Our family and friends from our church contributed more planning than Chantal, who is ridiculously priced for no reason. In the beginning, I thought it would be beneficial to hire Chantal because I was newer to the area and I wasn’t familiar with any vendors. I also thought I would receive special offers or discounts with the vendors because I went through Chantal. She was completely clueless during our wedding and rehearsal. Her kindness seemed very forced. She does not work good under pressure and I believe my wedding would have went a lot better without her. She lies a lot. She has a so-called assistance named Amanda of whom we have never spoke with nor seen. Not that it mattered to us, but she informed my husband and I that her father is a Pastor only to “appeal” to our liking because my husband’s father is a Pastor. She said she grew up in the church but couldn’t tell us which church nor where her father Pastored/s. That was the first red flag because she did not have to do that. Everyone in my family and bridal party was so upset with her work. We had other Vendors eyes raise when they found out we were working with Chantal. My photographer, Allison from Essence Photography did a better job coordinating our day.... OUR PHOTOGRAPHER! I remained very kind to Chantal because I was truly rooting for her to pull of our special day and she disappointed me deeply. I am not one to write negative reviews, but my experience with Chantal was that awful. Oh and how could I forget, she kicked out two of my guest who my father invited last minute. They left in tears and our family had to catch them before they pulled off to ask them to stay. She didn’t even speak with anyone before she made that decision! I could cry just thinking about all of this, so to all the future brides/grooms please, please, please be really cautious of Chantal’s Wedding Planning. I wish I was kidding, but it truly felt like it was her first rodeo.

edding back home in Indiana, we were stressed and pressed for time. Chantal and her team, specially Amanda, who we mainly coordinated with before the event, was wonderful. She assisted in connecting us with local vendors so we were able to order our flowers and decorations. We had a classic summer garden wedding at our home by the lake. We were very pleased with the decoration and details Chantal’s team executed and designed. The table center pieces and head table decorations were exactly what we wanted. Classy, simple and beautiful. We had fresh floral reefs for our center tables and beautiful floating candles vases in the middle. Amanda assisted us with those details and we are so happy it turned out beautifully. Chantal met me locally and physically went to a few shops with me to purchase the decorations for the head table. She genuinely took her time with me to make sure I was happy with each detail, I did not feel rushed. Finally the day of the event came quickly and our family was very pleased and appreciative of Chantal and her team for working hard the day of with setting up the tables, chairs, decorations and any other items my family had asked her team. Overall, we are appreciative and grateful for Chantal and her team and we highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for being part of our fairytale wedding.

So many brides aren't able to truly enjoy their special moment because they are so busy trying to coordinate everything. 's wedding. When it came time to hire a planner for our big day, we knew exactly who to go with. From day one, Chantal was very helpful and easy to work with. Every time we met it was like meeting with an old friend to discuss your wedding! She paid close attention to all of our requests and details. She also had an extensive list of resources which made it really easy to get exactly what we wanted. With each meeting she was very professional and made me and my wife feel at ease about the wedding. Chantal's expertise really shined through on the day of the wedding! Our setup was non-traditional in that we had the ceremony and the reception at one location in a large banquet hall. All of our concerns were handled with care while Chantal and her team helped transform our venue into everything we imagined. Our wedding was in May and we are still receiving compliments to this day from many of our 200+ guests on how much they enjoyed the ceremony and reception. We have Chantal to thank for that! What most would consider one of the most stressful days of their lives turned out to be a beautiful, care-free day that was enjoyed by all!

tended the wedding. Chantal was a blast to work with and you can tell she enjoys what she does. It's not just a job or about the money for her. Her experience and knowledge were invaluable. She gave great suggestions, advice and recommendations and she was a perfect sounding board to bounce ideas off of. She steered us in the right direction on so many things and I always felt like she had our best interest in mind. The day of, everything went smoothly and I didn't need to worry about a thing, because she was there throughout to take care of it. Thanks again Chantal for making our day beautiful!!!!!!!

My husband (then fiance) and I chose a decor package for our ceremony and paid her in full for that package, signed a contract, then told her we would probably be in contact with her about adding more to the package we purchased. The next day Chantal called me and said they had double-booked my wedding day and they would not be able to provide decor for my wedding ceremony, despite having already accepted the money and signed the contract. That was fine, I understand sometimes accidents happen. My problem was that Chantal then told me she would be keeping part of my payment for her "time and travel" but she would refund me the rest of the money and cancel the contract. A "time and travel" fee was never mentioned nor was it listed in my contract. I was very disappointed that she had wasted MY time by double-booking me and I was certainly not going to let her keep part of my money when it was her company that made the mistake. After a very heated conversation she finally agreed to refund the partial payment and send the rest at a later date. That later date was about three weeks later. I would say beware of this company. Like I said she might do good work but that whole issue made question her integrity.
