wedding day! The only negative I had was that they were relying on my sister to answer questions so much that she was late for the hairstylist to show her how to remove my veil and made us late getting out of the prep venue (which resulted in an overage charge). Also some of the things that we had sent over as details weren’t done or were missed but that was mostly decor accents and a vendor tip or two - nothing major and I was able to send tips directly when I emailed the other vendors after. They were very kind and fun on the day - I’m incredibly grateful that they got us our plates of food and made sure to secure us some drinks for right after the ceremony!
