wish he would have played another song or part of a song. Oh well....

In prior phone conversations to our event, he seemed disappointed that he would not be interacting with guests much.) The guests enjoyed it, but I was disappointed.

isappointing because we had previously discussed how to pronounce each name. I also felt as though once the dancing started we spent a little too long on "oldies." I also feel the DJ should have recommended that we cut the first dance song a little. But, despite all my little complaints we really did have a great party. The DJ played a little game to get everyone on the dance floor. He also came out to teach some of the group line dances. At the end of the night during the last dance on of my favorite things of the whole night was when the DJ said (about half way through the song) "everyone hold hands and circle around Dava and Matt." I felt like the most loved person in the whole world. I want to recommend you do this at your wedding b/c it was such as special moment. After that he said "I think we may have time for one more" and we all jumped and danced to celebrate good times. It really was awesome :)
