Chandelier Ballroom

The Chandelier was a great venue to work with; all of the staff were extremely friendly but Michele, now she is absolutely amazing! From answering TONS of emails, and being there every step of the way, Michele made sure that our wedding vision came to life!!! The food on the wedding day was phenomenal!!! Honestly was better than the tasting, which was still really good!!! The bathrooms are newly renovated and provided plenty of space for guests! Getting in the day before to set up was exactly what we needed to ensure a smooth sailing wedding day.

We could not have pulled a 2020 pandemic wedding without the Chandelier Ballroom. Michelle went above and beyond to answer my many questions to ensure that our special day could go on following the necessary safety guidelines. Michelle is professional, organized, and amazing to work with. The food is excellent and I received compliments for weeks following our wedding. It is BY FAR the best food I've ever had at a wedding- the guests agreed. The venue is also perfect for a live band and had a great ambiance. The ballroom is HUGE which allowed us to space out tables as needed. The two large bars allowed guests to feel comfortable and distanced as they got their drinks. I can't recommend the Chandelier Ballroom enough!

We had such an amazing experience with the Chandelier. With Covid, I was constantly worried if our wedding would be able to happen. Michelle was amazing. She made all the planning with the the venue a breeze. Her staff is amazing. I went to take my plate of food up to the head table on the stage and wondered how I would carry my plate and lift my dress up. All of a sudden there was a staff member that said she was there to help me get my food to my seat. There was staff constantly checking in on us at the head table and throughout the night. We had so many compliments on the food especially their sweets table. Everything turned out amazing.

I got married at Chandelier Ballroom in the middle of a pandemic. Prior to COVID19, planning with Chandelier Ballroom was a breeze. No hidden fees, shady dealings, or poor communication. The service was upfront, kind hearted, and organized. But their true business ethics showed even brighter during the pandemic. Our original wedding date was 3/28/2020, but due to the governor's Safer At Home order, we had to postpone. Chandelier Ballroom (specifically Michele Price, the coordinator) was the best vendor to work with by far. As a bride being forced to postpone her dream 10 DAYS before the wedding, I couldn't appreciate Michele more. She checked in on how I was feeling, listened to question after question, carefully outlined all my options, and rolled with every punch that COVID dealt our way. She was up front and honest the entire time and was extremely flexible with rescheduling. I would tell people she was my "planning angel" because just the sound of her voice would calm my nerves. Even when our church had to cancel on us 2 weeks before the new wedding date, Michele flawlessly helped us coordinate a new ceremony at the Chandelier Ballroom. Our new date was 6/27/2020 and it was perfection. The food was served on time, hot, and was served above and beyond safety restrictions. The entire staff was courteous, kind, and efficient. I specifically remember the staff members complimenting and encouraging me before I walked down the aisle and it was incredibly special. My guests contacted me AFTER the wedding day to compliment the staff and their service. Michele communicated kindly with myself, my new husband, and both of our families. The grounds were gorgeous for photos as well. My dream came true at Chandelier Ballroom - even during a pandemic and a postponement. I am so grateful for the entire staff for the best day of my life.

The ballroom was amazing for our wedding! Michele was unbelievable to work with, super helpful from everything with planning to food to the day of! We had a blast and did not have to worry about anything! Terry the bartender was amazing as well, went above and beyond! My husband and I both have dietary restrictions and Michele worked with us on the menu custom making it for our needs and labeling all the other dietary issues for our guest. 10/10 would recommend and would have a party there again!

This venue is so gorgeous. So many people gave compliments on it. Michele was the best to work with and so helpful. She responded to all my emails in a timely manner and never seemed annoyed by my numerous emails with random questions. I rented both rooms and the fireside room was perfect for cocktail hour. There is also plenty of parking! I was able to set up the day before since there was no event which was a huge stress reliever. The fireplace is also perfect to take pictures in front of. And the food....amazing! We did the Italian package and everyone loved it! I would rent as much linens/extras from the venue as possible to make the cleanup process as easy as possible. I would def recommend this venue!

