The Barn at Chandelier Farms is an elegantly rustic wedding venue tucked away on a rolling Texas countryside just a few minutes outside of Dallas in Terrell, TX. The charming, well-appointed barn and scenic landscape offers couples a beautiful canvas for their own unique wedding vision to come to life on that special day.
Facilities and Capacity
This flexible venue, with multiple ceremony site options is sure to have something for everyone. The custom Barn itself is a roomy 6,900sf, climate-controlled facility, with seating capacity for up to 286 guests. The thoughtful custom design, hand-selected décor elements and loving touches put into its conception make it the perfect place to host not only weddings, but rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, engagement parties, and so much more.
From the stunning open-air Chapel to the beautiful scenic meadows surrounded by native pecans, towering oaks and peaceful ponds, this venue offers a backdrop for whatever wedding vision you may have.
Plus, families will find it the natural choice for reunions and anniversary parties. Corporate events and teambuilding excursions are welcome too.

However when it was all said and done…
I received text messages from Regina stating that my guest and vendors caused $872.20 in “damages” to the venue.
Let me make myself very clear…I do take responsibility for the kitchen damages because I had a piss poor caterer who didn’t follow the venue rules and didn’t want anything filed on his insurance. That’s totally my bad and the real reason I can’t give Chandelier Farms 1 star.
HOWEVER! I do not believe that scuff marks on the floor from guest dancing…
and makeup on a rug is considered “damages” when those items can be cleaned! In my mind…floors, carpets, rugs etc. should be cleaned anyway cause what venue doesn’t keep those items clean on the regular?
My advice to the venue is to move the rug out of the bridal suit! Woman wear makeup and it will get everywhere! So don’t have carpet or rugs somewhere you know would get RUINED! And don’t charge people cleaning fees when you all should already be doing that at no extra cost!
I do feel that this venue is hard up for the little money and that exactly what they got out of me and my husband.
Beautiful venue, great amenities, but be sure to tell your guest to take a seat cause you’ll be charged cleaning fees for having a good time.

ith. Throughout our engagement, I had so many questions for them, which they answered promptly and completely. Not only were they responsive, they were so helpful and supportive. On my wedding day, they went above and beyond from morning until night, as they dried seats, mopped floors, helped with decor, refilled drink canisters, and even cleared trash from tables after dinner. I was blown away by their kindness and help. Chandelier Farms is easily the most beautiful venue I have ever been to, and on top of that, the owners are so incredibly helpful and easy to work with. My husband and I believe choosing Chandelier Farms for our venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

thing with beautiful scenery. I think we totally found that with Chandelier Farms. They offer beautiful farmhouse tables, in house bartenders, security, and you can bring in your own alcohol.
