The staff was really nice the night of the reception and they really made it feel special and let our vision come to life! If you’re looking for a place to truly make it your own with a hotel literally attached upstairs- look no more, it was SO convenient for not only us but our guests. I loved that we could make it our own (moving the dance floor where we want and being creative with the tables). Definitely recommend, the food is delicious and it’s an ease for guests (top 2 priorities for us).

Also since Centre Park has the ceremony, cocktail, and reception space with a joining hotel it was great for family members who were traveling or did not want to drive home. We cannot thank the staff at Centre Park for making our wedding day magical!

hnny's is a great steak house but they are not qualified to cater to a large group. Such as a wedding. Served us bloody raw steaks and fish that was cold on one side cooked on the other... Then have the audacity to tell me its my fault. Ridiculous. these are only a few of the issues we had with these people. Thanks to the management (so called) for leaving a bad memory on what was suppose to be a great day. If your getting married and do not want to be disappointed please take your money some where else these people do not care if they mess up they just want your money!

He is passionate about helping you have the best day and was on top of every detail. When we had a hiccup regarding our backdrop, Jared was on top of it and addressed the situation quickly so we didn't have to stress about it. When it was time for the ceremony, he led us through back hallways that only staff use so that I was unseen by our guests. He even opened the doors for me when it was time to walk down the aisle. I cannot recommend Jared and Centre Park enough!

When Jared took us on the tour of the facility we were blown away by the beauty, ambiance, and how modern and clean everything was. The hotel was clean, spacious and was the perfect space to hang out and get ready for the big day! Jared took care of us in so many ways we can't name them all. You can tell how much Jared loves his job by the way he treats you, how perceptive he is to your idea's and giving helpful advice along the way. at said, I have to give a special shout out to JARED. From day one I worked with JARED....it took one year to plan my entire wedding. He is the absolute best and you can’t get anyone better! Jared truly cares, communicates so well, makes sure all of your questions are answered, and makes the entire process goes smoothly!! I also got compliments about the food and the beautiful venue from my guests!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! :)

autiful spaces to work with. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the food and Jared was very accommodating when we made special requests. I wish I could give 5 stars but not everything went smoothly. They double booked the chapel the day before the wedding so we were unable to rehearse there and the worse part was we were planning on decorating. We had to wait until after midnight to get in there and decorate for my wedding the next day. They also booked the bridal suite the night before the wedding so we were unable to get ready in that room as we were told. There was definitely some communication issues between staff members. It wouldn’t have been so bad if I hadn’t found out all these changes two days before the wedding. With all that being said I have no regrets and would highly recommend the place. They made accommodations for me to make up for the miscommunications so I am happy. Just be more on top of communication than I was and get things in writing! Jared is very nice and very willing to make your day the best!

Their support and suggestions were invaluable. Jared was very accommodating in working with me and my schedule. His staff went out of their way to help with the smallest details. Chef Jason put a special spin on the menu so our guests truly felt they were eating dinner in the French Quarter. He got a round of applause from our guests. Our guests loved that they could attend the ceremony then enjoy cocktails and move on to our Mardi Gras reception. Many booked rooms for the night and then ate breakfast downstairs before heading home. I high recommend Centre Park and the entire staff. We look forward to having our one-year anniversary dinner at Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse.

Honestly, I was the most down the earth bride and had no need to worry because he took care of everything for me. I can’t thank Centre Park enough for making my dreams come true!! This venue and their staff are affordable but worth every penny. Highly recommend this venue, the staff, and the hotel to everyone!

reception. Jared and his staff are truly committed to insuring the day is a perfect as possible. As this was the first wedding we ever hosted, Jared did an excellent job in guiding through the planning process. He was patient with any question we had and really wanted to make sure that our daughter’s requests were met. Jared’s experience in this role really showed when he offered suggestions to make the day even more perfect. The professionalism of the entire staff was evident in the way they offered the food tasting, the details listed on the planning sheets, the dress of the staff the evening of the event, the quality of the food served (both during the cocktail hour and dinner), and the cleanliness of the entire facility. It was top notch all of the way. While we did have a contract that outlined the expected services, Jared and the staff went well beyond the contractual obligations. When it came time for our daughter to leave her room to go to the ceremony space, Jared personally led her through a back path in the facility to insure none of the guests (or groom) had a sneak peek at the bride-to-be. Also, while we were getting family pictures after the ceremony, the serving staff provided hand served hors d'oeuvres to our families in the ceremony room. This was all quite unexpected…but wonderful! The kitchen and wait staff did an excellent job in preparing and serving 170 meals that were just as tasty and fresh as the food provided during our food tasting meeting. Holiday Inn Centre Park is a very special place to hold a wedding. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a 5-star facility and staff in the Dayton-Cincinnati region schedule a meeting with Jared to see what they can do for you!

