lming spirit to what I thought could be a very anxious 12 months+ of planning. Having a planner who was so professional yet personable was important to us. I was in the Bay Area at the time, and my fiancé was in SoCal, so I needed a planner with great communication skills, organized, and who had a strong recommendation for vendors. At our first meeting, she wanted us to share our vision for our wedding, so I shared my lengthy list of things along with my vision board. Our dream wedding didn't intimidate her. She met our expectations with expertise, creativity, and organization. Over the year or so we worked with her, Ciani grew to know us personally, and naturally, the planning process became easier and more exciting. I looked forward to our meetings and completing tasks off our checklists (which, surprisingly, my husband thoroughly enjoyed!). From other brides, I heard the last two weeks were a bit overwhelming with guest list changes, vendors confirming their list of things & more, but through it, all Ciani was accessible and remained super calm when I felt overwhelmed. The day of the wedding was a complete dream. I was brought to tears when we saw how the ceremony and reception were transformed, and my vision board was brought to life ( truly a dream come true). Ciani and her team worked so well together with all of our vendors. I was afraid we wouldn't have time to get through the day-of timeline, but she made sure we made time for it all! Not only did we get an amazing wedding planner out of the process, but a future event planner as well! Overall, my husband and I highly recommend hiring Ciani and the team at Champion Events Co. to plan your wedding!

apart. Every detail of our wedding was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Ciani’s ability to transform our vision into reality was beyond impressive. She took the time to understand our preferences, our dislikes, and used her creativity to add unique details to our special day. Communication was seamless throughout the entire planning process. Although, we locked them in a year out from our wedding and were eager to get the ball rolling, Ciani was great about setting expectations given her busy schedule. On the day of the event, Ciani and Kyla worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the venue, from the stunning floral arrangements to the perfectly timed music transitions to our gold name plates for our guests. When we started talking about what our vision was, we indicated that our priorities were for our guests to walk away talking about the food, music, and their overall experience. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the amazing time they all had- it was a vibe and we were truly able to enjoy ourselves and our family/friends without worrying about a thing. We had a minor hiccup during the reception when my mom approached me about receiving some ingredients on her plate that’s she allergic to, Ciani took quick action to coordinate with the culinary team to remedy the situation and within minutes my mom was enjoying her dinner. to us by some friends who had gotten married a couple years prior. Ciani was extremely communicative with us throughout the entire process. Within less than a month of hiring her we had a venue and caterer booked. She also had a great list of vendor recommendations which made our life so much easier. We hired our photographer, DJ, florist and baker through her. There were naturally moments where I would have a mini meltdown thinking about all the things coming down the pipeline and Ciani ALWAYS made time to talk me off the ledge. The weekend of the wedding went off without a hitch. Even when family was making last minute requests Ciani and her team handled it all so professionally often without me even knowing. There wasn’t a detail Ciani and her team hadn’t planned for. The day of was absolutely stress free and turned out exactly as we had planned for. At the end of the evening my husband and I went to gather our things only to find out Ciani and her team had already handled EVERYTHING and all we had to do was get in the car and leave. She made it so that we literally did not have to lift a finger. We and all of our guests had such a great time! People until this day talk about how much fun they had and how organized everything was. We cannot thank Ciani and her team enough!

I could gush for hours on Ciani, her expertise, her professionalism and now her friendship. I am honored to have worked with her and I would recommend her to everyone that asks. She struck a great balance of providing wisdom based on expertise, while also letting me express the vision I had according to my own taste. Her assistance with the planning was awesome, but nothing was better than her team’s execution the weekend of the wedding. I’ve heard about brides running around with errands on the wedding weekend but Ciani’s team handled everything. All that was left to do was enjoy our perfect day! I absolutely would recommend the Champion Events Co team; 10/10!

