exactly how to handle them. Their shop alone is stunning. They were so easy to get an appointment with and the initial consultation made me feel like a VIP. They looked at all my inspo photos and then showed me pictures from their portfolios that fit my vision perfectly. I knew they understood what I was looking for better than I did just then and they knew just how to bring it to life. Megan was so patient explaining which types of flowers were which and she even pulled a few stems from throughout the store so we could see things in person rather than just pictures. My mom (a gardener and lover of flowers herself) was blown away with their expertise and felt so comfortable and taken care of. I distinctly remember asking my mom after the appointment if she wanted to have any other consultations and her response was "No, thank you. They're perfect."
They followed up flawlessy with an itemized list of everything they would provide with fair and transparent pricing. Yes, flowers are expensive, but with Celidan I felt like the prices were fair for what I wanted and for the time and expertise they provided. I didn't feel like I was getting charged extra just because its a wedding or anything like that. I booked about a year before my wedding so my vision changed a little over time. They understood my changes instantly even though I don't know much about flowers themselves. Absolute professionals and experts. Day of they were punctual and the flowers were STUNNING. My mom was so happy that this huge part of the day was well taken care of so she didn't have to worry about it. I'm still getting compliments from my guests and all the flowers got snatched up by various family and guests at the end of the night. Flowers that beautiful were not going to be thrown away and they stayed beautiful for about a week after the wedding. Thank you so much Megan, Regina, Jenny and the whole family at Celidan. Once we had completed our final order we didn't worry about a thing. Our florals were delivered to 3 separate places, hotel, church and reception. We chose to re-purpose many of the florals from the church at our reception and they returned after the ceremony to deliver these items to the reception.

She is literally the nicest person I have ever met and shows genuine interest and excitement about your vision and wedding. Karin worked with my budget and provided not only flowers, but other decor (lanterns, vases, etc.) for my wedding as well, and her price beat the competitors by a long shot.
I was able to meet with Karin and her team a few months prior to the wedding to view samples and I was blown away with how gorgeous they were and how well they understood my decor vision. I was given choices and the variety of flower and greenery options was impressive. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and lovely.
My wedding day was GORGEOUS, and it was largely thanks to Celidan Florists. Karin and her team delivered (free of charge) my bouquet to my hotel earlier in the day and later delivered everything to my venue to set up. My guests, my bridal party, and I were floored by how beautiful everything looked, and they are still talking about it. My cake, in particular, was just stunning. They even gave me a complimentary toss bouquet.

price! However, they were supposed to be at my hotel at 1pm. When 1:15 passed I asked my mom to call them. Turns out they forgot about my order. They told my mom on the phone they’ve been busy with prom. The flowers were delivered sometime around 3 to my venue. They also just credited me a 50% refund which I definitely appreciated, however, this still IS NOT ok. I understand things happen and they did make it right, but brides don’t need any extra stress. I would still recommend them but you should definitely call the week of to make sure everything is going according to plan.

As we progressed toward the day, they were very flexible as we added flowers, changed options and eventually needed other floral displays to define and create the space where we would say our vows. Everyone – Terri was our first contact and took a great deal of time to show us flowers and give a sense of what would work, and then Karin who created the floral displays and came to install them – made us feel as though we were the most important part of their day. The only hiccup was that they called me a month before the wedding saying that I didn't send in a deposit or sign a contract when I had paid them in full months before. We sorted it out within a few days and everything else went off without a hitch. I would use them again, and highly recommend Celidan Creations for another bride!
