We worked with Brian for our 9/28/24 wedding and he was amazing. From our first introduction to our planning meeting, he listened to our wants and put our minds at ease. My father/daughter song had quite a few tweaks we wanted to make it work for us in terms of where we wanted cut and speed of song and Brian was patient and delivered. The dance floor was nonstop all night - Brian took all of our music and read the room perfectly. So happy with this night! Ken was also super kind whenever I called with questions. Absolutely recommend them.

Champagne toast was absolutely amazing!!! We worked with Brian for our wedding and cannot say enough good things about him! The portal that champagne toast uses was so easy and user friendly. It helped guide us through what music we needed to pick out. It also had different features to help us pick songs. Brian was so helpful and calm during our wedding. He really did an amazing job and I felt like I had not one thing to worry about since he took care of it all. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. We heard from many of our guests that they loved the music he played!! We really just wanted everyone to have fun and that is exactly what happened. We would choose champagne toast every single time- especially Brian!!

We have had a number of friends use Champagne Toast- woe worked with Jeff and we LOVED him! They made it so easy to plan our day. I considered having a violinist for our ceremony but at the end of the day I just really loved that Champagne Toast knew our venue well and worked there often. Choosing a vendor that is local to the venue I find really helpful because they know the space and can help you default to a rain plan easily. Worried about people hearing your ceremony- no worries if the DJ goes there often. They know the acoustics. They set up a portal with us to share what music we wanted for our ceremony and reception. The only hiccup in the whole day was that we had to switch the order of the dances because my dad was not feeling well. The DJ was awesome and understanding and ready to go! Last but not least seeing how into it Jeff got during dancing was amazing. His personality is just the best and he is so go with the flow! Such a great decision!!!!

We had a great experience with Brian from Champagne Toast. Brian knew our venue (Publick House) very well, which made for a seamless planning process. The reception, cocktail hour, and reception music was perfect. All of our guests could hear everything clearly, even in an outdoor ceremony. Our dance floor was also absolutely packed all night, which is a testament to Brian's skills in song selection. Additionally, Brian helped us keep the wedding on the appropriate timeline despite a longer-than-expected wedding speech. We highly recommend Champagne Toast Entertainment!

Our DJ, Brian, was outstanding! The perfect emcee, he helped coordinate the various parts of our day, made great suggestions to improve the flow of events, and checked in with us repeatedly throughout the wedding to make sure all was as we wanted. He was professional and fun. He did a fantastic job reading the crowd. And he was amazing with all the kiddos we had!! When the couple we had arranged a special request for missed the song because they were wrangling their kids, he replayed it later when they were present without anyone asking him to. The day wouldn’t have been the same without him. He was a key part in making ours the perfect wedding!!

We had a great wedding reception experience with Champagne Toast. Our DJ, John, was a really kind guy who connected with us to make the evening exactly what we were looking for. He was in contact with us prior to the event to build the structure of the evening and was always approachable. He was experienced and had excellent ideas for the evening. Champagne Toast was excellent! Our DJ, Brian, was very helpful and professional from beginning to end. He quickly returned all of our phone calls whenever we had a question. We originally spoke with Ken from Champagne toast when inquiring about a DJ for our wedding. He answered all of our questions and explained in detail how the do things. With their website for choosing songs and order of events, the planning was seamless. Brian was our DJ for the night and he reviewed the info we wrote into the event form on the website a week or two before the wedding to make sure we didn't miss anything. I had worried I would forget the order of things but Brian kept us updated throughout the night on what was to come next. I highly recommend champagne toast for your next event! We cannot say enough great things about our DJ, John Field! He was absolutely fantastic. Guests were on the dance floor from the moment it opened to the very last song, and didn’t want the party to end — our venue said they have never seen a dance floor packed for so long. John read the room well and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One guest even asked if she could have our playlist after the wedding. He also did an amazing job editing a few songs for us, and was very responsive. We were very happy with John & the Champagne Toast team!

