Mariah was absolutely incredible and made our wedding day so much more enjoyable and stress-free! We had a non-traditional outdoor venue, which meant coordinating significantly more vendors and logistics than a typical wedding where tables, chairs, catering, staffing, etc. are all handled in-house. Mariah came on 30 days before our wedding and immediately took ownership of our vision, working seamlessly with all of our vendors and making sure everything came together exactly as we had hoped. On the wedding day, Mariah arrived with a team of six and handled the countless details and moving pieces behind the scenes so that we could simply enjoy our day. When it started raining midway through cocktail hour, her team adapted quickly and calmly, handling the necessary decisions and changes without adding any stress to us. We were so grateful to be able to trust them to take care of it. Our venue also had a strict one-hour window between the end of the event and when everything had to be completely packed up and out. Mariah worked closely with our families to coordinate the teardown and made sure everything was cleaned up and out on time. She was incredibly efficient and organized from start to finish. For everything Mariah provides—including coming on 30 days out, coordinating with all of our vendors, a full walkthrough and rehearsal with us the day before, and having a six-person team supporting the entire wedding day, we felt that her services were an incredible value. She gave us the peace of mind to be fully present and enjoy one of the most important days of our lives. We cannot recommend Mariah enough! She is organized, efficient, and responsive, and truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. We are so grateful we had her and her team there to make our wedding day everything we hoped it would be!

ough the booking and planning process, Mariah was extremely detail oriented, communicative, and thorough. She was able to provide us with great vendor recommendations, built easy-to-read floor plans and a detailed and clear timeline, and communicated effectively with all our vendors. She did a wonderful job leading our ceremony rehearsal, making sure everyone was on the same page. Day-of, she and her team were professional, efficient, and managed the whole day seamlessly, including setting up all our decor perfectly. So many guests commented on how seamless the day was - much of that thanks to Champagne Events! I highly recommend Mariah.

Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she even made some changes to our plans that enhanced the entire event. Mariah worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, making sure everything was organized, and she put together a detailed timeline that ensured the day went off without a hitch. Communication was always prompt and clear, and she was such a pleasant person to work with throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, Mariah handled any issues that popped up without us even knowing—keeping everything stress-free and allowing us to fully enjoy the moment. more help. We contacted Mariah about 6 or 7 weeks out from our wedding date and we are so lucky that she had availability to squeeze us in. We spoke to half a dozen different planners but once we spoke to Mariah we immediately knew she was the one and we wanted to work with her. Right off the bat she was less over the top then the other planners we had spoken to and was much more realistic and easy to talk to... more like talking to a friend where as the other planners we spoke to felt like we were planning a great gatsby ball. Mariah, was always professional, she recommended things that we had never thought of and her initial questionnaire for us made us realize how much had slipped through the cracks. She stepped in late in the game and immediately got on the phone with our reception hall, caterer, and two different bands. She read through all of our contracts, and brought multiple things to our attention that needed to be dealt with quickly. She created an online folder for all of our documents and kept everything organized and easy to use. After hiring Mariah, it became quickly evident how much we needed her help but she never made it seem overwhelming because she called things to our attention but in the same breadth said, "this is what I have done to deal with this, and I need you to do X". We cannot recommend her enough.

t 4 weeks in advance. Mariah was amazing in speaking with vendors on our behalf and getting questions answered, vendors where they needed to be at what time, and everything in between on vendor communication! The wedding day went fairly smoothly, there were a few things that went amiss, but all in all, it was a great day. The whole grooms' party and family never received their boutonnieres/corsages. I took the traditional approach and chose not to see my husband/groomsmen/families before walking down the aisle, therefore I didn’t notice the missing flowers beforehand. I wish I could have physically talked to Mariah when we were getting ready in the bridal suite to touch base on all of the details, including boutonnieres and family flowers. Secondly, our very expensive mirrored table numbers did not make it on the tables at the reception, which was a very big bummer. All in all, Mariah is a great person with a great skill set in day-of-wedding coordination. Our wedding was beautiful, and Mariah played a big part in that!!
