DJ Jelly Bean was awesome! He did a great job as an emcee and a DJ. My only complaint is they didn't play a lot of the songs that I requested (they played the correct ones for first dance, walking down aisle, etc.) during the reception. But overall, I was pleased with CAE!

We spoke with Joe personally via phone and text many times leading up to our event and have nothing but great things to say about management! We felt that our details and ideas were heard, and he was great to work with. We spoke to our DJ (DJ Dominique) the week of our event to go over the details with him personally, and he was also excellent! He loved our vision, listened to us fully, and was ready to have fun! On the day of our event, Dominique was timely, provided great energy, MCed perfectly, and we had such a blast with him DJing our wedding! SUCH a great choice going with Dominique and CAE!☺️

CAE help make for a great reception! Our DJ was Mario who reached out to us before the wedding in order to get to know us and our musical taste. He was fabulous! And we also had the photo booth provided by CAE which when bundled with the DJ service makes for a good deal. The photo booth was quite the hit!

We had DJ Dun Beeno for our wedding and he was awesome! He made it so much fun and kept the energy going all night long! We loved him! I would recommend him for anyone and we hope to use him again for future events!

I think the owner is really kind and our DJ was kind too. I was just disappointed in his skill level. We did opt for the lowest level. I thought that this would be okay, but that the DJ just might not be as much of a party starter. I would definitely recommend getting a recommendation for a specific DJ before booking, either from reviews or from a friend. We had DJ Aaron. He played great music, but he had no idea how to make the night flow. If you are just having an event and don't need him to announce anything or introduce anything, he would do a great job. I just don't think he should do weddings. Just about everything he said was incorrect. He did announce our names correctly, but he didn't even announce the groom/mother dance, he just started the music. He didn't know how to cue anyone, so I had to go get our pastor to pray, and I had to tell our best man/maid of honor to please go up there for toasts. He started the toast early while they were still handing out the toasting drinks, and he proceeded to give a toast even though we had told him our maid of honor and best man would be giving toasts. Then he ended it with "live long and prosper." We are not Trekkies and did not find this funny. Then he didn't clear the room well for our last dance so some people stayed and awkwardly watched when they were supposed to be lining up for our departure. To be fair he did tell them, but I don't think they realized that they last dance was supposed to be private. If I was planning my wedding now, I would clearly communicate to the DJ to ask everyone to clear out before starting our last dance because I did want that private moment. He also announced that we would be doing a fake leave and coming back which wasn't true at all, so I don't know where he got that. We did wrap up a little early because the weather was bad and people were leaving early, but I wish he hadn't assumed. I assumed with a DJ company that has lots of experience that he would know the basics of how to introduce and cue people for the next thing that would be happening. I wish we had opted for a more expensive DJ because I think they probably would've done better in those areas. I know this company has a really good reputation, and I know I have been to other weddings that used them and they were great!

We had Mario Luna as our DJ and he was AWESOME! He played great music and was great with the crowd! CAE was easy to work with and had a great system of organization. I highly recommend!

Joe was so easy to work with! He understood that a great DJ made the party, but wasn't upset when I told him it wasn't a high spending priority. Gregg was our DJ and was amazing! He took requests and made sure the dance floor was full all night long.

We had an awesome DJ, and the company gave us the option in advance to submit an entire playlist if we wanted. We didn't and just chatted on the phone with him for 15 minutes - and he did an amazing job combining our tastes in music and entertaining our families.

LOVED that we hired Central Arkansas Entertainment!! They were professional, polite and always quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We used them for our DJ (DJ Tee Rose!), lighting, signature light, and photo booth! Joe is amazing to work with and we were so extremely happy with him and his team!

We were informed of an additional $150 dollar charge last minute that was frustrating and caught us off guard. Besides that they were great!!

I can't say enough good things about Mario Luna! He was perfect and made my wedding exactly what I wanted! The company was great from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!!

