We decided on their Limo Bus - which is a small bus and is limo style inside - we had 14 people in there and it was perfect for our group. Jim was our driver and he was on time and showed us where everything was before we went on our way to the location for pictures. The limo bus is very modern on the inside and the sound system was perfect. They provide the aux cord so we could play music from our phone. Jim allowed us to crank it up and celebrate! Cups and ice were also provided. Jim was an excellent driver and helped make sure everyone got on and off the bus safely and to our reception venue on time. I thank them for making sure their role in our day was played perfectly.

at, there was a lot of water on ice for us. The driver was a little quiet and reserved, but he did his job well and got us everywhere on time. I only knocked off one star because I like to be able to email people. I am not big on talking on the phone, plus I like to be able to get all the info in written form. I found it hard to contact them this way. But I sucked it up and called them and everything worked out just fine.

On the wedding day I realized that essentials were left in my trunk at the hotel a half hour away (card box, programs, guest bathroom stuff, etc) so "Ron" went back with the van and loaded everything from my trunk in his van and even picked up a few stray passengers. He was a lifesaver!!! The total cost of service is for both the bachelorette party and the wedding day service.

he driver was like my own personal attendant. He held my dress for me when I got out of the coach, so it wouldn't drag on the ground. He was so courteous and attentive. He made our whole experience completely relaxing and fun. I would definitely recommed Chaffee to anyone, and their prices beat their competitors on the coach limo.
