**plenty of parking** for guests.
As Hype Man Entertainment, we had the privilege of working both their Grand Opening and their Open House. The energy of the space is unmatched—in fact, we even booked a wedding right there on the spot during the Open House!

We recently hosted our business summit at Champagne Haus, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this venue and the people behind it.
From the moment we toured the space, we knew this was where we wanted to host our first event. Th...
e architecture, décor, and overall atmosphere immediately stood out. Champagne Haus has this incredible urban red brick warehouse vibe that feels both historic and modern at the same time. Being inside the beautifully revitalized Lawrence Building gives the entire venue a unique energy and authenticity you just do not find in cookie-cutter event spaces.
You can feel the history of the building the second you walk in, but Tara and Melanie have transformed it into something truly special. The open layout, lighting, design details, and overall flow of the venue create an experience that feels elevated without feeling stuffy or overproduced.
What impressed us just as much as the venue itself was Tara and Melanie. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, communication, and genuine excitement for our business and our event made a huge impact on us. They were welcoming from day one and made us feel like they were fully invested in helping us create something memorable.
They have clearly poured an incredible amount of thought, detail, and energy into every aspect of this space, from the audio/video capabilities to the dressing rooms, meeting rooms, guest experience, and event logistics. Even the outdoor patio area creates an amazing atmosphere for networking and cocktail-style gatherings.
And in Downtown Phoenix, having plenty of parking is a massive bonus.
I only wish this venue had been around when I got married. It would have been a complete no-brainer.
