Owner Kara Chambers has spent years helping couples bring their celebration visions to life in a fun-filled and stress-free way. With a wealth of expertise and a passion for coordination, she is available to plan weddings of all shapes and sizes across Southern California. Kara fell in love with the world of wedding planning when she was organizing her own celebration in 2015. From the timelines to the to-do lists, she adored every aspect of the process and it wasn’t long before Chambers Creative was born. She loves the opportunity to help couples tick off every box to create an enchanting wedding full of romance and wonder. Be it a rustic rural wedding with everyone you know or an intimate church gathering with your nearest and dearest, Kara will make it happen. She knows that your wedding should be about you and will tailor every detail to fit your unique celebration vision. As well as offering planning services, she is also a professional photographer, so once she has organized your special day, she can capture it too.

hool & my fiancé had just started a new job, everyone thought we were nuts for starting to plan a wedding but with CC we had ZERO stress. In a year CC planned everything & gave us a stunning & incredibly fun wedding. CC helped with color scheme, FaceTimed while we looked at invites, drove with us to venues, recommended food trucks, rentals, provided price comparison sheets & took our gorgeous engagement photos/wedding photos. All their recommendations were awesome (especially the DJ!!). On our wedding day we had zero issues, zero responsibilities & zero stress!

s your vision but is honest when she thinks something won't work. She helped me navigate challenging conversations with family with grace. She is highly professional, organized, and responsive. to put together all of the decor details. And WOW, when I saw our venue all set up it literally brought tears to my eyes! She magically understood everything I wanted, but couldn’t quite articulate, and it was PERFECT. Kara also had a list of “preferred vendors” that did amazing work and were affordable. We ended up saving a ton of money from using her suggestions! Not to mention she is funny, relaxed and always eager to help. I can’t emphasize how amazing Chambers Creative is. Book her now!!!

, and helped keep the planning process fun! Just prior to the wedding, she called all my vendors and made contact with them ensuring their services for our wedding day. Day-of, she handled everything at the reception venue. She was the point of contact for the vendors. She made sure all the vendors made their drop-offs on time and she set up much of my decor. She also coordinated the break down so my family didn't need to worry much about that. I loved working with Kara! If your needs are similar to mine, you'll do most the planning, you might need some creative or logistical help along the way, and you need someone to set up/run the show so you can go get married and enjoy yourself, then Chambers Creative is an excellent choice! We were so happy we hired Chambers Creative for this.
