We hired Celebrations for our wedding and they were so easy to work with! I appreciate their prompt responses and flexibility when we had to change our order a bit. Everything was ...
delivered in good condition! 10/10 would recommend!
They were great to work with! I had to add on walls for our tent a few days before our delivery due to rain in the forecast and they accommodated us with no problems. And the renta...
l timeframe allows plenty of time to set up and after the date so you aren’t rushed.
Garbage rental service, I’m glad I canceled my order
Had a good experience over all. We did have to wait a long time to get our rentals loaded and unloaded which was frustrating since we were on a time crunch.
TERRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend going anywhere but here for any rental needs you may have. The day before my wedding we were setting up and I was missing all 150 ...
of my napkins. When I called them they were closed, which is fine expect for when they called me back they had absolutely NO apology or sense of urgency to get my napkins to me. My mother in law had to go to the venue on my wedding and set up 150 of napkins by her self 2 hours before my ceremony because they didn't deliver them to me the night before when I had 20 people there to set up. AND I was also short random plates and silverware, so I called and told them that as well. Do you think they apologized or gave me any sort of discount for their mistakes?? No they actually charged me MORE. I called about a $25 extra charge (by the way they just ran my card again WITHOUT my permission) and she said that was for the extra plates I had delivered with my napkins..well I had to get extra plates and silverware because they didn't even bring me 150 to begin with!! When I called to ask them about it all the lady kept saying to me was "well they got delivered to you didn't they" over and over again with ATTITUDE! I told her I would not be using them again and she said "great have a nice day". WOW, they do NOT care about making their customers happy or FIXING their mistakes. Seriously probably one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. My parents were planning to use them for my brothers wedding but will be going elsewhere for their needs because they were the absolute worst. An overall joke of a business.
Ugh. While the delivery and setup guys were great, what they delivered was not. The quality of the equipment was horrible! We ordered 4-3 gallon beverage containers and they were n...
ot matching, they were scuffed up and old looking and one was completely cracked and unusable! Thank goodness my aunt had purchased one, just in case! The chairs were so dirty we needed to wipe them down before the guests arrived. AND they also brought the wrong chafing containers! Thank goodness I was a easygoing bride but for what I paid, what I received, was not equal.
We rented all of our chairs for the ceremony and the reception from them as well as a chocolate fountain. We love using Celebrations -- the owners are fantastic and the prices are ...
great.
They let us add rentals up to two weeks and offered suggestions based on the info we gave them. Helped to load. Things came well packaged and clean. Dishes and utensils do not h...

They were great at delivering everyting early and set up our tent three days early so we could work on everything but they did not bring a ladder to install the lights in the tent ...
and when we did install the lights half of them had either different light bulbs or the bulbs were burnt out.
This is a great place to rent wedding arches and other wedding/event needs. The staff was helpful and allowed for our daughter and I to go and place our chosen decorations prior t...