eyond stressed during the planning to the point where I almost did not enjoy the experience. I had high expectations but rightfully so when you are spending so much money on one of the most special moments in your life. Things started great. Our first meeting with Ciani went well; she asked all the right questions and said all the right things. However, communication went downhill fast and there was a lack of follow through on certain things. For example, I paid for the design and month of coordination, but I basically designed the majority of the wedding myself. She created a design/vision for us and never really followed through on what she made for me, so it was kind of a waste of time. We legit talked about it maybe once or twice and then never looked at it again. We never felt like our wedding was a priority. Often when we had a meeting scheduled and she would either reschedule, change the time, or she had to leave the meeting early. On one occasion close to the wedding date, we had a meeting scheduled, and she reached out, and she said, “she forgot she had a girls' trip planned.” This was weeks before the wedding, and she didn’t tell me until 10 minutes before our scheduled meeting time. Additionally, during the month of my wedding, vendors were still contacting me which was very frustrating because at that point she should of taken over all communication. During the rehearsal/wedding, our bridal party even called out how disorganized/not present she was. I will say that the assistant who was with her the day of my wedding was amazing and honestly wished she would have been more involved during the entire planning process. Ciani and her team were also responsible for the setup. I noticed quite a few items that didn’t get placed out. Things I had given specific instructions on where I wanted them to go. So it ended up being a waste of money. Seeing our wedding pictures after the fact and noticing things that we paid for like a bar sign and note cards we wanted our guest to sign that didn’t get placed out was very frustrating. Also, the day of our wedding felt very rushed. We were sooo behind schedule and had to rush through special moments. Cinai was responsible for creating the timeline and ensuring we were on schedule. I do not recommend Champion Events. Please do your research and consider other wedding planners for your special day.

Ciani knew just what we needed, what we could do without, and we trusted her completely! She even managed to find us a violinist one week out when we realized we’d made a mistake by not including one. Our wedding venue was quite large, and we had a very complicated set up with a lot of moving pieces, but Ciani and her team took care of everything. The wedding was truly like a fairytale, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She is the best in the business and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Everyone from the wedding said more or less that they felt so much love on our wedding day and that it felt like "Sam and Keenan." How could we have asked for anything more?

There are several small details couples may overlook, but Ciani made sure all those things were covered: tips for our vendors, a cake knife that looks good in pictures, candles to fill white space, pens for our guest book, and many many more. On the wedding day, Ciani & team arrived well in advance, took charge, and ran the show. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so special!

ith having two postponements due to the pandemic, Ciani has been there for me and my now husband every step of the way. She is not only a wedding planner but she is also a friend and confidant. Regardless if it was early mornings or late nights, Ciani was there to answer all my questions and concerns. If I didn’t have Ciani as my wedding planner, I would have had a nervous breakdown every day and I probably still wouldn’t be married. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. Ciani is a design genius! I told her what I liked and dis-liked then I let her work her magic. I trust all her ideas because of her superb work. She gave me my elegant wedding without having to break the bank. All my wedding guests kept complimenting on how captivating the wedding was. If you want a gorgeous wedding, hire Champion Events Co!! You would think I was a bridezilla and a nightmare to work with, but I barely asked her to do anything… I hired Ciani about 3-4 months before my wedding after I had booked all vendors and had everything almost done. I just needed a few loose ends tied which she agreed to do. After paying her up front for services, she never had anything done per the schedules we would set. I felt that she was always unresponsive and not available. She did not help me with anything I needed help with. She even blatantly lied about doing things.. I said I needed quotes for a dance floor, she said they were all “sold out” and couldn’t show me any emails or requests she actually sent, and when I reached out to one vendor who she said she contacted, they gave me a quote within the hour. After that incident, she literally stopped responding to any emails, texts or calls and eventually blocked my number. She did not even have the courtesy to let me know that she had too much on her plate, or something. Good luck to all the brides out there, I do not recommend hiring Ciani.

She was on top of providing vendor recommendation, ensuring that we are on track with our timeline, and being flexible with our ever-changing plans. I also appreciate how she donates some of her planning fee to social-justice charities. We ultimately decided to get married outside of California and therefore must go with a local planner out-of-state, so we are very sad that we can't use Ciani's planning services for our actual wedding day. I have no doubt in my mind that she would have done a spectacular job for our wedding planning if had decided to stay local for our wedding and had the pleasure of using her services until the end. If you are in the LA/OC area , do yourself a favor and hire Champion Event Productions!!

