all our vendors, we had the most pleasure working with Chair Rental. They are incredibly responsive and accommodating. We shopped around and they also had the best prices. But I can honestly say that even if they didn't have the best prices, we would have used them for their customer service alone. I wonder if their employees are trained at the same facility as Chick Fil A employees because they have that level of customer service skills. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family for all their chair rental needs.

In the 2 weeks before my wedding, I honestly called about 12 times to change the number of chairs, tables, linens, etc. Instead of telling my to make up my mind and what a pain in the butt I was, they graciously changed my order each and every time I requested it. All of the rental equipment I needed came from here, so it was nice to have to contact just one vendor for things. They delivered and picked up everything right when they said they would without any glitches. It was so stress free. Plus, they were willing to haggle a little with me on the price of delivery. I would go with them again in a heartbeat.
