as postponed due to Covid. Once a new date was set, Lisa was unresponsive and unhelpful so I canceled and requested a deposit. The wedding date passed. I asked Lisa about the refund and she confirmed the address to mail the check. Weeks later, I asked Lisa where the refund was. She said she would consider a half - refund now but I told her she needs to honor the full refund she promised. I email Lisa every few weeks to ask when the refund will be sent. She usually doesn't respond. When she does, she usually misspells my name or just lies a lot. It's very strange and unprofessional. Wasted my money and continue to waste my time. Use a different company!
