I don't typically leave reviews, but Taylor and her team deserve every bit of recognition. Taylor was my coordinator for the three months leading up to my wedding, as well as my day-of coordinator.
Since I don't live in Kentucky, I had to rely heavily on online reviews when choosing a wedding coordinator, and I wasn't entirely sure if I was making the right decision. Looking back, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I made for our big day. From the moment Taylor stepped in three months before the wedding, she handled every last-minute detail and finalized everything seamlessly.
On our wedding day, she brought my vision to life exactly as I had imagined. She managed every detail with professionalism and handled any unexpected challenges with ease, allowing me to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
At the end of the night, several cars were packed to the brim with all of our wedding items. The next morning, we thought our card box might have gone missing. One quick call to Taylor, and she immediately knew which car it was in and exactly which box it had been packed in. That level of organization and attention to detail is incredible.
Beyond her exceptional planning and organizational skills, Taylor is genuinely one of the sweetest people to work with. She made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free.

One of my biggest requests was that she make any necessary decisions on my behalf throughout the wedding day so I could be fully present and enjoy every moment without being interrupted. Taylor exceeded every expectation. She handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that I never once had to worry about logistics or problem-solving.
When I walked into both my ceremony and reception, I was speechless. Every detail was absolutely beautiful and executed exactly as I had imagined—if not better. The entire day stayed on schedule, every detail was thoughtfully managed, and I was able to focus on celebrating with the people I love. Taylor and her team went above and beyond in so many ways—from helping me change into my second dress, to making sure we always had drinks in hand, to keeping us cool during our June wedding. Those little moments of care made such a big difference.
