Sophia has a great way with people. I've worked as a musician on events with her and knew she would be able to coordinate both my vendors and guests with grace. If we didn't have her, we wouldn't have known our wedding cake company had closed and disappeared! I was very happy to have her help us.

Sophia and her team were absolutely amazing! We chose the partial planning package, and the value they provided far exceeded our expectations. While we considered the full planning option, the partial planning package aligned perfectly with our budget. Throughout the entire process, Sophia was by our side, anticipating our needs, and handling details we hadn't even considered. Her dedication and commitment truly went above and beyond our wildest expectations.
An example that stands out is our wedding cake. We selected it, paid the invoice, and then completely forgot to follow up as the big day approached. We were a bit nervous, but to our delight, the cake arrived on time, looked stunning, and tasted delicious! Sophia had taken care of everything without us even realizing it.
Another memorable moment occurred when the weather in Florida took an unexpected turn for the worse just 15 minutes before our outdoor ceremony. It started pouring rain, and we had to activate our backup plan. However, the venue staff wanted to charge us extra to move the chairs and arch to the new location. In that critical moment, Sophia took charge and swiftly intervened. She and her team efficiently moved everything, ensuring that our ceremony commenced with a mere 15-minute delay. Witnessing her exceptional problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and remarkable leadership was truly impressive. Moreover, she effectively communicated with both of us throughout the process, involving us in important decisions and keeping us informed every step of the way.
The ceremony and the entire evening went flawlessly from there. Sophia ensured that every detail was perfect, and everyone had an incredible time. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication.
To top it all off, at the end of the night, Sophia made sure that all our personal belongings and wedding items were safely secured in our hotel room. It was such a relief to know that everything was taken care of, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day.

Sophia and her team were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination, and I never once regretted the decision - literally all the stress of executing our wedding was lifted! From the first meeting Sophia understood our vision and was able to answer any questions we threw at her. As the date drew closer she was always available for questions, usually replying within a few hours of emails. She managed rehearsal beautifully (it’s not easy to wrangle so many people) and the day of her team literally went beyond expectations. It was like magic, I never once felt I needed to worry about other vendors and If any problems came up, I honestly had no idea because they were solved before I ever knew about it. The first time I walked downstairs the venue had magically transformed and was exactly how I imagined.
Seriously, hire Celebrations. Especially if you’re an over-anxious person like me, they will take all the worry from you!
Perfect execution is an understatement. Sophia was our planner for the last year and a half and she did not disappoint. From the moment we met Sophia it was an instant connection and felt like a friendship we’ve had for years which made the planning process so much more fun and enjoyable. Sophia’s attention to detail and having our backs with vendors was incredible and greatly appreciated. She definitely went above and beyond for us but that seems to be the norm with Sophia. The wedding day was PERFECTLY executed down the the T and we couldn’t be more grateful. This was the best money we spent and we’d do it a million times over if we had to. Sophia thank you a ton. Sophia is amazing!! I don’t know what I would have done without her. From the very first meeting, she made the planning process so fun and easy! Even my other vendors commented on her professionalism and expertise. It was extremely windy on my wedding day (we had an outdoor venue) and Sophia handled all the setbacks the weather brought with poise, so that I didn’t have to stress or worry about a thing! I would recommend Sophia to any and everyone who is getting married!
Sophia took the daunting task of planning our wedding and made everything so simple which really helped leading up to the big day. She met with us frequently and created plans for us to do all the things we needed to do. She also kept on top of our vendors and fixed any issues we had, communicating directly with them. She was able to clearly communicate our wants and desires because she spent time getting to know my wife and I.
On the day of our wedding she was an essential part of everything moving smoothly.

Sophia is such an amazing wedding planner! She understood everything I wanted and made my dream wedding become a reality. She gave me the best recommendations for other vendors. I had really high expectations and a lot of things to pack into a tight schedule! She made the day go by perfectly without me having to worry about anything at all!

Sophia was absolutely amazing! Hiring her was our BEST decision for our big day. I am normally a big planner myself but having her to keep me on track and *shield* me from wedding day chaos was so needed! She partnered with my husband, in laws and bridal parties to keep surprises secret and coordinate everything from arrival times to packing all of our items at the end of the night. Sophia was the one vendor I never had ANY concerns about, and even before leaving for our honeymoon I had guests asking me who our planner was. We love love love Sophia and with our first anniversary coming up we still cannot thank her enough 💕
Sophia was so wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail and execution were on point! We had a crazy venue and a lot of moving parts for the wedding and Sophia was calm & collected through it all. There is just so many amazing things I could say about Sophia! First of all she made my dream wedding come to life. She was extremely professional and organized with every single detail from the beginning of the planning process till wedding day. Sophia made sure to be there for me whenever I needed her, she was only a phone call or text away and was super responsive. Sophia was our wedding planner and I cannot begin to express how amazing she was from our first conversation, until the end of our wedding (and beyond!). Sophia was my wedding planner in 2021, where we had our wedding at the Howey Mansion. If I had one piece of advice for any future bride it would be…HIRE THE WEDDING PLANNER! and my second piece of advice would be…HIRE SOPHIA!
Sophia encompasses all of the qualities you’d want your wedding planner to have. Other than the fact that she is kind and so easy to get along with (so much so that she’s basically part of my family now)…She’s also organized, prompt, detail-oriented, thoughtful, creative, communicative, a great multi-tasker, and supportive. I would recommend her to ALL of my friends and anyone getting married in the central Florida area. You won’t regret it and you’ll make a life-long friend out of her. She even planned my brother’s wedding the following year. My wedding was perfect and went as smooth as ever and I have Sophia to thank for that.
