I offer both religious and non-religious ceremonies and prepare each ceremony with the couple in mind so it reflects their beliefs and values. Frequently I find that couples want a spiritual rather than a religious ceremony. Each couple is different; some want a lot of their personal style to shine through and others are more low key in that direction.
Couples always receive a copy of my Wedding Kit with multiple selections (sometimes up to 10 to 12) for every part of the ceremony when we meet and confirm the booking. Any portion can be altered to their liking. There is at least one and often two personal meetings and of course unlimited phone or email contact when needed.
Many couples want to include a Unity Ceremony of some kind - there are many to choose from, including honoring of the mothers, recognition of those who have passed, ways to include children of the bride and/or groom, family vows, and a blending ceremony when appropriate. I have a wide selection of these extra touches and lots of experience to help make your day special and smooth.

Rev. Anne is the one and only officiant you'll need to contact. She is extremely accommodating, professional, thoughtful and kind. She provides guidance on the ceremony but does not force her opinions or beliefs. This is your wedding and she understands it should be customized to the needs of each couple. We highly recommend her for any type of ceremony.
Rev. Anne officiated our wedding on October 11th. We met with her a year prior to our wedding and chatted a few times throughout the year. She is so great and we loved working with her. Rev Anne has templates that she works off of that gives you multiple ways of how to put your ceremony together to make it more authentic to you and you spouse. She’s not afraid to ask question and she’s very thorough with all of the information she provides. Further more, Rev Anne is very down to earth and truly loves what she does. We truly enjoyed her and appreciated having her officiate our wedding. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant!
We are so lucky to have found Rev.Anne. She was truly a pleasure to work with and puts her heart and soul into what she does. She helped make our day perfect and we would pick her all over again if given the chance. She is worth every penny and will always remember her.
Rev. Anne married us a few weeks ago, and we couldn't have been happier working with her! She is so friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and really wanted to do what made us happy. We are not particularly religious people, so we needed a reverend who was willing to do a non-religious ceremony, and we never once felt like she was judging us for that, she was completely open to whatever we wanted. We were not interested in the traditional unity candle or sand ceremony, so she suggested a stone ceremony which we had never heard of before, and we fell in love with the idea.
She also gave us tons of pre-written options to create our personalized ceremony script and the freedom to add or take out anything we wanted.

Rev. Anne did an amazing job with our ceremony! We live in Washington but got married in Illinois and she was incredibly easy to communicate with leading up to the ceremony and was very responsive to my questions. I really enjoyed that she had a wedding kit so we could build and personalize our ceremony. Everyone loved how our ceremony came together and that it really spoke to mine and my husbands relationship. Also, the wedding was less than 2 weeks ago and we have already received our official marriage license. I could not recommend Rev. Anne enough for a wedding - she is great!