We used Champagne Toast as our DJ and PhotoBooth for our June wedding and they did not disappoint! Brian was our DJ and he was incredible. He helped us along the way with timelines, logistics and options. They provided mics for our ceremony which were discreet yet effective. We gave our must playlist/do not play list as well as specific songs for certain moments in the reception and otherwise let him take the reins. The songs he chose were spot on for our music taste and he really nailed our style. The dance floor was jam packed all night with varying slow and fast songs as well as old and new songs. Our mirror photobooth and attendant Eric were also awesome. There were a large variety of backdrops and options for personalization. Eric sampled a few right beforehand to confirm which ones we liked best. He was great to work with and the booth was busy all night! The link to the digital files was sent to us after the event which has been great to go through and see all the pictures and be able to save and share with people. We are so happy we used Champagne Toast for our wedding and look forward to seeing them at events in the future!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Brian and the Champagne Toast team exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. The booking and planning process for our wedding were both a breeze, Brian was always quick to respond and provided excellent insight. My now husband and I were so impressed with Brian’s ability to read the room and also play interference when needed. Our wedding had a fair mix of both younger and older guests and the music Brian chose had literally everyone up on the dance floor regardless of their age. DJ Brian was excellent! The sound was seamless during the ceremony, and the coordination with the wedding party and the venue as we moved into the reception was very helpful. Brian kept us on track throughout the reception, and made sure the dance playlist was exactly what we wanted!

Brian has excellent communication skills, returns calls and texts promptly, and is very respectful. As an older couple, Brian was very patient with us when walking us through the process of uploading music. We were disappointed when he, at the last minute, got called to an other venue and couldn’t follow through on servicing our wedding and another DJ stepped in. Jeff was disappointed that the majority of the song choices after dinner were not from the play list provided but very annoying music, even after twice requesting to go back to the play list we gave you. Personable DJs though and sound during the wedding ceremony was fine. Thanks very much, Jeff and Dina.

Champagne Toast was absolutely fantastic. Their online platform for organizing our playlist was thorough and so detailed. We felt like we had such a clear outline of our day going into things. Communication was straightforward and easy. Our DJ put together a great playlist based on our requests that kept everyone dancing the whole night. As soon as I heard Jeff Fortin's voice on the phone I knew he was perfect for the job. He sounds exactly how you want a DJ to sound - fun, lighthearted, excited - and that's exactly what we got! Jeff had a full dance floor from start to finish. He was able to get specific songs for us that were important to us and he also got a karaoke version of a song for my mom to sing at the ceremony. Wedding planning is so stressful but everything really came together and our conversations during the last weeks leading up to the wedding were reassuring and helpful. Jeff nailed our First Dance song timing and he also helped out with other details that made our wedding absolutely perfect. He got our entire group of guests to arrange themselves on the dance floor for a photo, he did a sweet song moment in which we found out who the longest married couple was at our wedding (51 years!) and we got to dance together with them, he fielded song requests all night long in a tactful way: playing the Cotton Eyed Joe for the kids, but never quite finding the time for the Chicken Dance (thanks!!), Jeff arranged everyone in a circle around us for our Last Dance which was so heartwarming and wonderful to see our whole family holding hands surrounding us and singing along, and then Jeff hit the Grand Finale song and the dance floor just exploded. Everyone loved it! By the end of the night no one wanted to leave! It truly was a perfect event and we got tons of compliments on the energy. Everyone from our wedding party, to the guests, to the staff at our venue(!) - they all told us the musical journey of the entire night made them feel connected and part of the whole story. Thank you Jeff!

