like. For busy people like my wife and me, it was a huge weight off our shoulders. We've watched all our friends plan their own weddings, and the stress it adds to your life just isn't worth it. You want to have fun, not a year's worth of additional chores.
I could go on about how Catalina took our out-of-the-box ideas and brought them to life -- a movie poster, seconds looks that look like they belonged at the Met Gala, etc -- but the bottom line is this: she works unbelievably hard and dedicates the entire month leading up to your wedding for only you. On your big day, she is running around like a Taylor Swift concert coordinator, lining everything up so you just have to smile for the photos and remember your vows.
We had so many friends who said our wedding was the most coordinated (and fun) they've ever been to. Others have told us how the event planner who came with their venue wasn't great. That person is looking out for the venue's interest, not yours, and often on the wedding day they'll disappear. Catalina is always within shouting distance and has eyes on you the whole time.
The upfront cost of bringing on a planner is manageable. Find 10% of your wedding budget and dedicate it to her for the best results. Instead of fancy plates and tableware, go standard. Bring down the guest list if possible. Those sacrifices are worth it to afford her perfection.

nd loving business owner who kept my budget tight while making sure my event was beautiful and exactly how I wanted! It was so nice because I planned my wedding with Catalina and she was so knowledgeable about the entire process (which I was totally not) and everything regarding how a church ceremony should be, even the tiniest details she was able to iron out for me so I was really able to sit back and let her do all the dirty work while I coasted down the aisle lol, she pretty much held my hand through the entire process and took all of the burden off my back. She met with me as often as I wanted and for as long as I needed and when I tell you she treated it like it was her wedding and kept me calm the entire time. Catalina even found me the best photographer and videographer, like this company has ALL the connects! My husband jokes about how during the wedding planning process I fell more in love with Catalina than with him and he's right lol! I honestly could not have done my wedding without this company and couldn't recommend Catalina enough! 100/10 stars
