Working with champagne toast was amazing! Brian had worked with our family in the past for some other weddings, so I knew his services were already top notch! He was super communicative, easy going and day of he was so great at making sure everything was exactly what I wanted. If you need a Dj to get people on the dance floor book with Champagne Toast! Our DJ Mike was awesome. He kept the party going and the dance floor full the entire night. Eric ran the photo booth and captured some fantastic pictures of our family and friends. Would highly recommend Champagne Toast for any occasion

Vito and Champagne Toast exceeded expectations. Absolutely delivered: he got the party started and kept it going. We had a great time and everyone loved the music. Champagne Toast was prompt, professional, and full of energy. Vito was especially accommodating with including our dogs, Frank and Burt, by introducing them at the reception which was a huge hit. We worked with Brian for our 9/28/24 wedding and he was amazing. From our first introduction to our planning meeting, he listened to our wants and put our minds at ease. My father/daughter song had quite a few tweaks we wanted to make it work for us in terms of where we wanted cut and speed of song and Brian was patient and delivered. The dance floor was nonstop all night - Brian took all of our music and read the room perfectly. So happy with this night! Ken was also super kind whenever I called with questions. Absolutely recommend them.

Champagne toast was absolutely amazing!!! We worked with Brian for our wedding and cannot say enough good things about him! The portal that champagne toast uses was so easy and user friendly. It helped guide us through what music we needed to pick out. It also had different features to help us pick songs. Brian was so helpful and calm during our wedding. He really did an amazing job and I felt like I had not one thing to worry about since he took care of it all. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. We heard from many of our guests that they loved the music he played!! We really just wanted everyone to have fun and that is exactly what happened. We have had a number of friends use Champagne Toast- woe worked with Jeff and we LOVED him! They made it so easy to plan our day. I considered having a violinist for our ceremony but at the end of the day I just really loved that Champagne Toast knew our venue well and worked there often. Choosing a vendor that is local to the venue I find really helpful because they know the space and can help you default to a rain plan easily. Worried about people hearing your ceremony- no worries if the DJ goes there often. They know the acoustics. They set up a portal with us to share what music we wanted for our ceremony and reception. The only hiccup in the whole day was that we had to switch the order of the dances because my dad was not feeling well. The DJ was awesome and understanding and ready to go! Last but not least seeing how into it Jeff got during dancing was amazing. His personality is just the best and he is so go with the flow! Such a great decision!!!!

We had a great experience with Brian from Champagne Toast. Brian knew our venue (Publick House) very well, which made for a seamless planning process. The reception, cocktail hour, and reception music was perfect. All of our guests could hear everything clearly, even in an outdoor ceremony. Our dance floor was also absolutely packed all night, which is a testament to Brian's skills in song selection. Our DJ, Brian, was outstanding! The perfect emcee, he helped coordinate the various parts of our day, made great suggestions to improve the flow of events, and checked in with us repeatedly throughout the wedding to make sure all was as we wanted. He was professional and fun. He did a fantastic job reading the crowd. And he was amazing with all the kiddos we had!! When the couple we had arranged a special request for missed the song because they were wrangling their kids, he replayed it later when they were present without anyone asking him to. The day wouldn’t have been the same without him. He was a key part in making ours the perfect wedding!!

He was in contact with us prior to the event to build the structure of the evening and was always approachable. He was experienced and had excellent ideas for the evening. Champagne Toast was excellent! Our DJ, Brian, was very helpful and professional from beginning to end. He quickly returned all of our phone calls whenever we had a question. We appreciated their planning tools and guidance. Everyone at my daughter’s wedding, from youngest to oldest, had a great time! I would also like to add that their Photo Booth was also awesome! We originally spoke with Ken from Champagne toast when inquiring about a DJ for our wedding. He answered all of our questions and explained in detail how the do things. With their website for choosing songs and order of events, the planning was seamless. Brian was our DJ for the night and he reviewed the info we wrote into the event form on the website a week or two before the wedding to make sure we didn't miss anything. I had worried I would forget the order of things but Brian kept us updated throughout the night on what was to come next. I highly recommend champagne toast for your next event! We cannot say enough great things about our DJ, John Field! He was absolutely fantastic. Guests were on the dance floor from the moment it opened to the very last song, and didn’t want the party to end — our venue said they have never seen a dance floor packed for so long. John read the room well and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One guest even asked if she could have our playlist after the wedding. He also did an amazing job editing a few songs for us, and was very responsive. We were very happy with John & the Champagne Toast team!

