I contacted this company a year ago for a backyard wedding setup. I paid about $500 for the deposit despite the unprofessional and delayed responses from Lisa Conley. Our wedding was postponed due to Covid. Once a new date was set, Lisa was unresponsive and unhelpful so I canceled and requested a deposit. The wedding date passed. I asked Lisa about the refund and she confirmed the address to mail the check. Weeks later, I asked Lisa where the refund was. She said she would consider a half - refund now but I told her she needs to honor the full refund she promised. I email Lisa every few weeks to ask when the refund will be sent. She usually doesn't respond. When she does, she usually misspells my name or just lies a lot. It's very strange and unprofessional. Wasted my money and continue to waste my time. Use a different company!

Amazing! They provided the perfect tent for me wedding. Had it set up and ready to go a couple days before so we could plan and get everything ready. The tent was awesome and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend!! The prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly. I am happy I went with Central Kentucky Tent and Events!
