Thank you so much Celestial Brides for finding me my dream dress and working so hard to tailor it to fit me perfectly. They even go as far as to give you tips on your to sit, carry the train etc (I got a very voluminous dress!) I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day.

w, care and understand what the customer is looking for. My dress was everything I pictured and so much more. I live three hours away in Erie, PA and would not gone anywhere else. I was a bit worried about fittings since I couldn't make it to town often, but they worked with me and managed to get it all done in two fittings! It was perfectly altered and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with their services and would highly recommend this business!

be altered, I was completely rushed. I understand it was a busy time but I wasn't even put in the bridal room. I had to share a small room with another woman who was dress shopping in there for mother of the bride dresses. Not to mention my mom and MOH were in the room too trying to learn the corset of my dress. My second fitting was even worse. Although I was in the bridal room this time, she kept saying "remember we did this" and "remember from last time we did that"....well she must not have remembered that we didn't do any of the things she had in her head. Then she has the nerve to ask me if I'm on my period because the dress is tighter than last time I was there....saying that I could possibly have put on up to 7 lbs from last time. YOU DO NOT TELL A BRIDE THAT. I was horrified and started breaking out in red blotches everywhere. The dress was able to be loosened via corset back but she apparently didn't think of that because i had to push her to do so. I was so smooshed in the dress and I'm not a big girl. I have seen plus sized girls wear beautiful dresses that FIT them and that's what I wanted. I wanted the dress to fit me and not squish me. Thank goodness my MOH was there because she had to speak for me. Especially when I was trying to tell her that the top part of the dress did not look right. It looked bunched and completely hollow in the middle. I thought seamstresses would notice something like that and fix it. Instead, she wouldn't let me finish my sentence and kept telling me that it's the way the dress is. My MOH finally convinced her that maybe we should put cups in it so that it pulls the bunching in the middle and looks more shapely. Last but not least, after telling me they are able to do the sweetheart neckline when I bought the dress and also in the first fitting, she decides to tell me that "I can do it but you're not gonna like it. You're just not gonna like it." Well I certainly didn't like it with a straight across neckline so maybe you should at least try to do something about it. I was asking for a slight cut out in the middle, not a plunging neckline. The last thing I wanted was to feel horrible and uncomfortable on the day of my wedding. Needless to say, I left there in tears and ended up buying a new dress the next day. It FITS me perfectly and I had an amazing experience. I'm not hard to please at all. Celestial brides just needs to take note from a professional bridal shop....especially the seamstress!

hings I said multiple times I would not want. She held the curtain half open while I was changing and she was rushing my friend and I in and out of dresses so quick that we couldn't even determine if we liked them. Will never return mainly because of snarky comments from the employees.