Jared coordinated with all of our vendors, and made sure everything was set up to match our vision. During the reception, Tess was amazing! Best service we could of asked for! The night was perfect. My husband and I can't thank you all enough!

We have received countless compliments from guests who attended the wedding and the catering by Johnny's was excellent! So very happy we chose Centre Park! An amazing day we won't forget!

Fortunately, Jared came along and all was well after that. He was there to answer all of our questions, was there the day of to help, and even fluffed my dress right before I walked down the aisle. We LOVED Jared! I am sure if you booked now, you wouldn't have any issues as they are now running MUCH smoother. All in all, I would highly recommend this venue!!

nue itself being so new. We anticipated half of our guests to be coming from out of town. The hotel room block was easily managed and greatly appreciated. Our guests were so thankful to be able to attend our ceremony in The Davis room and go directly to our reception ballroom across the hall. No travel time and everyone had a place to stay after the reception ended as it is all within the Holiday Inn hotel. The Davis room itself is beautiful, we barely decorated as the venue supplies beautiful white chairs. Aside from two columns where the priest and my husband and I stood, the room itself didnt need anything else. I made my own decorations in which I was able to drop off earlier in the week for the staff to set up the day of. This was such a stress reliever! The staff also gathered our things for us to pick up after the wedding when it was convenient for us. Our reception room was originally Sinatra Ballroom A but seeing as there were no other weddings on that particular day, we were offered the slightly larger ballroom for no additional charge. Our bridal party took all photos prior to and after the ceremony within the hotel and in the outdoor garden area which is also included when you book the Davis Room. We did have a rocky road leading up to things but that was only during the beginning when working with the previous wedding coordinator who is no longer there. This caused some confusion as to pricing and our food selections but I want to reiterate this does not pertain to the current coordinator, Jared. Jared was a god send! I'm sure he came into quite a mess for all the concerned weddings previously booked with the prior coordinator. He was calm and collected and always professional! He really took the time to sort things out for us and give us what we wanted despite previously being told different things. We decided on an affordable package including open bar and a pasta buffet. The food was good but was not particularly hot but I understand these things can happen and no one seemed to mind. Many compliments on the sauces and combinations chosen. The bar tender that was provided was wonderful and was truly enjoyed by our guests. When the reception was over we were able to move our guests to the bar within the hotel at Johnny's steakhouse. The party never seemed to stop! The following morning our guests were able to join us at Johnny's for a delicious breakfast brunch buffet. Perfect way to mingle with our guests and thank those for coming if we had not had the chance during the reception. Overall, this is such an amazing place to have an all in one wedding. a wedding coordinator switch a couple months before our wedding, but honestly it was a good thing because the new wedding coordinator, Jared, is fantastic! Before he was there we had trouble with getting things together and had to talk to the hotel separately than the reception. But after Jared came along, everything was taken care of for both the hotel block and reception. I know it was hard for him to pull everything together being new and only a couple months before the wedding but he pulled it off! Now that Jared is there, I would definitely recommend!

We booked the Executive Suite for my bridesmaids & I to get ready in during the day (and my husband & I to stay in that night), we took all of our pictures (before and after the wedding) in different areas of the hotel/venue, the ceremony was in the Davis Room, cocktail hour was perfectly located outside the ceremony & reception areas, and the reception was in the Sinatra Ballroom.... having everything in one location was convenient, practical, and one of the best decisions we made with all of our wedding planning. Not only did my husband & I enjoy our special day being at the same place, but all of our family, friends, & coworkers had nothing but complements on our beautiful wedding!

and cold. The mashed potatoes were hard and cold. When talking with our guests after the wedding, we heard the same poor reviews about the food. The hotel management's response was that we should've specified in the contract the quality of food we were expecting. To me that seems ridiculous. We also experienced issues with the hotel rooms. Shower rack fell off the wall. Tub would not drain. No reimbursement offered. We went through 3 different wedding planners, and it wasn't a smooth transition from one to the next. It's a shame because the venue itself is new, modern and beautiful. I wouldn't recommend for the hassle we went through.

