The late night transportation was convenient and allowed our guests to enjoy themselves without worry. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and caring. Any last minute adjustments and worries were quickly taken care of with help from the staff. We are so appreciative of everyone for helping us to make our wedding a beautiful night that was free of stress. This was the perfect venue for our wedding.

was very helpful answering any questions we had from the very beginning and all the way to the wedding day. The food was amazing! We can not tell you how many compliments we got on the venue, food, and how fast everyone was able to get through the buffet line. We had about 300 guests and everyone had food in about 15 minutes. Unbelievable!!! The Chandelier was a beautiful place and had more than enough room to hold all our guests. There was no doubt in my mind when we picked the Chandelier Ballroom for our special day. was fast and organized even with 230 guests! The food was great and we got compliments all night and after! Everyone loved the venue and thought it was super cool! I would highly recommend for a large or small wedding! But they sure do know how to serve a large group of people!

very step of the way, Michele made sure that our wedding vision came to life!!! The food on the wedding day was phenomenal!!! Honestly was better than the tasting, which was still really good!!! The bathrooms are newly renovated and provided plenty of space for guests! Getting in the day before to set up was exactly what we needed to ensure a smooth sailing wedding day.

It is BY FAR the best food I've ever had at a wedding- the guests agreed. The venue is also perfect for a live band and had a great ambiance. The ballroom is HUGE which allowed us to space out tables as needed. The two large bars allowed guests to feel comfortable and distanced as they got their drinks. I can't recommend the Chandelier Ballroom enough!

All of a sudden there was a staff member that said she was there to help me get my food to my seat. There was staff constantly checking in on us at the head table and throughout the night. We had so many compliments on the food especially their sweets table. Everything turned out amazing.

Our original wedding date was 3/28/2020, but due to the governor's Safer At Home order, we had to postpone. Chandelier Ballroom (specifically Michele Price, the coordinator) was the best vendor to work with by far. As a bride being forced to postpone her dream 10 DAYS before the wedding, I couldn't appreciate Michele more. She checked in on how I was feeling, listened to question after question, carefully outlined all my options, and rolled with every punch that COVID dealt our way. She was up front and honest the entire time and was extremely flexible with rescheduling. I would tell people she was my "planning angel" because just the sound of her voice would calm my nerves. Even when our church had to cancel on us 2 weeks before the new wedding date, Michele flawlessly helped us coordinate a new ceremony at the Chandelier Ballroom. Our new date was 6/27/2020 and it was perfection. The food was served on time, hot, and was served above and beyond safety restrictions. The entire staff was courteous, kind, and efficient. I specifically remember the staff members complimenting and encouraging me before I walked down the aisle and it was incredibly special. My guests contacted me AFTER the wedding day to compliment the staff and their service. Michele communicated kindly with myself, my new husband, and both of our families. The grounds were gorgeous for photos as well. My dream came true at Chandelier Ballroom - even during a pandemic and a postponement. I am so grateful for the entire staff for the best day of my life.

My husband and I both have dietary restrictions and Michele worked with us on the menu custom making it for our needs and labeling all the other dietary issues for our guest. 10/10 would recommend and would have a party there again!

ed annoyed by my numerous emails with random questions. I rented both rooms and the fireside room was perfect for cocktail hour. There is also plenty of parking! I was able to set up the day before since there was no event which was a huge stress reliever. The fireplace is also perfect to take pictures in front of. And the food....amazing! We did the Italian package and everyone loved it! I would rent as much linens/extras from the venue as possible to make the cleanup process as easy as possible. I would def recommend this venue!

However, what really stands out is how organized, attentive, and helpful the director Michele is. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this venue for many different events. This venue has a lot of heart and soul poured into it, which really shows.

he responded within minutes (even when she was on vacation) Food was amazing- we got a ton of compliments. I would highly suggest the Parmesan crusted chicken! Staff were very accommodating in anything I needed and they have a great punch bowl idea (something old , something new, something borrowed, somethibg blue) Everyone complimented me on the hall (and how grand it was) and the new bathroom remodel looks great! Overall great place for a wedding I would highly recommend it.

We also loved the director, Michele, who was our contact from start to finish and sooo responsive to every single email (and I sent a lot because I kept forgetting things I wanted to ask) and so polite and kind. The Ballroom was super accommodating to our every need with everything leading up to and during the wedding. The food was amazing, our guests made friends with the awesome bartenders, and Michele anticipated everything before we even knew we needed something. Ah I just love this place! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! They made our wedding day go so smoothly and we are so, so grateful.

The food was hot for everyone and they all commented on how good the food was! We did not run out of appetizers, food or alcohol. No complaints about anything, my friends and family are still raving about our wedding! I highly recommend to anyone!

I did a budget using their pricing sheets in the beginning and when I got the bill, it was exactly what I thought. They were accommodating for our rehearsal and our set up. I cannot say enough how wonderful Michele was. Absolutely would recommend this place!

place to have a wedding! It's great for big weddings, lots of parking and bathrooms, and huge bars. The Chandelier Ballroom is the best place to have a wedding reception!

special day. We received a lot of compliments from our guests who loved the location. I would definately reccomend!

utiful, including the outdoor ceremony at their gazebo, which was gorgeous. We only had a couple problems. First, the day of our set-up was changed at the last minute so that the wedding on Friday night could extend into our room. It was a bit irritating but Michele was extremely helpful and aided in setting up. Secondly, I was assured several times that there would be no problems with guests from the wedding in the big room coming into our room. Well, during our first dance, we noticed a huge group of people looking in and watching. As we are a lesbian couple, we were very aware of this. On another occasion, a man came in and started dancing with us during a special song. There really wasn't any security between the two weddings, but in general, it wasn't a big problem. I would still recommend The Chandelier Ballroom to anyone I know having a wedding!

dinner/dancing to keep the group together and having a blast. Michele and her staff are AMAZING. They really worked with us and let us get creative with decorating. We were able to do a lot the day before and even assembled our bouquets there. The Chandelier is also constantly adding new options - like the late night hotdog cart our guest enjoyed. Tons of parking, no over the top charges like we found at so many other places. Amazingly great country feel - the best experience we could've asked for! PS We had a rather large wedding, but our total cost was closer to $5K than $10K and that includes the both the Ballroom and optional fireside lounge, linens, a shuttle service to hotels, hotdog cart, AND the bar bill.