This is probably my favorite vendor I hired for our wedding. Loved the online portal where we could map out what songs for when. Donavan (DJ Dun Beeno) was exactly what we were looking for. Everyone at CAE was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars is that I wish there was a little more responsiveness from Joe. Perhaps maybe an office line would be helpful because I know Joe is busy. All in all I would book again.

My uplighting from them was phenomenal. However my DJ arrived 1.5 hour late. He did play any music I put on the request list. He was interactive act all. I was really disappointed by my DJ.

A fantastic experience! The owner Joe and our DJ, Chad, made everything go so smoothly. Their online portal for clients lets you map out everything - from song requests to special instructions to a timeline for the reception. We didn't want our DJ to try to throw a dance party and hype up our guests, so we asked them just to play the music and keep it simple. Chad honored our request and the reception went perfectly!

The music during the ceremony and reception was great! The dance floor was busy all night!

Central Arkansas Entertainment is the way to go! We hired them for DJ/Emcee services and up-lighting at our wedding reception. The owner at CAE, Joe, was so helpful and was always very responsive to phone calls and emails. The DJ who worked at our wedding reception, Hector, was fun, energetic, and flexible. He did a fabulous job and made the reception that much more fun with good music choices and going with the flow of the event. CAE prices are good for the services you receive. I would highly recommend them for any wedding, party, or event. The up-lighting looked great also!

We loved working with CAE. Joe answered all of my (many) questions on the front end and DJ Mario Luna did an AMAZING job for us on our wedding day. He had so much enthusiasm and treated us more like old friends. We had the best time and it was truly magical. They also did an awesome job on the string lighting. I would HIGHLY recommend them both. Fun, hilarious, awesome...Too many words to describe! I loved using this company b/c we were able to get our DJ, up-lighting, and photo booth in a package. One stop shop! DJ Lantz was so much fun. I had a lot of guests comments on how much they loved him and how much they loved the music he played. He interacted with all the guests and that made it even better!

Central AR Entertainment is the best! Greg Geary was the DJ at our daughter's wedding, The Ray wedding, and he was awesome! Greg was organized, fun and made everything run so smooth!

Mario was awesome! All of our guests, and us, raved about how much fun they had at our reception. Mario had great ideas about how to build the energy and then kept us dancing. My husband's family is from El Salvador, and Mario did a great job translating and including both of our families in the celebration. Plus, working with the office of CAE was super easy and they answered all of my questions.

Lance of Central Arkansas Entertainment was the BEST! The music and entertainment was epic. Lance played a variety of music to engage all age groups. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend CAE and Lance

I highly recommend Joe Snell and CAE for all your DJ and lighting needs. He has been the DJ for 3 of our children's weddings. We purposely requested him for our 2 daughters' weddings after he DJ'd our son's wedding. Joe went out of his way to touch base with the 3 brides prior to the wedding to ensure he had all the information and 'connection' he needed to make sure their receptions were just what they wanted. In a world that is often 'way too worldly', Joe stands out as someone who still believes in family values and personal integrity. And the same integrity and politeness can be said about the crew who helped him set up the lighting and sound equipment. Thank you, Joe for 3 beautiful wedding receptions.

I used CAE for lighting, DJ, Quartet, and Photobooth for our 10.1 wedding. Wow was I impressed! - The lighting looked great in the space, they knew it well - The Quartet were professional, offered a variety of songs, classical and modern, from which I selected for our ceremony and cocktail hour - The photobooth came with cool props, an attendant, and they even provided a little book in which the strips were taped with notes from guests, as well as a USB with all the saved photos! - Our DJ, Nate Hall, called me days before the event to talk about the vibe for the event and our expectations for him as a DJ A+ all around, would highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Central Arkansas Entertainment enough! The online tools were awesome and most importantly to me - they were always just a call away. I know I called at least four times with random questions and they were always happily and thoroughly answered. Nate Hall was our DJ and he did GREAT! He called a few days before the wedding and spoke with me about all our wants and visions for the big day. He really listened and helped me work out anything I wasn't sure about (never done this before haha). At the reception, Nate quickly got the feel for what got our eclectic party going and the dancing didn't stop until the lights came on! I realize I am a bit biased, but it was seriously the best party ever. And he was a snazzy dresser to boot. Congratulations to all you brides and grooms out there!

