Catalina was an absolute pro. My wife and I had this whimsical coastal vision for our New England wedding that honestly felt impossible to pull off. Catalina came in and made it lo...
ok effortless. She totally nailed the vibe and took so much stress off my wife (and me). Everything looked incredible and ran smooth from start to finish
Catalina is an absolute lifesaver! I had this dream of a whimsy, coastal wedding, and when I tried to design it myself, it somehow turned into a baby shower theme 😅. I called Cata...
lina in a panic, and she totally got me. She knew exactly how to talk to the florist, helped refine and expand my color palette, and turned my scattered ideas into something truly magical. She just has the eye and an incredible way of bringing a vision to life. Couldn’t recommend her more. She’s amazing!
Catalina will put on the wedding you've always dreamed about. Her monthly meetings come with recommendations for venues and vendors, leaving you to just point and choose what you'd...
like. For busy people like my wife and me, it was a huge weight off our shoulders. We've watched all our friends plan their own weddings, and the stress it adds to your life just isn't worth it. You want to have fun, not a year's worth of additional chores.
I could go on about how Catalina took our out-of-the-box ideas and brought them to life -- a movie poster, seconds looks that look like they belonged at the Met Gala, etc -- but the bottom line is this: she works unbelievably hard and dedicates the entire month leading up to your wedding for only you. On your big day, she is running around like a Taylor Swift concert coordinator, lining everything up so you just have to smile for the photos and remember your vows.
We had so many friends who said our wedding was the most coordinated (and fun) they've ever been to. Others have told us how the event planner who came with their venue wasn't great. That person is looking out for the venue's interest, not yours, and often on the wedding day they'll disappear. Catalina is always within shouting distance and has eyes on you the whole time.
The upfront cost of bringing on a planner is manageable. Find 10% of your wedding budget and dedicate it to her for the best results. Instead of fancy plates and tableware, go standard. Bring down the guest list if possible. Those sacrifices are worth it to afford her perfection.
We had the pleasure of working with Catalina for our September 2024 wedding. We started our wedding planning a little less than one year out from our wedding. We were immediately d...
rawn to working with Catalina from our Meet & Greet where it was very clear from our conversation that her way of working and design vision was exactly what we were looking for. Her process is very detailed and organized with regular touchpoints along the way. We really appreciated her flexibility to meet on when it was convenient for our schedule. Our vision was brought to life in the design planning meetings, and she found us the perfect team of vendors for our day. Her day-of coordination made the event completely stress free for us. In the end, our wedding was beyond our wildest dreams, with both the ceremony and reception WAY exceeding our expectations. Thank you so much, Catalina, for helping make our wedding the perfect day!

vel of detail and thought that went into every aspect. I’ll never forget the mile-high pile of lobsters and oyster bar!
Your professionalism throughout the entire planning process was exemplary. On-site we didn’t have a care in the world, we were just able to enjoy our party with our friends and family. Your prompt communication, attention to our concerns, and willingness to go the extra mile reassured us that we were in capable hands.
From the initial planning stages to the final moments of the celebration, your creativity, and professionalism were evident every step of the way.

gorgeous tablescapes lovingly set under a draped canopy. Your creative vision transformed our backyard into a stunning and intimate space. The attention to detail in the décor, lighting, and floral arrangements created an atmosphere that was both elegant and warm. And, the little touches like the photo puzzle guest book just go to show that you took the time to incorporate personalized elements that reflected our journey together. It made the celebration feel uniquely ours.
Thank you for turning our vision into a reality and creating memories that will last a lifetime. We wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone looking for an event planner who goes above and beyond.

nd loving business owner who kept my budget tight while making sure my event was beautiful and exactly how I wanted! It was so nice because I planned my wedding with Catalina and she was so knowledgeable about the entire process (which I was totally not) and everything regarding how a church ceremony should be, even the tiniest details she was able to iron out for me so I was really able to sit back and let her do all the dirty work while I coasted down the aisle lol, she pretty much held my hand through the entire process and took all of the burden off my back. She met with me as often as I wanted and for as long as I needed and when I tell you she treated it like it was her wedding and kept me calm the entire time. Catalina even found me the best photographer and videographer, like this company has ALL the connects! My husband jokes about how during the wedding planning process I fell more in love with Catalina than with him and he's right lol! I honestly could not have done my wedding without this company and couldn't recommend Catalina enough! 100/10 stars
