Working with Deanna and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had Sarah as our DOC and she was incredible. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she was super responsive, professional, and detail-oriented. She helped us create a clear, organized timeline and made sure everyone was on the same page. On the wedding day, Sarah kept everything running smoothly and took care of things behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry. It really allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. We’re so thankful for her help and would definitely recommend this team!

Deanna is the best wedding coordinator! She was always quick to respond to my many questions and made the planning process so easy for me. Some of my vendors weren’t the best communicators, but she made sure they did! On the day of the wedding she was a calming presence for us. When our officiant said he couldn’t make it a half hour before the ceremony, she was on top of making sure someone arrived. I never had to worry or even know it was happening! She checked in on us throughout the night and made sure we had an amazing time celebrating. I highly recommend her to anyone looking!

LOOK NO FURTHER, YOU HAVE FOUND THE COORDINATOR OF YOUR DREAMS!!
Deanna was amazing and she was so on top of her game. She always kept us in the loop with communication she helped us As our month of coordinator. She worked out the timeline great we felt comfortable and well informed every step of the way. She was always available for question.
This woman is also incredibly calm and cool under any stressful situation. We had a few hiccups come up that were out of anybody’s control and this woman had plan A,B, and C ready. She was just so knowledgeable so quick so prepared for any situation and we cannot thank her enough for making our wedding amazing!
Did I mention if she sees a fun idea she will ask you about it and make your wedding even better? We had a Polaroid welcome book and she saw excess film and went around the room and took pictures for us and they are such a treasure to have and they are so sweet and adorable.
I could continue to write a novel about all the wonderful things they did, but the bottom line is look no further, higher them, and you will be in very loving very caring hands!!

I hired Deanna as my Day of Coordinator for our Downtown NOLA wedding. Although she was only hired for day of, she was very willing to answer any questions or contact a vendor for me well before the week of my wedding. She was very responsive both through email and text and always the sweetest. She brought a second hand, Merrell (who was in training) to the wedding who was equally as great. I would hire Deanna and her team again in a heartbeat!

November 2024 bride - I hired Deanna for day-of coordination services after booking out my vendors myself. She communicated with me regularly in advance of the event, kept me and my husband/ our families totally calm on the day of, and was super flexible as the event played out. She is a total professional and I would absolutely recommend her services! I recently hired the coordinating team from Rosewater events to help coordinate and design my daughter’s wedding. They came in and helped us tie up all loose ends, and helped us execute a gorgeously styled event. They made sure that my entire family got to sit back, relax and enjoy the day. While we were enjoying the reception, they were busy, making sure that everything was running smoothly and that by the end of the night everything was already picked up so all we had to do was leave.
