e owner Kris who was there from our initial tour to the end of our reception shows how much he cares for his couples. His team at the venue are caring, supportive, intuitive and prepared for everything. He even stayed late to show my family around so we could secure our date that was very special to us. No need to stress. Kris helped bring our vision to life and was always just a phone call away. Many of our guests, including my husband and I, experienced excellent service. From the gardens (which are incredibly beautiful and immaculate) to the bridal suite allows you to have multiple photos from your day. The reception food was fantastic. Our attendant always knew when we needed another drink. We recommend the Champagne Palace without hesitation. Thank again for all your dedication.

The space itself is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The ceremony was outside and was intimate and special. Once you go inside it is a breathtaking ballroom. They also provided many different decor and floral packages that you can add on at a reasonable price. This helped me keep my floral and decor budget smaller and used towards other things. I was able to bring in anything I wanted and they executed that vision exactly how I imagined. I brought all my items the week of the wedding, and once that was done all the pressure was off until after the big day. They truly made it so easy to make the entire wedding planning process come to be. Now this is a personal shout out to KRISTEN. She is a gem. From our first walk through to the days after the wedding. She was communicative, kind, efficient, and on top of everything! This woman went above and beyond my expectations. She brought so much peace to me on the day of, which is really all you want once all your hard work is done. She was everywhere at once. Warm beer or empty glass, she was standing there with a new one while managing the entire front of the house. She was my angel on my wedding day! I could not recommend this venue enough!!!!

main ballroom is an extension of the very same beauty. I kept wanting more and more photos to capture every moment. Our guests, bridesmaids, groomsmen, family members and my hubby & I were all impressed with the flow of the event, the food (plenty of selections and excellent) and the open bar. Almost everything was included in the package. Kris was amazing from day 1 (our tour) to the end of our event, he was a huge help with any questions I had, the customer service and professionalism that was shown is truly memorable. As a person who values organization, time management, and kindness, I cannot say enough about how thoroughly they embodied the perfect vision in organizing the wedding. The crawfish bread was absolutely amazing! I had attended a wedding at the Champagne Palace in June of 2023 and that is what led us back. They provided us with guidance as we made decisions about what we were planning, and recommended and gave us any feedback from outside vendors that they have worked with on a regular basis who had an excellent track record. We went with these vendors, and they all performed spectacularly. There is a certain rhythm to their operations, and the outside vendors know exactly when to arrive, the layout of the facility, and how long the jobs will take, so the ultimate result is a well-orchestrated event. They knew just what questions to ask and gave us excellent advice. For the actual wedding ceremony, we were tremendously impressed by the behind-the-scenes organization of our pre-wedding arrival, the procession, and the way they helped us with the timing of when to walk and where to stand. The wedding went flawlessly. When it came time for the reception and dancing, we were highly pleased with the service and the deliciousness of the food. Everyone commented on the quality of the food, and we had some serious foodies in our party. When it was time to leave, everything was extremely organized, and they provided assistance in helping us to take all of our personal items and gifts. Everything was inclusive except for other main vendors. Champagne Palace fit our budget perfectly. During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us, literally, like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was. I recommend this venue and all of it's staff.

My husband and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an elegant place for an unforgettable time. We were very impressed with the customer service, food and hospitality that was showed to all of our guests! Before the ceremony, Kris knew exactly how to make the bridesmaids and myself feel like royalty! He waited on each of my bridesmaids bringing them the highly recommended Espolon Tequila (absolutely smooth and in my opinion better than Patron) and even more he offered food and catered to each one of my bridesmaids were he brought food before the ceremony. The weather almost didn’t cooperate, but Kris was calm and collective and assured us he would do everything to make it happen. We waited a short time for the weather to clear up so we could have our dream ceremony in the gardens. Thank you and your wonderful staff for showing our guests a great time and making our night absolutely spectacular. Thank you all so much.

The assistants the day of our vow renewal were also so incredible and just went BEYOND anything I could ask for! They were so attentive, nice and helped ensure everything ran smoothly. They were also not just checking on us, giving us drinks and food throughout the day, but would even check on my extended family members and friends too! The food was excellent! you want. I was very particular with the setlist I gave them for the reception and they followed it to a tee. They don't have a DJ, moreso they have a MC/sound guy, but they make it work. The photo/video slideshow throughout the reception is a nice touch. They do not offer any rehearsals, but it's really not needed as once you arrive there on your wedding day, they have plenty of team members who organize everything and have it all run smooth. They also are open throughout the week to schedule you to come in should you ever need to meet with officials or go through any inquiries you have. The food was delicious! They give you to go plates at the end of the night because more than likely, you will be so excited/frantic that you won't be able to eat all the great food they offer (Though I wish they would have included all of the pastas in the to go plates). Their staff makes sure all of the items you bring in for the ceremony/reception are returned to you at the end of the night. They do as much as possible to keep you stress free and focused on your celebration. Katherine was great and she was patient and receptive to all of my crazy and particular requests. I did special wrestling theme music entrances for the groomsmen entrances at the reception and Champagne Palace let us pull it off exactly how we wanted. Thankfully, we ran into no issues that would have hindered our night so I'm very grateful for that. We entertained having a band for a second line but the price for one to have it at Champagne Palace is a bit ludicrous IMO, however they did allow us to have Mardi Gras Indians with minor instruments (mini drums, tambourines) for no surcharges. I felt welcomed and special from the moment I entered the venue and I'm very happy we chose this place to host the greatest night of our lives. The staff was all great and I'm very appreciative of all of the assistants they helped my family, my wife's family, and our wedding party throughout the night. I will recommend Champagne Palace to all who ever ask me!

The elegance of the room, with the beautiful chandeliers fit the look we were looking for. The customer service and hospitality is unmatched. We felt as though we were his only clients at the time because of the attention and detail he provided, when you know he does this week after week. A few weeks later my daughter and son in law attended a friends wedding at the Champagne Palace and were treated like royalty. I even FaceTimed with Kris during the event to thank him again. They assisted us in coordinating with our vendors, and made sure they had all the information they would need to help us remain stress free. The venue had many of the same colors of our wedding so we didn't even have to have a lot of decorations since it was already so ornate! The food was out of this world.