We used Champagne Toast as our DJ and PhotoBooth for our June wedding and they did not disappoint! Brian was our DJ and he was incredible. He helped us along the way with timelines, logistics and options. They provided mics for our ceremony which were discreet yet effective. We gave our must playlist/do not play list as well as specific songs for certain moments in the reception and otherwise let him take the reins. The songs he chose were spot on for our music taste and he really nailed our style. The dance floor was jam packed all night with varying slow and fast songs as well as old and new songs. Our mirror photobooth and attendant Eric were also awesome. There were a large variety of backdrops and options for personalization. Eric sampled a few right beforehand to confirm which ones we liked best. He was great to work with and the booth was busy all night! The link to the digital files was sent to us after the event which has been great to go through and see all the pictures and be able to save and share with people. We are so happy we used Champagne Toast for our wedding and look forward to seeing them at events in the future!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Brian and the Champagne Toast team exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. The booking and planning process for our wedding were both a breeze, Brian was always quick to respond and provided excellent insight. My now husband and I were so impressed with Brian’s ability to read the room and also play interference when needed. Our wedding had a fair mix of both younger and older guests and the music Brian chose had literally everyone up on the dance floor regardless of their age. I cannot recommend Champagne Toast enough as a wedding DJ!!!

DJ Brian was excellent! The sound was seamless during the ceremony, and the coordination with the wedding party and the venue as we moved into the reception was very helpful. Brian kept us on track throughout the reception, and made sure the dance playlist was exactly what we wanted!

Brian has excellent communication skills, returns calls and texts promptly, and is very respectful. As an older couple, Brian was very patient with us when walking us through the process of uploading music. We were disappointed when he, at the last minute, got called to an other venue and couldn’t follow through on servicing our wedding and another DJ stepped in. Jeff was disappointed that the majority of the song choices after dinner were not from the play list provided but very annoying music, even after twice requesting to go back to the play list we gave you. Personable DJs though and sound during the wedding ceremony was fine. Thanks very much, Jeff and Dina.

Champagne Toast was absolutely fantastic. Their online platform for organizing our playlist was thorough and so detailed. We felt like we had such a clear outline of our day going into things. Communication was straightforward and easy. Our DJ put together a great playlist based on our requests that kept everyone dancing the whole night. You could tell he really thought about what we had already requested and supplemented with songs we loved. Would absolutely recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a great DJ.

As soon as I heard Jeff Fortin's voice on the phone I knew he was perfect for the job. He sounds exactly how you want a DJ to sound - fun, lighthearted, excited - and that's exactly what we got! Jeff had a full dance floor from start to finish. He was able to get specific songs for us that were important to us and he also got a karaoke version of a song for my mom to sing at the ceremony. Wedding planning is so stressful but everything really came together and our conversations during the last weeks leading up to the wedding were reassuring and helpful. Jeff nailed our First Dance song timing and he also helped out with other details that made our wedding absolutely perfect. He got our entire group of guests to arrange themselves on the dance floor for a photo, he did a sweet song moment in which we found out who the longest married couple was at our wedding (51 years!) and we got to dance together with them, he fielded song requests all night long in a tactful way: playing the Cotton Eyed Joe for the kids, but never quite finding the time for the Chicken Dance (thanks!!), Jeff arranged everyone in a circle around us for our Last Dance which was so heartwarming and wonderful to see our whole family holding hands surrounding us and singing along, and then Jeff hit the Grand Finale song and the dance floor just exploded. Everyone loved it! By the end of the night no one wanted to leave! It truly was a perfect event and we got tons of compliments on the energy. Everyone from our wedding party, to the guests, to the staff at our venue(!) - they all told us the musical journey of the entire night made them feel connected and part of the whole story. Thank you Jeff!

