We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Aimee. From our very first phone call, we knew we had found the right person to help us plan and coordinate our wedding day. We were traveling to Key Largo from South Carolina with our venue already chosen, but we needed someone who could guide us through the details, connect the pieces, and make everything run smoothly. Aimee exceeded every expectation. She thought of details we never would have considered, coordinated everything with care and confidence, and made the entire process feel organized and stress-free. She is incredibly talented at what she does, and she is also warm, thoughtful, and you feel like you have known her for years right from the start. She handled the wedding from start to finish and was there for us months in advance, making sure we always knew what needed to happen next. Her guidance helped turn our ideas into a beautiful, effortless celebration. One of the things that stood out most was how personally invested Aimee was in making our day special. When she stopped by during our stay in July, it was such a wonderful surprise and meant so much to both of us. She spent hours with us, carefully walking through every detail and making sure nothing was missed. She also had a great connection with all our vendors. Keeping everyone in the loop on the timeline, sending and answering emails/texts very quickly. Which as we all know is a rarity now a days. We are especially grateful that Aimee performed our ceremony. From that very first phone call, we knew she would be the perfect person to marry us and we were right. While it has become common for a family member or friend to officiate, we can honestly say that having Aimee lead our ceremony was the perfect choice for us. We cannot recommend Aimee highly enough. She helped create an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end, and we are so thankful for everything she did to make our wedding day so special.

preperation. So of course as most of us do I hopped on Google and looked for "wedding planners in Marathon, Florida." I found Aimee and her company Ceremonies by the Sea." They were very highly reviewed so I decided to make a phone call. With in 5 minutes of speaking with Aimee on the phone I found out why. I run a business and deal with a lot of different people and personalities. So I am very quick to pick up on someones skills, capabilities, charachter and professionalism. From that very first phone call Aimee was ON IT! She had a lot of connections in the Keys. Within I would say 2 hours I had a wedding planner, a location, a photographer, a musician and a florist. Every single text message or email that I sent was responded to very quickly. Most of the time within minutes. Every time I called Aimee the phone was answered. Every question I had or concern I had Aimee offered a quick answer or solution. Through our entire process Aimee was very professional, responsive and accommodating. I have to say she gets 5 stars in my book. Our wedding day was absolutley PERFECT and Aimee was a very large part of the reason why! If you are looking to get married in the lower Keys I would strongly recommend Aimee and Ceremonies by the Sea! Aimee is a class act and is extremely great at what she does. Thank you Aimee for all of your help, hard work and efforts! Lindsay and I are both very appreciative for your help in making our special day unforgetable!!!

Because our wedding was a destination event, Aimee’s knowledge of local vendors was invaluable. She made thoughtful recommendations, communicated with the venue when they were not being helpful, and took so much of the stress off my plate.

planner from the beginning. If you're planning a wedding in the keys, especially if you're not local, she will make sure that it feels like you're hands-on there every step of the way while still taking the responsibility and pressure off of your shoulders.
From the first time we spoke on the phone to the moment we hugged goodbye at the end of the reception, Aimee was excited, eager, helpful, and kind. She made sure that on my wedding day my only focus was my now husband and enjoying ourselves.
She truly made us feel like we were her sole focus from the beginning of our time working with her, was consistently locked in and organized, and gave me a huge sense of ease and relaxation during what was an extremely stressful time for me.
Aimee clearly loves what she does and cares deeply about her couples and we are SO happy we got to be one of them!
