was not written in the contract so our coordinator had to call the company, who made the men stay and help put it together. I would recommend that if you rent anything from them, ask a bunch of questions up front to see what you are getting because we were caught totally by surprise the morning of our wedding and panicked. Not something you want on your wedding day.

up our rentals they called us and moved the scheduled pick up time from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. That made it really hard for us to do what we needed to do since we had made a schedule for the day that relied on them holding to their pick-up time agreed upon. However, we ended up misplacing a fair amount of rented glassware and instead of charging us for the replacement fee immediately, they were very patient to work with us as we found as much of it as we could.
I definitely recommend them, but be prepared for your pick-up time to potentially be postponed.