Ken and his team were incredible. The website they set up for you to request songs and highlight any special songs makes planning the music for your day so easy. They were also incredibly communicative not only before our wedding but during it to make sure that the music was to our liking and everyone was having a great time. We used Champagne Toast for DJ services and a photobooth for our 9/15 wedding and it was amazing. Communication was so easy for the whole process. Day of we had John Field as our DJ and Eric running the photobooth and they are probably the nicest people we have ever met. My wife and I looked into DJ services for our wedding about 6-7 months ago without much understanding of what we should be looking for. We were living in Texas at the time and would not have the opportunity to even see our venue in person until about a week before the wedding when we moved. Our wedding was at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA. When Ken responded, we knew we were in good hands. He made everything so easy for us and alleviated stress we had about some of the planning we were getting into. We were given access to an easy-to-use portal where we were able to list the wedding party, special guests that would be introduced (parents, grandparents, etc), what songs we wanted played and when for both the ceremony and the reception, any special dances we were doing, etc. Not only did the portal allow us to easily select our music (and provide YouTube URLs for versions of songs that aren't available on Spotify, iTunes, etc.), but the layout of the information requested was chronological and helped us plan for things we hadn't even thought of - such as the last "fast song" of the night, a final "slow song" for us to dance to once everybody had cleared the reception, etc. We did have specific music requests for when the wedding party and my wife walked down the aisle, when everybody exited the ceremony, entrance music for our parents and bridal party, and of course our entrance music and our first dance. We also picked our cake cutting music and final fast and slow songs for the night, and maybe one or two songs to be played at any point, but other than that we just trusted Ken to use his experience and judgment to pick the majority of the music for the night. The dance floor was packed from the time everybody was done with dinner until Ken was kind enough to invite everybody to give us the space alone for our final dance. We only had two or three conversations leading up to the wedding, and they were very brief because the portal that he gives you access to allows you to take your time thinking about what music you'll play, what special dances you'll have (father/bride, etc), and gives him the names of all of the "important" folks that will be recognized throughout the night. It was very surprising to see some of our family members on the dance floor for so long! The price was VERY, VERY affordable for the 6 hours that we had DJ services. The monogram looked great, the set-up was all handled "outside" of the 6 hours that we booked services for, and there wasn't even a second where I wished that anything had gone differently. I forgot to mention - our ceremony was outside while the reception was in a garden tent a short distance away. I was a bit concerned that the volume or sound quality would be lost as the music played during the ceremony or it would be too muffled in the tent during the reception but everything sounded perfect! You will absolutely not regret working with Ken and Champagne Toast for your wedding, banquet, or any other celebration or event that you are planning!!!!!!!!!!! 10 stars!

He was very relaxed and easy to work with, everything ran super smoothly, and he kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! Champagne Toast was the absolute best! They had our guests on the dance floor the entire night! Ken was truly such a fantastic DJ everyone loved him and we are still getting commented on how great the music was and how much fun our guests had! I had been to a wedding where Champagne Toast was DJing and one of the first things I remember about that wedding was that I barely left the dance floor (except to refill my drink of course) and it was the main reason why we selected them for our wedding! They came prepared with everything we needed, even a wireless mic for our officiant during the ceremony. We also rented the classic Photo Booth from them, and it was a complete hit! These guys really made our wedding night absolutely perfect, we cannot thank and recommend them enough!

Brian did an awesome job DJing our wedding! Everyone raved about how great he was. Everything went smoothly, I have no complaints. We had two quick meetings, I wasn’t sure they were enough but I trusted him and the process, he knows what he’s doing. Turned out perfect. He was accommodating, took requests during the reception, he slowed down my professional song for me and it was exactly how I wanted it. He put his own little touches in, picking up details during speeches and playing off of them. For example, one speech mentioned crickets and he played chirping noises with perfect timing. Our guests thought they were planned moments, he was super quick with it. He helped us with our timeline and moved everything along smoothly in a timely manner. Quick review – Champagne Toast did a wonderful job providing our wedding entertainment. Ken is a fantastic DJ. He did a fantastic job of blending the songs that we selected with his own selections based on his experience and his ability to read the crowd. He also blended well into the crowd and at the end of the night it felt more like he was one of the family and less like a paid vendor “hiding in the corner”. It’s been 3 weeks since the wedding and I’m still getting comments from friends and family about how “awesome our DJ was”. I would highly recommend Ken and Champagne Toast for your DJ needs. More details below. Champagne Toast had a slight leg up during our vendor selection process since they were recommended by our venue. However, that’s not the reason we ended up selecting them (though it was a bonus). When we had our first call with Ken we knew he was the DJ for us. He walked us through the process that Champagne Toast follows for song selection and showed us the web portal that we could use to select the songs we wanted to be played, including all the specialty songs (first dance, mother-son dance, etc). It made the whole process very easy and it was a great way to make sure we were on the same page with our DJ. Ken didn’t just rely on the web app though. He went above and beyond in many aspects to make our day extra special. For example, I wanted to play a polka in honor of my grandfather who passed away last year. However, since no one in my family really dances the polka anymore (myself included) I figured we would just scrap the idea. Ken understood how important this was to me so he came up with the idea to play it during the dinner service since most people would be seated anyhow. Ken went further above and beyond though and didn’t just play the song, he did an amazing job introducing the song and it’s importance to us. It ended up being a wonderful tribute to my grandfather that wouldn’t have happened if Ken didn’t make the extra effort to understand what is important to us. All in all we couldn't have been happier with Ken and Champagne Toast as our DJ. They truly helped make our day even more special with their talent and professionalism.