We were so happy to with harpist, led light up dance floor, lighting, and DJ Dun Beeno, they were a huge part of making our day so amazing!

Joe Snell did a wonderful job as the DJ at my wedding. He was fantastic on the violin during the ceremony. His DJ skills during the reception were the best that I have seen at any wedding. He was able to get people up and dancing, while playing a mix of music that included Arabic songs. Thanks again Joe for making our night a memorable one.

I absolutely LOVED DJ Lantz and Central Arkansas Entertainment. DJ Lantz seriously kept the party going al night! He had the cutest idea for the groom to "earn" the garter; it was so much fun! DJ Lantz made our wedding night perfect!

Central AR Entertainment made planning all of the music for both our wedding and reception so easy. The online forms and questions really helped us lay out the perfect wedding. And then DJ Bear called us and talked to us for an hour to make sure we had the whole even laid out and timed. We are still getting rave reviews from our friends and family... DJ BEAR IS AMAZING!

I hired this company to provide ceremony music for my daughter's wedding. There were issues from the start. The owner was difficult to connect with by phone and my calls were not returned. But the biggest issue was when the workers arrived, they were so poorly dressed: ball caps, jeans, and a ratty company shirt. Our wedding was in a beautiful venue and they looked so out of place among our guests. I would not use them again. The service was not worth the price I paid.

We were required to use the company as part of our venue contract (Alda's). The night was very fun, but sometimes it felt like the DJ wasn't really taking our requests in mind. Also hard to contact the company prior to our event. We spoke to our DJ a few days before the wedding and that was it. We had requested a pretty diverse array of music to keep our guests dancing, and that wasn't reflected during the reception. All in all though, it was still a special day.

Joe was absolutely phenomenal!!! I don't know what we would of done without him. He played the violen beautifully upon request and was more than happy to do it. Everyone had a blast on our big day and bragged and bragged about Joe! He got everyone to dance and was upbeat. He is highly recommended!!! We just love him!

We used CAE for our wedding reception and Mario was our DJ. He called my husband and I personally and asked a series of questions in order to get to know us and to get an idea of what kind of atmosphere we were looking for. He had great energy. ALL our guests loved him and he completely understood the vibe we were wanting for our evening.

DJ Jellybean was wonderful! He played everything we asked and kept the momentum alive!

We used Central Arkansas Entertainment for our wedding reception. DJ Xavior was great. I met with him a few days before the wedding to go over the type of music we needed for the reception. My wife is Kenyan so we wanted to have music from there and boy did he knock it out of the park. Our families were overjoyed and had a great time. We will be using DJ Xavior for our events in the future. Everything and every need that we had was met, the lighting was awesome and really set a great mode.

Central Arkansas Entertainment should be called 5 Star Entertainment, because that is what they are! We used them for our daughter's wedding. DJ Wiley did an awesome job keeping the dance floor hopping and the reception flowing. Photo booth attendant Tyler did a great job keeping the photos booth pictures flying, making it fun for all ages! Both guys were polite and very professional. My wedding was last weekend and DJ Mario Luna from Central Arkansas Entertainment was our disc jockey. Even before our wedding day, I felt completely confident that DJ Mario had things under control just from our brief phone conversation, which is extremely important when you have so many other things on your mind, but I was blown away at how professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at the art of "DJ-ing" Mario actually was. He was super helpful and accommodated all of our requests. The beginning of our reception was reserved for special dances with our chosen sentimental songs and the end of the night was a party for the ages. DJ Mario transitioned seamlessly from family dances to getting the entire crowd involved in the celebration. Again, we were so impressed with Central Arkansas Entertainment. We could NOT have chosen a better company to work with to make our wedding day the most fun and memorable evening of our lives!

