The setlist had something for everyone, and we opted for the package that included learning two additional songs, which was well worth it because they crushed those as well.

en being engaged yet, I asked them for their business card because we thought they'd be fabulous as a wedding band! Years later when we got engaged, they were our first and only call when we were looking for music for our wedding. They happily agreed to join us all the way out in the western New York farm country for our wedding, and put on an incredible show. Our guests were blown away by their energy, attitude and talent!! They were interactive with the crowd, did so many great songs and even joined us in a DJ capacity for our after-party. They were incredibly easy to work with, responsive and flexible with all our requests. We love Champagne Casanova and hope to see them soon out in Maine!

If you’re looking for a band that you would want to dance and sing along with at a fun bar or party, on top of being extremely talented musicians, these are your people. They also understand weddings and are willing to take on fun challenges. They took the time to successfully pull off many requests such as: - My requests and timing for the ceremony music which included acoustic renditions of Harvest Moon, With a Little Help from my Friends and Here, There, and Everywhere. They also take care of the sound systems and mic set up for the ceremony. - An amazing live rendition of Touch Me by The Doors for our reception entrance - Another amazing live rendition of Come Sail Away by Styx for our first dance which transitioned into open dance floor for all guests - Helping me pull off a surprise outfit change/re entrance into the party which included allowing me to join the band to sing Just A Girl by No Doubt. My guests had nothing but great things to say about CC and applauded their crowd work and musical talent. I also highly recommend paying to add on the sax player. They were AMAZING and added the perfect touch. Overall, Champagne Casanova is completely worth it for your wedding. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

But Champagne Casanova is not your typical “wedding band.” They are just a straight up talented group of incredible musicians. We hired them to do music through our ceremony, perform at cocktail hour, and perform for our reception. They surpassed any expectations I may have had for our wedding. So many of our guests asked me how I found them, and were so floored by their performance that they wanted their business card. Daniel, Crystal and the crew were absolutely exceptional and I truly believe that if you don’t hire them for your wedding, you are doing yourselves and your guests a disservice. Daniel communicated with me through email and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive through the entire process. I truly cannot say enough nice things about these guys!!!

They made custom cuts of songs for our dances, our ceremony music, and provided great playlists that we were able to customize for dinner. Their ceremony audio equipment was top notch and the sound was excellent despite being outdoors on a windy day. This is all before we talk about how talented they are as performers and musicians. They played at the perfect level for our crowd and even took a couple last minute requests from the bride/groom to mix up the set list. We can't recommend CC enough and will certainly be attending one of their shows whenever we're back in the area.

ding band...Portland is full of amazing artists, so we were more so looking for an incredible band that happens to do weddings. That is Champagne Casanova, to a T. They are INCREDIBLE. All our guests were shocked....the constant refrain of the night was, "this feels like I'm at a free concert." On the wedding side of things, they were equally amazing...Daniel was wonderful to work with, flexible, enthusiastic, and just generally lovely. He helped me figure out important timing decisions early on in our chats, decisions that really allowed our day to run smoothly. This group is amazing. I want to move back to New England just to attend more of their shows.

Hearing Crystal sing my walking down the aisle song as I walked out of the inn made me immediately cry! She has such a beautiful voice that any song we chose would’ve been amazing! And they definitely did not disappoint when they started to do their full set! Everyone had such a blast dancing and singing along! So if you want to feel as though you just attended a private mini concert, these guys are the way to go!

From the start Dan was so easy to work with, available, knowledgeable in music and sound of course and with wedding timelines (which was so helpful in maximizing dancing time!), and a genuinely nice person. Our guests could not stop/have not stopped complimenting on the band. Crystal’s voice is amazing, and they all play so well together. Crystal and Dan played beautifully at our outdoor cocktail hour making the ambience even more elevated and at the perfect sound level too. They hit all our very specific song timepoints for our wedding entrance and worked with us to create a 5-must-have song playlist that smoothly transitioned to include both of our parents’ wedding songs while they took a short break (that they said they often might not even take a break!). They love what they do, and it shows. We’ve been to countless weddings all over and they are by far the best most entertaining wedding band we’ve ever heard live. Starting with the ceremony, they took the time to help us execute the sound in a way that felt most comfortable and fitting to us, and they had an awesome set up of a combination of wireless lapel mics and mic stand, which allowed for all of the ceremony, vows, and readings to be heard perfectly outside! They also played and sang beautifully during cocktail hour, and it set the perfect pace for our excited family and friends to gather after the ceremony. Throughout dinner and dances, their MC’ing was flawless, and it was evident that they had put so much care in to execute everything we had requested in terms of timing, song choices, etc! Last, but certainly not least, the full band set was truly outstanding. I think every single one of our guests came up to us that night and said that this was the best band they’d ever heard (not just a wedding band!). And our family and friends have been to a LOT of weddings. They played our favorite songs that we grew up listening to. Champagne Casanova was the perfect mix of fun and professional, and matched the energy of our rowdy dance floor and somehow elevated it. Our dance floor was packed the entire time, and we especially loved how we had songs across generations, so we had older family members teach little kids about the "cool songs" of their day! has recently seen them and no other band had gotten people of all ages on the dance floor for hours. They advertise themselves as a non-wedding wedding band and that’s exactly what were looking for. Daniel was so easy to work with and was incredibly responsive with our (many) questions. They even offered to learn the Horah for us and sing it in Hebrew, no easy task. Our wedding was several months ago and we still have people telling us that they were the best wedding band they had ever seen. They were also incredibly thoughtful. We decided to do a last dance, just the two of us, and as they were packing up, Josh managed to capture it on video. It was one of our favorite memories from the night and we wouldn't have been able to relive it without him. Highly highly recommend!

Played indie/punk/rocker were so intrigued by the uniqueness and possibility that our mostly millennial wedding would be very excited about. We were right! Fallout boy, Paramore, T Swift, Fleetwood- had everyone singing and so pumped. They even played a song by My favorite band, Manchester Orchestra because we connected about them on one of our initial calls. So, if you’re looking for an amazing reception band- HIRE THEM! Very very talented musicians. We are forever grateful because our friends and family are still talking about how amazing our wedding reception was, and we could not agree more. Thank you so much!!

My "strange" request to be introduced to my reception to the How I Met Your Mother theme song was welcomed and executed beautifully. When they weren't keeping the dance floor moving for a quick and well deserved break they joined in on some fun conversation. We booked with them after driving from South Shore MA up to Portland ME to hear them play at a bar and immediately knew they would be the perfect fit for us!