We had Josh Mclean as our DJ and we could not have asked for a better atmosphere. People literally stayed on the dance floor all night and we have gotten so many compliments on the music. Even beyond the song selection, Josh made sure he was pronouncing all of the bridal party’s names correctly and was so helpful with organizing things like the parent dances, etc. We truly could not have asked for a better DJ to make this a night we will never forget.

You can tell he loves his job and give his all to make sure that not only that us, as bride and groom but all the guests are happy ! Everything from discussing what you wanted from a DJ to the last song they were on our side ! I could not recommend them enough!

Champagne Toast was absolutely amazing. We had a very young and inexperienced officiant and Brian put his mind at ease by basically running the show and giving us 10 and 5 minute warnings prior to different events during the evening. He kept in touch constantly prior to the wedding to make sure it was personalized as we wished. He was prompt and professional We would highly recommend them as your entertainment source!

DJ Jeff was amazing! At our first meeting he told us he "leaves the cheese at home". He did such a great job and really set the tone for our wedding. He also helped source some very specific international songs for us to include on our day. Our guests gave us many compliments on our DJ :)

Where do I even start?! Brian Plouffe was the most amazing DJ I have ever worked with. I think he could sense my anxiety throughout the entire planning process and read me so well that he completely diminished all my fears and was just all around amazing. He set up multiple check ins with me and was right by my side on the big day, making sure it all went smoothly. He went above and beyond for me, especially when I asked him to play a special rendition of a song (performed by my uncle) so that we could surprise my mom on the dance floor. I was no nervous about it but it worked out better than I could have imagined! And he was patient with me while I changed some things on him a few times, which I certainly appreciated lol. I can’t say enough great things about him. He kept the dance floor FULL the entire night. I’ve never met someone who can read the crowd like he can to keep people moving. I was blown away. So many of my guests asked if he was family, because that’s how he made everyone feel. On top of that, everyone was asking about referrals. He was THAT GOOD! For future parties, I’m going to request Brian well in advance so I can secure him to ensure it will be an amazing time! I wouldn’t want to risk having them booked out because I wouldn’t want to go with anyone else. I definitely vote champagne toast for your party music needs. Brian, you are an amazing DJ and friend, and you have an amazing gift! Thank you for making our wedding night so special! We appreciate you more than you know!

Brian was our DJ for our wedding. Brian was absolutely amazing. He checked in with us multiple times during the night which was awesome. Brian read our wedding guests perfectly and the dance floor was filled for the entire night. We all danced the night away. I highly recommend Champagne Toast specifically, Brian. We can't recommend Champagne Toast enough! We worked with Ken throughout the planning process and then Gino was our DJ; communication was easy and clear from the beginning. Uploading our song choices was very seamless with their synced Spotify software where we could create a playlist and upload it online. During the wedding my dress wouldn't bustle immediately going into the reception, so we lost some time on the dance floor, but Gino was able to make sure that we still got tons of dancing in and slow songs; he was adaptive and quick to figure out a solution for us. And the dance floor was filled for pretty much every song...guests said they loved the songs and that Gino kept everything very fun 🙂. We also wanted to comment on the photo booth--what a big hit! I would 100000% recommend getting a photo booth and the attendant Eric was friendly and helpful to anyone who was hoping to use it. The pictures are unforgettable and we now have an album of hilarious photos from our guests. Thank you for making our wedding everything we had hoped for! 10/10 recommend!!!!!