As the groom, what was important to me was that the vision my wife dreamed of came into fruition. Ciani was able to transform my parents backyard into a whimsical setting and a fairy tale wedding. Her eye for detail and keeping us on track was helpful as the wedding day approached. On the day of the Big Event, Ciani came prepared and ready to mange our event. Ciani and her staff were extremely professional in the way they interacted with not only the different vendors, but our family and friends. I would highly recommend Champion Productions out there to any future grooms.

She has literally become like family to us. She was with us thru not one but THREE different dates and venues because of the pandemic. We were originally going to get married in August 2020 and ended up with Dec 2021! Thru it all she shared in our grief of having to post-pone and gave us hope when we needed it. Especially when I lost my father just a few months before the wedding and had to take time off to plan his funeral. We will forever be grateful to how kind and sympathetic she was with us. She gave us plenty of ideas as well as things to consider without being overbearing and gave us lots of reminders along the way. When we opted to no longer post-pone, she walked us thru what she called a MINIMONY (cute or what!!!) and it was PERFECT for us. Thanks to Ciani and Kyla, my in-laws backyard was transformed into the GORGEOUS garden/vintage wedding we always wanted! Ciani and Kyla were INCREDIBLE in more ways that I can tell you!!! The hard work that they did to flip the backyard from ceremony to dinner reception and making it all look stunning was more than we could have asked for. Down to the last detail, Ciani and Kyla were on top of it! They even came and checked on us to see if we needed anything and also made sure we ate! Our guests were very impressed with the transformation. My in-laws who have never entertained in their backyard were SUPER impressed with how all the vendors were handled and how clean and organized everything was after the event. They keep stating that if they ever have an event, they would hire Ciani and so should you. So again, trust me from one Mrs. to another, STOP LOOKING. You have found your champion wedding planner with Ciani and her team!

ike most COVID weddings, we had to adjust plans to allow for a safe gathering. And never once did we feel like we were compromising on our vision while working with Ciani. She was a great partner that delivered what we wanted but also knew when to save us from ourselves. The end result was a beautifully romantic evening for 10 that we will truly cherish for eternity. The perfect way to culminate our decade-long year love story. I cannot recommend her services enough. If you want to live blissfully from your engagement to your wedding day - HIRE CIANI ASAP!

It was an hour long conversation and it truly won me and my husband over. Even after we chose her, she was consistent in helping us, and answered questions in a timely manner. Where Ciani and Kyla shinned was on the day of our wedding. Ciani truly did make our day go as planned and I was able to enjoy it without having to deal with the small problems of the day. She was calm, and always around to ask questions, and constantly moving and making sure we were on schedule so that we had all of the things we wanted photographed while the photographer was there. They set up, tore down and packed all of my decorations beautifully for easy transportation. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator/planner, I would definitely get one, but if you want someone that will make you feel like you truly got a good return on this investment, then Ciani is your girl!

We are ridiculously grateful for their hard work, and i personally am even more grateful that she came into my life ♥️

We hired her as a day-of coordinator, because we had done most of the planning ourselves (with the help of our venue). But we decided we didn’t want to be worried about logistics on our wedding day, and just wanted to have fun. Ciani gave us that, and way more. Her website is stunning. She has beautiful creative visions, and can carry out the most gorgeous, elevated looks for any wedding theme. I was honestly a little worried, because the decorations and event timeline we had planned were pretty relaxed. I thought I might not be fancy enough for all of the beautiful things I saw on her website. But Ciani is amazing at her job because she wants every client to have the wedding of their dreams, not hers. She was perfect at helping us carry out our fun, silly, kegger wedding. And she helped it look extremely organized and pretty! She prepared an event timeline so we didn’t have to worry about our vendors. She made sure the memorial area we set up for my Dad was special and meaningful. And she was just the kindest, sweetest, most awesome person to work with (as was her wonderful assistant.) Having Ciani in-charge made us feel so relaxed and supported on our wedding day. Now, she our friend as well! I can’t recommend her highly enough.

We put a lot of faith into Ciani and the design of our wedding. We were not disappointed. The somewhat bare room was completely transformed and was exactly what we wanted. Ciani was also cool as a cucumber on the day of the wedding, I heard so many stories of questions my family members had for her on the day of the wedding and everytime I saw her she hadn't even broken a sweat.
