many compliments from our guests on how great the food was. Our main dishes was the Prime Rib and the 6 Layer Lasagna which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to hire them. Im not a lasagna person at all but I can tell you that theirs is the best Ive ever had. All the staff was super friendly and they responded to me fast with any questions I had before the wedding.

While getting plates, we started with salads and then the main course. There were staff standing behind our buffet line waiting and offering to take your plate for you.
They took my husband and I's plates to our seats, and even went to the bar to get us a drink. They would NOT allow us to get up and do anything for ourselves. It was rather nice.
Central MI Catering also cut our cake! The served it and cut it just the way I asked. They were very polite and professional people.
We couldn't ask for anything better!