I absolutely love this DJ! They stuck with me through Covid and many failed attempts at replanning our wedding. When it came time to finally have our amazing ceremony and party they were fabulous, simple, easy, professional and nailed our taste in music even when I was overwhelmed and couldn’t decide on a few key songs. Brian feels like a friend of ours because he was so kind and positive and we had a great time on the dance floor! Thank you!

I loved Ken at Champagne Toast. He was so communicative, professional, and really wanted us to have a great time. He had an awesome sense of humor and was very very easy to work with. He introduced us to Vito, who matches Ken in his enthusiasm for the work. Vito made sure everyone had a great time on the wedding day. He made sure there was something for everyone - some oldies for our older relatives, some fun tunes for the kids, and played a great assortment of “less family oriented” party music later in the night. What I will say is, if you have a lot of absolute must-plays, you should create a Spotify playlist for the reception, as well as for the cocktail and dinner hour. We told Vito multiple times that he was the expert and that we trusted his musical judgment to keep the party going. This meant that he didn’t get to everything on our must play list. We were both fine with that. Vito did an amazing job and we received tons of compliments on his music choices, and we had a blast, but you may want to keep that in mind if you have a really strict vision. 100000000/10. He kept the dance floor packed right up to the end. Highly highly recommend.

It's been a week since our wedding, and my wife and I are still beaming when we think about DJs Ken and John from Champagne Toast. They nailed it. Ken was all cool. He ate cool for breakfast. He was the dictionary definition of chill. And, honestly, his energy was just what we needed to navigate the many other moving parts of our big day. He reassured us that things would be fine when we needed reassurance, he got our guests to where they needed to go, he checked with me to make sure it was cool if he wore a hat (of course it's okay, Ken!), and, most importantly, he played our songs and delivered the soundtrack to the party of the century. In all seriousness, Champagne Toast was worth every penny, and we could not be happier with the services delivered!

We ordered a photo booth from Champagne Toast. The owner was very responsive and had many different templates to choose from. I liked how there were different photo sizes to choose from. There were many props and the booth could fit a good amount of people at a time. Service was polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Champagne Toast killed it! John was the exact DJ persona we were looking for! Completely professional, fun and not overly animated. We received so many compliments about the music, and I wasn't surprised, seeing as we couldn't pull our guests off the dance floor ✨

We chose Josh McLean from Champagne Toast Entertainment to be our DJ for our wedding at the Barn at Wight Farm. The moment we had a phone call with him we knew we wanted to book him because of his professionalism, friendliness, and confidence in his skills as a DJ. He made us feel at ease and was so easy to talk to leading up to the final details. He ensured that the our specific ceremony and reception songs were correct and that he knew how to pronounce everyone's names in our bridal party. He had a calming presence and made sure to check in with us throughout the night. Once the dance floor opened up, it was full until the lights were turned on. Josh was a huge part in making our day perfect and we cannot thank him enough!

Brian was super on top of communicating with us about how we wanted the night to go, right up through the day of our wedding. The music was perfect, appealing to both the older and younger audiences, and he kept all the events on schedule.

Amazing DJ. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We didn't have much direction for music we wanted to play and Brian and Champaign Toast was able to work with the little we gave him to create a perfect playlist. He was able to keep a very fun atmosphere and keep the party going and everyone having fun. Besides the music Brian was huge in helping the day to go smoothly. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of a wedding day. With that knowledge he was great in directing us with everything. Overall can't recommend them enough.
