Champagne Events

Mariah was excellent in the planning and execution of my big day! Some things did go out of wack, but nothing major, just usually wedding issues LOL. Grateful for her and her team!

Mariah at Champagne Events was an absolute lifesaver for our backyard wedding in Corrales, NM. With 80 guests, we couldn’t have pulled it off without her expert coordination. From the moment she came on board, she was incredibly helpful, especially in the weeks leading up to the big day. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she even made some changes to our plans that enhanced the entire event. Mariah worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, making sure everything was organized, and she put together a detailed timeline that ensured the day went off without a hitch. Communication was always prompt and clear, and she was such a pleasant person to work with throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, Mariah handled any issues that popped up without us even knowing—keeping everything stress-free and allowing us to fully enjoy the moment. After the wedding, she and her team cleaned everything up perfectly, and she took care of any final details with the vendors, making sure there were no loose ends. Mariah was absolutely fantastic, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat! I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again for future events.

Mariah Encinias from Champaign Events did an amazing job with our reception. She coordinated all the events that evening and even EmC’d doing a fantastic job. Her staff worked tirelessly to ensure the decorations were perfectly placed and that all went smoothly She is detailed oriented and works well with you to get results done.

We had originally decided to do all of our wedding planning ourselves, which started off fine but as we started getting closer and closer to the day it became clear that we needed more help. We contacted Mariah about 6 or 7 weeks out from our wedding date and we are so lucky that she had availability to squeeze us in. We spoke to half a dozen different planners but once we spoke to Mariah we immediately knew she was the one and we wanted to work with her. Right off the bat she was less over the top then the other planners we had spoken to and was much more realistic and easy to talk to... more like talking to a friend where as the other planners we spoke to felt like we were planning a great gatsby ball. Mariah, was always professional, she recommended things that we had never thought of and her initial questionnaire for us made us realize how much had slipped through the cracks. She stepped in late in the game and immediately got on the phone with our reception hall, caterer, and two different bands. She read through all of our contracts, and brought multiple things to our attention that needed to be dealt with quickly. She created an online folder for all of our documents and kept everything organized and easy to use. After hiring Mariah, it became quickly evident how much we needed her help but she never made it seem overwhelming because she called things to our attention but in the same breadth said, "this is what I have done to deal with this, and I need you to do X". We cannot recommend her enough.
