We had an exceptional experience with Celebrations, and Matt was a huge part of that. His industry knowledge went far beyond the rentals themselves, and he was always willing to he...
lp us think through the details.
I spent weeks going back and forth on linens, and Matt never made me feel rushed. He patiently helped me color match and talked through colors, materials, sizes, and patterns until I felt confident in our choices. When I wanted to count and recount our rental items, he patiently walked through everything with me as many times as I needed to.
When an unexpected bump in the planning process came up, Matt stepped in, helped me think through what needed to be considered, and reassured me that he had my back. That kind of support was invaluable as a bride.
His strong relationships with other wedding vendors also made coordination and execution incredibly smooth.
We rented everything from lamps, linens, and a dance floor to glassware, plateware, silverware, and photo backdrop materials, and everything came together beautifully. More than anything, I appreciated the knowledge, patience, and genuine care Matt brought to the process. I would recommend Celebrations without hesitation!
Everyone we spoke with was super nice and helpful! They took the time to show us everything and work out what we needed! We received everything a few days before the wedding. The o...
nly complaint I have is the tables and chairs were really dirty! Luckily we rented table clothes and just had to clean the chairs which were white so they are hard to keep clean! Overall I would do business with them again.
The rentals were good for the event, but they did nothing to help with setup which took us by surprise. My mother and a friend of hers were left to set up all of the chairs and tab...
les in addition to all of the set up we already had planned. So be prepared to do all of the heavy lifting yourself! The selection of items is pretty limited and they were short on supplies when we needed to increase the amount of seating at our wedding. But when meeting with the staff they were friendly and experienced with advising what all we would need for the event. Overall a good rental resource for Quincy, but we would have appreciated assistance with at the very least some basic setup and a better selection of rental items.
I was somewhat disappointed that although I signed a contract for them to set everything up they backed out on me about 2 mo or less before the wedding. My fiancé and I had to fig...
ure out how to set everything up to explain to the people we hired. This was a lot of extra time and hassle. However, everything we needed was there and it did end up being very beautiful. I could have done without all that stress though. They did still agree to set up the arbor at the ceremony which turned out very good.
