Found my perfect wedding dress at chally bridal and prom! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. If youre looking for a wedding gown, prom dress, bridesmaid dress, etc i highly recommend buying from chally!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Chally! We were greeted by the owner Ann at the beginning of the appointment, and my consultant Lauren was fantastic. Despite my admittedly vague description of what I was looking for in a dress, the FIRST one pulled was the winner. At the end of the appointment we discovered there was a labeling error on the price tag but Ann was kind enough to honor the lower price. A really spectacular experience and I can’t wait to wear my dress this fall!

London at Chally Bridal was so helpful! I gave her a tall order, as I had a very specific dress in mind, and she and the owner delivered! They spent extra time draping together my dream dress and then offered to custom make it for me in just a few months- just in time for my May wedding! This team is incredible and I'm looking forward to going back for fittings!

Today was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and London at Chally Bridal was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. I came in with a few ideas but mostly wanted to try different things, and she did an amazing job of listening to what I wanted and finding great selections for me. The amount of different dresses and styles meant that I could try on a large variety to figure out what I liked, and the amount of customization options made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She also didn't push for me to make a decision immediately, and had a great sense for when I tried on a dress that was really working versus one that I liked but wasn't really my gown. I would highly recommend both Chally Bridal as a salon, and London as a stylist if you're looking for your wedding dress.

Everyone was so kind and accommodating and made my wedding dress shopping experience stress-free and fun! London, my stylist, was so patient with me, and helped me *literally* piece together my perfect dress. She remained respectful of my budget and didn’t give up until my dress dreams were realized. She’s a mind-reader and knew exactly what I wanted and how to make it happen. Total professional. The store itself is BEAUTIFUL. Seriously. And had so many dress options to choose from. Even my bridesmaids and flower girl were able to find dresses they loved. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an event gown, and specifically to indecisive brides like me. I cannot express enough how magical my experience was at Chally with the owner Ann! This was the 4th store we'd been too trying to find my dream wedding dress and I can honestly say Chally has the biggest selection I had seen yet, it was amazing! Ann's experience within the industry showed through immediately once we started discussing my dream dress, she KNOWS how to help you make your dream a reality. She had things you could add to a dress to see what it would look like with thicker straps instead of spaghetti straps, which for me was the first of many game changers. Throughout the process I felt so special and the surprises at the end once I said yes to my dress combined with the amazing staff at Chally is what made this such a magical experience. It felt like I was on "Say Yes to the Dress" without all the drama. I won't spoil the surprises but trust me when I say they made my experience even more fun and special. You'll just have to go experience Chally for yourself and find your dream dress! I HIGHLY recommend Chally and Ann for any bride within the DFW area shopping for their dress!

THIS is where you need to get your dress!! The boutique itself is gorgeous and there’s SO many dresses to choose from! The playlist that they have playing all the time is so girly and fun which makes for a fun and relaxing appointment :). And most of all, they make you feel like the only bride in the world. Whatever you want, they make it happen! London and Anne helped me with my dress/veil and it’s absolutely perfect! OH! AND they also have bridesmaid, MOB & tuxedos!! Literally just a one stop shop!