b so much. Negatives- I didn’t know so much could go wrong while planning a wedding, and to make matters worse we live 5 hours away. We essentially went through 4 coordinators (to be fair I can say 3 because the first person did let us know he had hired someone else when we met with him). I couldn’t believe the lack of communication with the coordinators and lack of professionalism. I even had to call corporate to complain and our coordinator lied to corporate about us. I also found out through a new coordinator there that our other terrible coordinator would purposely input wrong information out of spite and had deleted several of our email exchanges. About a month and a half before the wedding I found out our coordinator had quit and were assigned a new one. The communication improved but during the tasting they ordered the wrong food so I was never able to actually taste what we had on the wedding day and it was upsetting because the food was not that great. Additionally, too, my one big concern was who was going to open my chapel doors for me to walk down the aisle and our coordinator (and I quote) said, “that’s me, I wouldn’t miss it for the world”. Fast forward to the actual wedding day, I never saw the coordinator and had no one to open the doors for me. The hotel had also lied to us about the suites we were getting so we eventually paid in full for the two biggest suites and a few months before the wedding after we had already paid IN FULL, someone canceled our room. When we called to figure it out they person said, “I didn’t think you wanted it”. Really? I can say, though, that there is one person in corporate that was very kind throughout that whole process who I would recommend working with. Too bad she isn’t a coordinator. My day was great, but how can you miss opening the doors for a bride to walk down the aisle. I will never forget that.

We paid a little extra for the Executive Suite for our bridal party to get together in and it was worth the money! The reason for the poor review is because the facility is poorly managed. We got married there in June and went through 2 wedding coordinators. When my first wedding coordinator quit 2 months out from our wedding, I wasn't informed at all and didn't find out until I had called them to question them about our BEO. Because they are a new facility and were revamping their banquet menus, etc, they kept trying to change things on us mid-planning (like cost of meals, what was included in the package, etc) and when we got a new wedding coordinator, they tried to negate the things we had agreed upon with my previous coordinator. As if planning a wedding from OUT OF TOWN was not stressful enough, this just added to the stress level tenfold. Everything got sorted out in the end, thank goodness. On the day of our wedding, their speaker system, which they assured me was proficient for a party my size, malfunctioned and we ended up having to use a back up sound system a family member had brought on stand by. Their breaker blew 1 hour before the end of our event and the lights went out and music died. We tried to keep our guest occupied at the open bar while they were looking into the problem, but it never got fixed, so we missed out on the bouquet toss and 1 hour of dancing. We had a customized menu which included Heinken beer for the bar and there was not a single bottle of Heinken in house because someone forgot to order it. Simply unacceptable. We were eventually given a small refund for the mishaps. This venue is good for small functions and business meetings, but definitely not for big weddings. I recommended it to my friend who got married there in September and her ordeal was even worse (if that was possible) and she ended up going through 3 wedding coordinators!!!!

ceremony (inside or outside) and reception all in one building. The facility is brand new and very beautiful. Although, you must use their caterer, Johnny's, it is well worth it. The food was amazing and the chefs were able to prepare special Puerto Rican dishes just for our occasion and the bartenders helped create special Star Wars themed drinks. The staff was amazing to work with as well. Even though the facility's wedding planner moved to a different job two weeks before our wedding, everything still went smoothly. Amanda C., the banquet coordinator, met with me a couple of times before the wedding and made sure everything went as planned. She even stayed late on the day of our wedding (an extra 3 hours after work) to make sure plans went smoothly. The staff was amazing in making sure everything went off with a cinch from timing of the buffet to helping decorate before hand. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to make our special day wonderful and stress-free. Thank you very much to all the staff from the coordinaters, managers, waiters, waitresses, bartenders to the cleanup up crews and more. You guys rock!!

f town, she wanted to do everything in one place. We were just getting ready to forget the "WOW factor" and settle when we heard about Centre Park. It was under construction but seemed to be just what she was looking for. Besides having the hotel and ballroom space, it even has a chapel that looked amazing. I knew with only have artist renderings and unsure pricing, it would be a tough sell. We met with Neha, head of event center and Michael, head of restaurant/catering and couldn't have been more impressed. The vision was more than we could imagine and the people are top notch. We are so excited to see the finished event center and can't wait for my daughters incredible big day! Barb A.

I have been able to visit the construction site and they are willing to meet with me whenever available to make sure all of my questions are answered. Even though still under construction, this venue is GORGEOUS. It will be jaw dropping when it is all finished. I've truly enjoyed this experience and I look forward to working with them for the next coming months leading up to my big day! Not one bad thing to say about this venue or the staff.
