l with Kat, we completely trusted her to officiate our wedding. The process was seamless: she worked with us to build our ceremony from scratch and make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. She even took the time to meet us in person to go over every detail. She provided us with a plethora of various examples of other ceremonies she has done in the past which helped us immensely in deciding how we wanted our ceremony to look. We told her what we liked from the materials provided and she ended up drafting a beautiful custom ceremony tailored to us. Kat ran every word by us and was very receptive to any changes that we requested as well.
At the ceremony itself, Kat was absolutely amazing! She is a confident and warm speaker. Her tone, humor, and sincerity truly made the ceremony memorable. We had MANY guests tell us afterwards how much they loved her. And the cherry on top: she took care of mailing our marriage license to the county so we didn’t have to worry!
Kat thank you so much for all of the work and care you have put into our wedding! We are extremely grateful.

l requests like requesting that visitors be disconnected from their phones and Kat really made sure they got fulfilled! When planning things, she helped make sure we had everything covered and offered plenty of advice and thoughts from her experiences at other weddings, which was a huge help. Kat also gave us advice on how to have all the paperwork prepped in advance - which gave us one less thing to worry about of the wedding day!
Best of all, Kat was incredibly kind, funny, and brought a light and positive energy to our wedding which was exactly what we wanted. She's awesome!

Kat was awesome. she did our ceremony exactly how we wanted! short and sweet, yet added In some extra stuff about our fur baby, our family, and how we met!

ows (we did “I do” and “repeat after me”) but wanted to include our fur babies, both living and deceased. She made it personal and perfect for us, and hung out during some of the cocktail hour to wish us well and speak to our guests. She knows when to step out for photos (ring exchange and kiss) and our favorite part was to pause at the beginning to look into the water and take a breath. She made it calm and relaxing so we could really hear what she was saying and not be nervous to look at each other during the whole ceremony. Thank you Kat. Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else.

arn about us as a couple, and it is evident that she cares deeply about her couples and invests a lot of time into every single one. Our ceremony was the most beautiful, genuine, and authentic thanks to her! She worked so well with our doggies too, and included such beautiful personal touches. Our guests absolutely loved her (almost as much as we do) and a few asked to book her for vow renewals. I’m very excited to say that we will be seeing Kat again in the future! We cannot recommend Kat enough. Book Kat! You will absolutely not regret it!

We truly had the most amazing time crafting the perfect words for the big day (she had such a great selection of a variety of different types of ceremonies), and we could feel her love and light shining on us throughout the ceremony and reception. Organized, punctual, but above all, an amazing officiant and friend.

Kat will alway be special to us for being such an important part of this day and we look forward to watching the photos and videos from her future weddings!
You can not go wrong with selecting Kat to officiate your wedding. She was amazing.
Bobbie was amazing! She helped us craft the perfect ceremony!! She was on top of it and even had all our stuff printed for us at the end!
We highly recommend Kat as she goes above and beyond for her clients, has a bubbly personality and is very easy to work with.

ere different. Kat gave us unique ideas, and we used them all. She helped us build a beautiful and unique ceremony. Incorporating love and our differing spirituality. And then, on the day of, she arrived and was as fabulous in-person, as she was during our earlier zoom meetings. (Oh ya, we were also living half of a country away from our destination wedding location.) So now how can I describe Kat? She was absolutely perfect.
I was recommended to Kat by my DJ, I contacted her one month before my wedding date. She was unavailable for our date but she had Bobbie Stutts available for us.

rful, she was very communicative, positive, friendly & easy to talk to. She got the process rolling quickly for us as we only had one month to get everything done. When hiring Bobbie I didn't plan to get much involved in what they do as officiant's. First thing was filling out a bunch of question which was a little intimidating but once my husband and I got into it, it was actually fun. That was the moment I decided I was all in and really wanted to customize our ceremony. Bobbie worked up a bunch of script for us and information for us to look at and go over. She also let me have the wheel and write up a lot of my own things for her to say. Which I LOVED so much because it made our ceremony very special to us!
Our wedding day, Bobbie was early, she came straight to me as I was getting ready. She gave me a copy of our ceremony as a keep sake & gathered our vow books. I have many pictures of Bobbie talking with everyone through the time before our ceremony. She was so very kind & just wonderful!
Thank you so much Bobbie Stutts for a very special ceremony ❤️
From the minute I met Kat, I knew she was THE person cut out for making our wedding ceremony the ceremony we wanted! She was fun, down to earth, easy going, spunky - everything we ...
wanted and more! She’s like the crazy NY aunt that everyone loves and that loves everyone - she kept our ceremony easy and light hearted and really went with the flow of making it all flow on our special day! We wanted it to be fun, amusing, catchy and unique and she made it all of that and then some!
Kat was easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted for our ceremony. She was so nice and made sure to make our ceremony personal to us.

. We were lucky enough to enjoy a night out for dinner with her before our wedding which helped us feel even more connected. Kat walks you through the process while providing examples, details, all while being extremely flexible and understanding throughout the planning process. It was such a joy to have her marry us and we're so glad we were able to work with her. She's an outstanding officiant who knows how to really connect and understand the couples she works with. Thank you so much for everything, Kat! xoxo Erica & Daniel

eviews to hire her. A friend of ours wanted to officiate the wedding and I wasn’t so sure about it. Let me tell you hiring Kat and not having a friend marry us was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! She was beyond amazing. So sweet, helpful, friendly, responsive to all emails and questions. I remember when we first spoke on the phone it was so natural the conversation just flowed. She asked us questions and with the answers we gave she made up her own ceremony script. The day of the wedding she arrived about a hour early and she came to find me and talked to me. Because we spoke on the phone a couple of times before the big day and right before the ceremony started I felt so comfortable with her standing at the alter with us.. she really did help calm my nerves! She made the ceremony personable, funny, but yet a little emotional. Kat did a amazing job and I would 100% recommend her to all you future brides!
Kat made our special day even more special!!! Our ceremony was absolutely perfect and everything we could have dreamed of and more! Kat is kind, genuine, and bubbly. Her happiness ...
just radiates to everyone present during the ceremony. She made all of our guests feel the love from the beginning of the ceremony and set the tone for the rest of the night. She helped us customize our ceremony to fit our wants and needs and it turned out exactly as we imagined. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the ceremony and how wonderful Kat was! We can't recommend her enough. If you are looking for a fun, easy-going, caring officiant you will not regret choosing Kat! We couldn't be more grateful for her and the important role she played in our special day. She is truly the best!
This was a second marriage for my husband and I, so we wanted to be sure that the offciant we sought would make our wedding vows feel stress-free, fun, and "non ritual like or rehe...
ared".
After reviewing officiants on the Knot, we decided to call Kat Newman. Right away we knew that she was the perfect officiant for our wedding vows, she listened and understood what we wanted and didn't want for our ceremony, she was so much fun to work with. She has a great sense of humor, and made us feel so comfortable. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better person to marry us than Kat, and on the beautiful sands of The Islander in Islamorada, Florida.
Kat helped to make the ceremony comfortable while heartfelt! Definitely helped in putting my anxiety at ease during the ceremony.
Thanks, Kat!
Kat is amazing!! Her communication and assistance made our ceremony perfect!!! She fit perfect into our atmosphere and family!!!