We had such an amazing experience at the Chandelier Ballroom. The venue is extremely organized, the food is great, and there is so much space for dancing. We had multiple people say it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Michele Price is prompt on responding to emails, and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this venue for an amazing wedding!

We held a small intimate wedding reception in the Fireside Room located inside the Chandelier. Just as the name suggests there is a huge fireplace that lends itself to the warm atmosphere. Wood paneled walls and a smaller space were perfect for our Friday evening celebration. Michele was so very helpful throughout the whole process making us feel comfortable about all of our decisions. A must see for a smaller venue!

Chandelier Ballroom and Michele, the venue contact, is a great place to have your wedding! We got married there October 5, and it was amazing! Michele made everything go so smooth and she will answer every and all questions! Our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was and how cool the venue is. I highly recommend!

Utilized the chandelier ballroom for our wedding reception. The historical venue is gorgeous- both the fireside room and ballroom are beautiful and both offer a different vibe. Additionally, the food was amazing (we got so many compliments on the food). The bathroom was recently updated and is absolutely gorgeous. However, what really stands out is how organized, attentive, and helpful the director Michele is. She responded to every question promptly and was always happy to offer suggestions or advice when we asked. We really appreciate everything Michele helped with. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this venue for many different events. This venue has a lot of heart and soul poured into it, which really shows.

The best ever is right! Chandelier was perfect for our wedding! The ballroom is just beautiful in itself so if you don't want to decorate a lot, this place is perfect. Michele Price, the director, is AMAZING at what she does! Super responsive and helpful. I couldn't have imagined it without her. We were rained on so the ceremony moved from the gazebo to the Fireside without a hitch! OH! and the food was the best food at a wedding ever, hands down. All the guests talked about! Highly, highly recommend!

Talk about a dream wedding! The ballroom is breathe taking. We are so pleased with our wedding. The food, drinks and service was EXCELLENT!! Beer was ice cold, food was savory, and the staff was fast and efficient.

Michelle was SUCH an amazing planner and director to work with. No matter how strange I felt our requests were, she was very reassuring and flexible to our needs and wants. We loved working with her and her staff! This charming historical building, with its chandeliers and dome-like ceiling, was such a beautiful place to be married and to celebrate in!

The Chandelier Ballroom and Michele Price made our wedding day absolutely beautiful and pain free! The venue itself is so gorgeous that we needed minimal decorations. The food was delicious, and exactly as we expected. Michele worked with our DJ, baker, and day-of coordinator so that we didn't have to think about one detail the day of the wedding. This was also one of the most reasonable venues we found - especially if you can snag one of their deals! I highly recommend the Chandelier Ballroom to any couple looking for ease and elegance.

We feel beyond lucky to have had our wedding at the Chandelier Ballroom. We fell in love with the venue when we first walked it and loved it even more on our big day. Everything turned out perfect and the food was phenomenal. We are still hearing from guests how much they enjoyed the food and venue. Michele was an absolute pleasure to work with. From answering all our questions to helping out on the day of, she was amazing! She was always friendly, energetic and provided guidance when needed. I would highly recommend the Chandelier Ballroom. Michele (and Faye) was amazing in helping coordinate our wedding day. Michele was extremely helpful and every time I emailed her she responded within minutes (even when she was on vacation) Food was amazing- we got a ton of compliments. I would highly suggest the Parmesan crusted chicken! Staff were very accommodating in anything I needed and they have a great punch bowl idea (something old , something new, something borrowed, somethibg blue) Everyone complimented me on the hall (and how grand it was) and the new bathroom remodel looks great! Overall great place for a wedding I would highly recommend it.