In preparing for our wedding, we really wanted to think about getting the most for our money. While bands have a certain flair, we really wanted to be able to tailor our music to our guests. We chose Central Arkansas Entertainment for several reasons. 1. We get to pick the music list. 2. Joe is a violinist and played for our ceremony. 3. U- lighting/draping was an additional package offering and it was beautiful. 4. Photo booth!!!!! 5. Great value for all services provided. Joe was very aware of how we wanted to ceremony and reception to flow. He cared about how we wanted the night to go and really tailored everything to our wishes. He is a lovely soloist and the most special part about our ceremony was that mockingbirds were chirping after Joe quit playing and all of our guests noticed. It's a small but special detail like that makes you remember how great the day was and how it could not have been done with vendors like Joe! We are so grateful to him and his daughter for helping make our wedding day truly perfect. I would recommend him to everyone getting married in Little Rock and elsewhere!

We used Central Arkansas Entertainment for two separate occasions. We had a small wedding at my parents house at which Joe Snell played the violin. We met with him several times and he played different kinds of music for us to get a feel for what we liked. I chose "Over the Rainbow" to walk down the aisle to and it was beautiful! We had a reception a few days later with over a hundred people. For this we had a DJ. We went online and filled out a questionnaire to match us to a DJ that fit our personalities and were also able to choose specific songs. We just chose a few and let DJ Greg (who was awesome!) take requests from guests. He was ready with all the songs we chose (for our first dance and the dance with our parents) and really communicated with us and let us set the timeline as the night progressed. Everyone had a great time and all I heard was how it was the most fun they've ever had a reception! Aside from all that, Joe gave me great advice on lighting ideas and ways to save money. There's not many companies that will do that! I would definitely use Central Arkansas Entertainment again!

I just had my wedding and reception on Saturday, October 11th. I had Lantz as my DJ for the ceremony and the reception. We had a slight crisis right before the ceremony for music and hooking up to the churches systems but Lantz figured it out and had back up plans. We met with Lantz the week of the wedding where we went over specifics and he was very good to make suggestions of things we had not thought about, but he knew because he had done so many weddings. They were very helpful and really made our wedding that much more enjoyable. At the reception he was lively and so much fun. I had several people come up to me and ask if I knew Lantz before the wedding because it seemed like we had been friends before. He is so good about providing the atmosphere that you are looking for whether it be dancing all night or something more conservative. He was creative with games for the bride and groom to entertain the crowd which I thought was unique. Overall this was an awesome experience and I would most definitely recommend Central Arkansas Entertainment and Lantz as the DJ! Everyone knows that the DJ can make or break the feel of the reception and how engaged the crowd is and this DJ was amazing and could read the crowd. He was great about keeping up with the bride and what was coming next throughout the night. Thank you Central Arkansas Entertainment and thank you Lantz for a wonderful time!

I had the pleasure of working with Central Arkansas Entertainment for my wedding on 9/20/14. There were many options presented to me for this section of my wedding, but I sold after reading more than a few great reviews about the company.They were extremely organized. It definitely made the decision process a lot easier. I contacted Joe Snell and he promptly returned my call and emailed all the necessary documents to get the contract started. The pricing was very reasonable and I decided to go with Xavier Riley as my disc jockey for the event. He was nothing short of AMAZING! He wanted to set up a date for the planner, photographer, myself, and my then fiance, to discuss what type of mood we wanted to create for our event. He definitely exceeded our expectations! He even allowed my husband to do a special performance with his groomsmen just for me ;-)! In short, I would absolutely recommend these wonderful people and I can't thank them enough for being a part of my day and making it that much more special!! Mrs. Williams
