icious. Her bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese, cerviche, baby lambs chops, tomato and brie tarts and tostados did not disappoint. We did filet mignon that was substantial and so tender along with a french style chicken with basil and mozzarella. Kim is just incredibly talented and takes pride in all she does. Honestly, you can not go wrong, from her skills as a chef and to the presentation of her food she is one of a kind.

made sure our plated dinner went smoothly. Kim was really helpful preparing food for a guest that had special dietary restrictions and even connected with them individually to make sure they could eat well. Highly recommend!

venue's suggestion, we gave Kim a call as well. It was a no-brainer. My husband is the foodie of our family, so he handled booking and arranging the catering for our wedding, and Kim understood his vision immediately. They worked together to arrange a *delicious* Mexican-inspired menu with chicken mole, a southwestern caprese salad, vegan enchiladas and a pork tenderloin that our guests are still raving about. The cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were a hit (my personal favorite were the little charcuterie boats) and she even brought warm apple cider and coffee carafes which were perfect for our chilly winter wedding. To top it all off, they sent us home with a little cooler of leftovers, slices of cake and even a couple of mini champagnes to enjoy at the hotel once our nerves wore off. The wait staff at Celine & Co were professional and friendly. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

because it was already beautiful. The space is romantic, charming, authentic Asheville, somehow a perfect blend of comfortable and upscale, eclectic and classic. I loved the little hidden side room set up for me as the bride to hang out in before the wedding (where they made sure I had a big glass of white wine ready) and for my husband and I to sneak off to for a quiet moment and a private champagne toast. The location was right downtown, with a lot of hotels within walking distance, so it was convenient for our guests at the Cambria. Kim was AWESOME to work with - she clearly cares so much about making everything perfect and special for each individual couple, and then knows how to make it all happen. She was responsive, friendly, and professional throughout the process, and she was so flexible when we had to change our date and guest list due to COVID, and even when we wanted to add an extra hour to the reception with about 30 minutes' notice! It really took a lot of stress off of our plates to have Kim on our team, she is a superstar and we would give her 6/5 stars if we could. As for the food - WOW. Even our pickiest friends and family were raving about the food. Kim helped us with the menu, coming up with different ideas and adjusting them when we got married in a different season than anticipated. They used local Asheville ingredients and suppliers, and everything was really fresh, right down to the locally sourced honey butter. Everything being made on-site also meant it was super fresh and tasty. We loved all of it, but a few of our favorites were the bacon-wrapped dates, the spanikopita, the steak, the mashed potatoes, the caprese salad, and then all of the desserts - instead of a cake, we had a smorgasbord of different desserts like lemon cupcakes, nutella mousse, chocolate chip cookies, strawberry creme brulee, and homemade cannolis - and each one was better than the last. My husband loves soft pretzels, and Kim even had them made as a late-night snack during the reception, with a local beer cheese dipping sauce - our guests loved it! The best part was that Kim had a couple servings of everything (all the appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts and late-night snacks) packed up in doggy bags for us to eat as leftovers to make sure we actually got to taste everything. They had a great selection of drinks as well, and all of the serving staff were very friendly and professional. We really could not be happier with the venue, the food, or the wonderful service Kim provided. Our wedding day was everything we had dreamed, planned, and hoped for, so we would ABSOLUTELY recommend Celine & Co to anyone, both for catering and their beautiful venue. You won't regret it!

out of state, was the worst, but she made it an absolute breeze! When we went in for our tasting, we had to bring our kiddos along with us and she catered to their every need as well. Kim did our rehearsal and the wedding and everyone talked about the food, even my pickiest eaters cleaned their plates! There are no words. Her menus may seem "fancy" but I promise you, WORTH IT! She will work with whatever you want for your meals. Simply AMAZING

I wish they had a restaurant because it was unbelievable and my mouth is watering just thinking about it and it was almost 3 months ago. We did a buffet and Kim made my wife and I our own plate so we could actually eat something while everyone else fixed their plate. She was amazing to work with and hope I get a chance to taste those short ribs again someday.

The freshness and quality of the product that we got from Kim was bar none. Kim worked within our budget to get the best quality items and incorporated our personalities into the choices that we got, which is exactly what we wanted! She included a couple of surprises that she knew we would love at the last minute, which blew us away! Her kindness, knowledge of the business, and professionalism can't be beat. We can't recommend her and her team more!

pect. We sat down in a huge, beautiful reception hall with a single table set for two. Right away we were brought handcrafted drinks and h'orderves, which were simply amazing. We got to meet the staff and learn the backstory of Celine and Company. On our visit, we were served a full course meal, complete with a salad, the main dish, and desserts. We would strongly recommend arriving hungry! Making final selections was not easy, everything was so fresh and delicious that it made doing so difficult. Talking with Kim was also a really nice treat. She was so down to earth and carefree, we could have sat and talked for hours. On the day of the wedding, Kim and her staff were punctual, well dressed, and friendly. We used Celine and Company for everything, bar and dinner service, along with a marvelous dessert spread and cake. It was so seamless and appeared to flow very well with little effort. Dinner service was well managed and accommodated everyone! Kim made it very known that she would make plates for every style diet that was needed. When you have a few children, vegetarians, people on diets and everything in between it's hard to find someone so accommodating. And for her food to be sourced locally and responsibly is a huge plus for us. All of our guests' loved the food and commented on how satisfying it all was. Already knowing what we would be enjoying, my partner and I were anxious for dinner, and we were not let down. I would recommend Celine and Company to anyone in the Asheville area, for every service. Finally, they made the rather drab church hall look much better by supplying black linens and tea lights! Kim, who runs Celine and Co., also helped us come up with an emergency flood plan for our wedding reception, which almost had to get moved due to road closures. Fortunately the plan did not have to go into effect, but I was so touched by her willingness to help us out in a tough spot. She's a real mensch!

Kim was super responsive, had wonderful creative ideas, paid attention to every detail and everything was flawless from the beginning to the conclusion of the event. Kim and her staff were such a pleasure to work with and were quick to respond to any questions or changes that we had. We hired an outside person for the wine and beer and found out a few days before the event that there was problem with delivering what we wanted. We contacted Kim at the last minute and she was able to provide everything. Working with Kim was fantastic. The staff were top notch professionals and very attentive to the needs of our guests. The presentation of all the food and stations were creative and beautiful. She did an outrageous dish for the cocktail hour. It was amazing and beautifully displayed with assorted cheeses, meats, honey, jams assorted breads and crostini. The food at the event was so delicious, REALLY fresh and perfectly cooked. The three main courses were outstanding along with the side dishes. The beef tenderloin was so tender you could cut with a fork. To top off the evening Kim herself did the carving at the buffet which made it even more special to our guests. I can't say ENOUGH about Kim, and her staff. Everything was beyond incredible. All of our guests are still raving about the food. If you are in need of a caterer, look no further. Kim will deliver exactly what you ask for! I HIGHLY recommend Celina & Company!