I can't say enough how happy we are that we decided to have our ceremony and reception at the Chandelier Ballroom. The venue is probably the most unique one we've ever seen, and we fell in love with it immediately. We also loved the director, Michele, who was our contact from start to finish and sooo responsive to every single email (and I sent a lot because I kept forgetting things I wanted to ask) and so polite and kind. The Ballroom was super accommodating to our every need with everything leading up to and during the wedding. The food was amazing, our guests made friends with the awesome bartenders, and Michele anticipated everything before we even knew we needed something. Ah I just love this place! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! They made our wedding day go so smoothly and we are so, so grateful.

Michele the coordinator at Chandelier went above and beyond to help us plan our reception. She helped us through every decision-food, DJ, times, drinks, etc. She does an exceptional job in creating wonderful dishes for entrees and sides. We had so many compliments on the food. Overall Chandelier Ballroom is a wonderful place to hold your wedding reception. It is a beautiful and classy venue.

The Chandelier Ballroom was my first choice for a reception space and I am SO GLAD that they had my date available. I love the ballroom, the outdoor areas, the chandelier, and the huge bars. Working with Michele was great. She was always willing to answer questions and responded very quickly. She got me appetizers when I first got to the ballroom while I was waiting for the grand entrance which I really appreciated. The whole staff was just excellent. I highly recommend this location for your reception. It is designed perfectly for a big wedding!

Our daughter and her fiancee had their wedding and reception at the Chandelier. It was wonderful ...it was even better than we envisioned. Michele and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had many, many positive comments throughout the special night from our guests. You will not be disappointed if you choose the Chandelier for your event.

I cannot write enough great things about the Chandelier Ballroom. Working with Michele was incredible from start to finish. My husband and I fell in love with the venue the moment we drove up to it and Michele was great at answering all our questions throughout the entire process and easy to work with. She is prompt at email responses and answers questions thoroughly. She and the entire staff helped make the day easy, relaxing and fun! The venue is gorgeous, affordable, and large. We had about 225 in attendance at our wedding. The food was hot for everyone and they all commented on how good the food was! We did not run out of appetizers, food or alcohol. No complaints about anything, my friends and family are still raving about our wedding! I highly recommend to anyone!

We loved having our wedding ceremony and reception at the Chandelier Ballroom! The Fireside Room is perfect for a winter wedding in front of the fireplace and the venue is beautiful. All of the staff are friendly and willing to help and the event coordinator was excellent in helping answer questions and making sure everything is how we wanted it. I didn't have to worry about anything!

We were looking for a venue where people would walk in and be wowed. We found that at the chandelier. The ballroom is beautiful. Minimal decorations are needed. We got married and had our reception in the ballroom. Due to the weather, we also took all our pictures here, but it was perfect. Michele, the coordinator, is the most amazing and helpful person. We also had our catering done through the chandelier, and the food was excellent and cost was low! There were no hidden costs here. I did a budget using their pricing sheets in the beginning and when I got the bill, it was exactly what I thought. They were accommodating for our rehearsal and our set up. I cannot say enough how wonderful Michele was. Absolutely would recommend this place!

The ballroom is beyond beautiful and surprisingly reasonably priced! Oh and Michele Price! Need I say more...she was by far the easiest, most helpful and nicest vendor we worked with for our wedding! She made sure everything went EXACTLY as we had planned. Everything went so smooth and our reception was beyond amazing! I would do it there one million times over! And they also just opened their own kitchen and the food was to die for. We received a numerous amount of compliments on the wait/bar staff, the dinner and the ballroom itself.

I loved them and everything went very smoothly! They have plenty of places to take pictures and you could do everything in one spot!

I just had my wedding reception about a month ago and our experience with Michele Price and the ballroom was wonderful. Michele was always willing to answer questions, fulfill our requests, and go above and beyond for us. The ballroom itself is so unique with the rounded room, extremely high ceilings, lighting, and huge dance floor. The ambiance this venue has is unbelievable! We used the fireside room for cocktails before dinner, and then the dinner and dance took place in the main hall, which I really recommend! I would definitely recommend this venue!!

