Awesome experience! I wasn’t initially planning to do a shoot, just getting information to think about for a year or so down the road. Shannon was a top recommendation from friends, and she answered all my questions and gave me such inspiration that I finally decided to do it - despite being 20 weeks pregnant! I didn’t know exactly what to expect when I arrived, but Shannon’s confidence and positivity immediately put me at ease as she explained everything we would do. She had makeup and clothes all laid out, and everything was organized and clean. She spent so much time with me without rushing, and we tried all kinds of backdrops and poses. By the time I left, I felt relieved and excited about how well it went, and I couldn’t wait to see the pictures! We met for pizza and the reveal, and I was amazed at how Shannon had transformed me into a real model! It was obviously me, but not like I had ever seen myself before. She went above and beyond with photo styling. Shannon has an amazing creative eye that allows her to add so much to the final result. I loved that I could trust her to make such beautiful products without much input from me. The final photos were more amazing than I could have imagined and I had even made a new friend. Chandelier Studio was amazing! Shannon has an excellent artistic eye to capture precious moments. Shannon’s attention to EVERY aspect of the wedding from beginning to end was amazing! The time she spent with my wife and I in figuring out what we wanted was nothing short of phenomenal. Shannon’s presentation in working with us to finalize album and photo selection was superb. Having Shannon photograph our wedding was a fantastic experience from start to end. She is such a gifted photographer and our pictures are stunning! One of the things I really appreciated about her is that she took the time to get to know us before she shot our wedding to hear our love story and to understand the feeling we wanted our pictures to convey. Since we had an outdoor spring wedding, we wanted colorful, bright, and romantic. That is exactly what we got! In fact, she surpassed our expectations because she captured the feeling of every moment in such a beautiful, artistic way. We really weren’t even aware that she was around taking photos except for the posed shots; for being a photographer, she is extremely unobtrusive. I really like that our pictures have a blend of traditional and photojournalistic style because the posed photos are perfect for putting in frames and the other photos she took as events were happening naturally tell the story of our day and fill our album with all the moments we wanted to remember. If you are looking for someone sweet, personable, detail-oriented, and extremely talented, go with Shannon! She does not disappoint!
