Hello my name is Chelsea and I am the owner and sole proprietor of Celestial Souls Beauty! Makeup has been a part of my life since I was about 6 or 7 years old due to the dance and figure skating classes I was enrolled in. Once I was in high school, the love grew; all of my friends in my dance classes would come to me for makeup during our shows. After high school, makeup became more of a personal hobby. I made a decision to go to Paul Mitchell in Sacramento to study esthetics and finally follow my passion during the pandemic. I am happy to help newlyweds make their dreams come true as well!