If you want an AMAZING venue for your wedding, you must have it at the Chandelier Ballroom in Hartford WI!! The ballroom is beautiful!!!! You dont have to do much for decorations due to the beauty inside!! the ballroom has the most amazing staff!!! Michele makes the planning process so easy!! She has a wonderful staff that works for her. It is clean and set up, it is just an amazing place!!! You MUST check this venue out!!!!

I used the Chandelier Ballroom for my reception. It is a gorgeous ballroom and a wonderful facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The wedding coordinator is just as friendly and helpful and also is quick to respond to emails. I would highly recommend the Chandelier Ballroom. The staff did a wonderful job with the last minute details for the decor that had to be taken care of right before the guests would arrive.

The Chandelier Ballroom was an amazing venue. All of our guests were very impressed. The hall itself is very classy and everyone who works there is very accommodating.

The Ballroom was a beautiful location for our wedding and Michele was wonderful! Her and the staff at the ballroom were friendly and made sure we had nothing to worry about on our special day. We received a lot of compliments from our guests who loved the location. I would definately reccomend!

We used The Steel Craft Fireside Room for our wedding in August. Michele, the coordinator, is extremely nice, accommodating and understanding. Everyone thought the location was beautiful, including the outdoor ceremony at their gazebo, which was gorgeous. We only had a couple problems. First, the day of our set-up was changed at the last minute so that the wedding on Friday night could extend into our room. It was a bit irritating but Michele was extremely helpful and aided in setting up. Secondly, I was assured several times that there would be no problems with guests from the wedding in the big room coming into our room. Well, during our first dance, we noticed a huge group of people looking in and watching. As we are a lesbian couple, we were very aware of this. On another occasion, a man came in and started dancing with us during a special song. There really wasn't any security between the two weddings, but in general, it wasn't a big problem. I would still recommend The Chandelier Ballroom to anyone I know having a wedding!

Absolutely PERFECT space for our reception. The Ballroom has so much character - not just gorgeous chandeliers and hardwood floors, but a huge space with 2 bars in the same room as dinner/dancing to keep the group together and having a blast. Michele and her staff are AMAZING. They really worked with us and let us get creative with decorating. We were able to do a lot the day before and even assembled our bouquets there. The Chandelier is also constantly adding new options - like the late night hotdog cart our guest enjoyed. Tons of parking, no over the top charges like we found at so many other places. Amazingly great country feel - the best experience we could've asked for! PS We had a rather large wedding, but our total cost was closer to $5K than $10K and that includes the both the Ballroom and optional fireside lounge, linens, a shuttle service to hotels, hotdog cart, AND the bar bill.

The Chandelier Ballroom was an amazing venue for us. They have a small room with a fireplace that totally went with out winter wedding. The staff at the ballroom was absolutely amazing and they did everything they could to accomadate our needs!

Awesome venue-lots of character and nostalgic charm. Has a Great Hall/Ballroom-can accomodate 200-500, and an additional smaller Fireside room that can be rented. Excellent service and presentation! Highly recommended!!!

I had my wedding at the Chandelier Ballroom two weeks ago and I am so happy with their service. Their Executive Director, Michele Price, was wonderful and accessible and helped me every step of the way. Beautiful inside and out for pictures. Definitely recommended!

We chose the Chandelier Ballroom in Hartford for our wedding reception because my husband and I shared our first big date, my junior prom, there six years prior to our wedding date. We loved the room. The high ceilings and large room made our guests feel comfortable and gave us plenty of space to dance the night away! The room can seat 400-500 people, however we only had about 150 attend our dinner. This gave us plenty of space to spread out our tables and give everyone the space that is muc needed at most receptions. I always hate going to weddings where you are packed in a constantly bumping into the people seated at the tables around you! We could not have been happier with the services that we received as well! The staff was always prompt in returning emails and phone calls and our bartenders for that night did a great job with our guests! Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our choice!
