I live in Lexington, KY with my husband, Cameron and our doodle, Winston. I cannot recommend Taylor highly enough! As a Type A bride, I thought I was organized—but she took it to the next level. From the very first interaction, she was incredibly responsive, flexible, and organized.
On our wedding day, she and her team worked tirelessly, executing a quick flip with absolute precision. Not only was she an exceptional coordinator, but she also brought her expertise as a designer, ensuring that every detail of our rented florals and décor was flawless. She kept everything on schedule while making the day feel effortless and enjoyable.
What truly sets her apart is her warmth and professionalism—despite only meeting her a few months prior, it felt like working with a trusted friend. She even went above and beyond by touching up my hair when my bun started falling out during the reception! Little things like that show just how much she truly cares about her couples.

I cannot say enough good things about Taylor and Champagne Toast Events. Throughout the planning, she was always responsive and full of neat ideas! She communicated with the vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of, she constantly made sure that I was okay and not feeling overwhelmed. Everything was flawless thanks to Taylor!!

Taylor was a fantastic wedding planner and helped my wedding come together beautifully, the day was everything I was hoping for. Even amid some morning chaos before the big event (not at all related to Taylor or her work), Taylor and her team made sure all the set up kept moving and the vendors knew where to go and what to do. We were so thankful that we had her and her team there to make sure things continued without a hitch! Thank you Taylor for everything, we so appreciate you and all your hard work!

Taylor was so wonderful as our wedding coordinator! We only used her for the day of but wish we would have used her for more of the planning process. She helped our day/night run so smoothly and carried out our day exactly how we envisioned. She communicated so well with us the weeks leading up to our big day and also let us message her questions or ideas early on in the planning even though we chose the day of option. Having her there helped relieve stress and helped us enjoy our day without any worries. We highly recommend Taylor! :)

Taylor was amazing to work with! She has a very calming & professional presence. She helped me (the bride) remain calm the whole process, never put pressure on any of the planning, and put everything together so beautifully the day of! Taylor was the wedding coordinator for my daughter’s wedding in December and she was FANTASTIC! Not only did she help us plan all the little details, she delivered on the big day and night! She and her mother were there for every little moment throughout the day and ensured everything went seamlessly perfect! I cannot recommend her enough for your daughter’s wedding! Not only have I watched her grow up, I feel blessed to see her grow into the perfect career for herself! She is amazing and I couldn’t have picked a better coordinator than Taylor and Champagne Toast Events!

I can’t say enough positive things about Taylor! Our day was absolutely magical & all the thanks go to her. She handled every obstacle with grace & always found a solution. She constantly checked on me to make sure my bridesmaids & I didn’t need anything. If you hire one vendor, make sure that it’s her; I can’t imagine how differently my day would have went if it wasn’t for her constant support and help from start to finish. You will not be disappointed!

I have nothing negative to write about Taylor. She made this anxious bride…less anxious. I was actually calm on my wedding day and that’s saying a lot. Every single detail was thought out and she really made sure I felt happy and comfortable. I had an idea of what I wanted my wedding to look like and she brought it to life. I would recommend Taylor to every bride to be that I know.

The best wedding decision I made was choosing Taylor to be my Day of Coordinator. I cannot tell you all of the good things she did. She went ABOVE and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and she brought my ceremony and reception vision to life. Both Taylor and Marcia were amazing communicators and they make every wedding their top priority. If I did not hire CTE, my wedding would've been chaotic.
I have several friends who are newly engaged, and I am directing them towards CTE and I know they will not be disappointed. Taylor is SOOOO talented at what she does.
