Jodi and team pulled together our wedding on an extremely aggressive timeline and leaned heavy on their strong relationships in the industry to pull in the best vendors at the best negotiated prices. Things we never could have pulled off ourselves. Every detail was spot on. Jodi and team even figured out how to buy and transport 5 cakes from 4 hours away and get them to the wedding venue to be served perfectly. There is no question - if you are planning a wedding, the best thing you could do is hire Jodi and her team on the first day and let them handle every detail. But your impact went far beyond showing up on short notice. You brought structure, clarity, and care to every step of the journey—transforming what could have been a scramble into something fun and grounded.
You are incredibly talented at what you do. From the big-picture logistics to the tiniest details, everything felt seamless. Our wedding was beautiful and full of love, and that is thanks in large part to you. We felt so taken care of—Alissa still talks about how you checked in to make sure she was eating and drinking throughout the day, which didn’t go unnoticed.

Your project management was masterful. Nearly every call came with a clear agenda: what we accomplished, what needed discussion, and what was next. That structure may sound simple, but it requires disciplne and organization, and established structure that provided clarity and forced alignment, and which ultimately helped us move forward with confidence.
You never let perfection slow us down—but you also never made us feel like we were sacrificing it either. And when you offered a different perspective, you did so with warmth and grace, always guiding us to better decisions with your experience and steady hand.

, answering questions and recommending vendors and ideas. James and I and many of our guests can't stop talking about how great it was to have Jodi and her team there! They made the day go so smoothly and from my perspective nothing went wrong! Before the wedding, people kept telling us that things will go wrong, and that it will go by so quick and we'll be so distracted that we won't remember it. Well, thanks to CES none of that advice was true! We remember the day and we remember it being perfect, I just can't say enough how much that is credited to Jodi and her team. The wedding was at my parents house, which was extra special but also came with a lot of extra details to plan. It also is an extremely special place to our family so it was important to make sure everything was protected and that my parents had some peace of mind. Jodi and her team did just that, they took care of James and I, my parents, the house, our guests, vendors, and pets, and lastly they kept me hydrated...it's more important that you know. Not only did she plan our Mexico destination wedding, she also traveled with us to Cabo San Lucas to make our wedding weekend fabulous. From coordinating with all the vendors, bringing all the special details, helping the day run smoothly and offering her wisdom and wonderful personality, she did it all. My husband and I both agree that hiring her was literally the best investment and made our planning/special day so easy, perfect and stress free. I emailed and texted Jodi more than I would like to admit, and she was always quick to answer my questions and give me her recommendations. She has a knowledge that will elevate your wedding beyond measure.
She never limits the phone calls, emails, texts, between her and her clients. We could get a hold of her at any moment and she was happy to help!! She made the whole process so beyond easy it was shocking.
She has such a good reputation with ALL the vendors in Chico and the surrounding areas, she has built friendships with these people over the years so I strongly believe that my wedding was better because we thankfully had her name attached to it.
She is worth every penny and I know without a doubt hiring her will make your wedding more enjoyable for you and your guests and will make the process of planning a wedding fun.

My husband and I decided to go with their inclusive day of package, which includes a few consultation meetings before the wedding, unlimited support via text, call and email, and complete and total coverage on the day of the wedding. Jodi and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations! Let's start with the unlimited support...there were many nights when I would have nightmares, or think about questions, or panic about what I may be missing. All I had to do was shoot Jodi a message and I would get a very prompt response which would instantly calm me down--they have seen it all, so they have answers to every situation in the book!
The day of the wedding, my mom and sister and I did not have to lift a finger. Jodi and her team kept us calm, cool and collect, and assured that we did not have to worry about who to pay when, what time to be where, or (one of the best parts) clean up!
It was so special for me to have Jodi, who I have known for so long be involved in such a special day for me. I think the two things that stand out the most to me about CES is the organization, and the calming effect they have on you as a bride, and this day. They made it so easy. I felt like I never had to worry about a thing. Most importantly to me, was having my parents both very present at our wedding. CES was able to allow them to relax and enjoy the day. My Dad couldn’t say enough about how on top of EVERYTHING they were. Over and over, he told me how amazing it was to have them there. She walked the line perfectly between managing our unruly bridal party in a strict and fun way, and she made the entire weekend run smoothly. This lady is constantly on her game and is your best source of info, gets things set up, comes through last minute with details you might have forgotten (or in my case screwed up) and remains in control and laid back through the whole thing!
She was the first wedding planner I talked to and didn't need to talk to anyone else after our first meeting. She is super organized and will be your best friend throughout the whole process. LOVE JODI- and would recommend her to anyone (and actually have recommended her to some people) for a wedding in any capacity- but would definitely recommend her to be on your radar for the whole process- she knows the best vendors!!!
