at the same boutique my sister found hers but I went here first on a whim. From the second we walked in, we immediately felt like family. Chantal was so kind and welcoming. She asked me if I knew what I was looking for which I did and she asked if I minded if she made some recommendations which I was totally open to. She didn't try to push anything on me, explained that gowns by some designers could be adjusted to my liking and off we went. While trying on dresses, Chantal put a gorgeous headpiece on me along with a veil to get me an idea of what things could look like. I was very anxious and she kept reassuring me and telling me that I looked gorgeous. In the end it was between two gowns and Chantal told me we could put both of them back on as many times as I wanted if I thought they were it and she was there to help me find what I wanted. We went over the scheduled apointment time but there was still never any rush or pressure on me like I've heard happens at some places. There were a few facetime calls with my sister and plenty of pictures taken, they were actually encouraged. When it came to decision time, Chantal asked me what I felt with each of them and that's how I said YES to the dress. When I knew I had my dress, everyone including Chantal had happy tears.