Ken and his team were incredible. The website they set up for you to request songs and highlight any special songs makes planning the music for your day so easy. They were also incredibly communicative not only before our wedding but during it to make sure that the music was to our liking and everyone was having a great time. My husband found Champagne Toast, a recommended vendor from our Venue. They did not disappoint! I appreciated their organization when finding songs. When we had our final meeting, John listened to our questions patiently and provided suggestions when we asked. John was fantastic at our wedding! The ceremony music was exactly what I had asked for (and beautiful to listen to). John took requests throughout the night and did not hesitate when I asked for special requests!

We used Champagne Toast for DJ services and a photobooth for our 9/15 wedding and it was amazing. Communication was so easy for the whole process. Day of we had John Field as our DJ and Eric running the photobooth and they are probably the nicest people we have ever met. My wife and I looked into DJ services for our wedding about 6-7 months ago without much understanding of what we should be looking for. We were living in Texas at the time and would not have the opportunity to even see our venue in person until about a week before the wedding when we moved. Our wedding was at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA. When Ken responded, we knew we were in good hands. He made everything so easy for us and alleviated stress we had about some of the planning we were getting into. We were given access to an easy-to-use portal where we were able to list the wedding party, special guests that would be introduced (parents, grandparents, etc), what songs we wanted played and when for both the ceremony and the reception, any special dances we were doing, etc. Not only did the portal allow us to easily select our music (and provide YouTube URLs for versions of songs that aren't available on Spotify, iTunes, etc.), but the layout of the information requested was chronological and helped us plan for things we hadn't even thought of - such as the last "fast song" of the night, a final "slow song" for us to dance to once everybody had cleared the reception, etc. We did have specific music requests for when the wedding party and my wife walked down the aisle, when everybody exited the ceremony, entrance music for our parents and bridal party, and of course our entrance music and our first dance. We also picked our cake cutting music and final fast and slow songs for the night, and maybe one or two songs to be played at any point, but other than that we just trusted Ken to use his experience and judgment to pick the majority of the music for the night. The dance floor was packed from the time everybody was done with dinner until Ken was kind enough to invite everybody to give us the space alone for our final dance. We only had two or three conversations leading up to the wedding, and they were very brief because the portal that he gives you access to allows you to take your time thinking about what music you'll play, what special dances you'll have (father/bride, etc), and gives him the names of all of the "important" folks that will be recognized throughout the night. It was very surprising to see some of our family members on the dance floor for so long! The price was VERY, VERY affordable for the 6 hours that we had DJ services. The monogram looked great, the set-up was all handled "outside" of the 6 hours that we booked services for, and there wasn't even a second where I wished that anything had gone differently. I forgot to mention - our ceremony was outside while the reception was in a garden tent a short distance away. I was a bit concerned that the volume or sound quality would be lost as the music played during the ceremony or it would be too muffled in the tent during the reception but everything sounded perfect! You will absolutely not regret working with Ken and Champagne Toast for your wedding, banquet, or any other celebration or event that you are planning!!!!!!!!!!! 10 stars!

He was very relaxed and easy to work with, everything ran super smoothly, and he kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! Unlike most events, the music and especially the bass was not too loud! It was really special to get to have a private dance too after the whole event was over. I highly recommend working with them.

Champagne Toast was the absolute best! They had our guests on the dance floor the entire night! Ken was truly such a fantastic DJ everyone loved him and we are still getting commented on how great the music was and how much fun our guests had! I had been to a wedding where Champagne Toast was DJing and one of the first things I remember about that wedding was that I barely left the dance floor (except to refill my drink of course) and it was the main reason why we selected them for our wedding! They came prepared with everything we needed, even a wireless mic for our officiant during the ceremony. We also rented the classic Photo Booth from them, and it was a complete hit! These guys really made our wedding night absolutely perfect, we cannot thank and recommend them enough!
