I've never had a worse experience working with a business owner. Went in, designed my dress with Chantel and paid my deposit. Tried to get a hold of her for months and was ignored until I finally get an answer saying she totally dropped the ball and that she wanted a do-over. More months pass and still no update. Text Chantel for an update and honestly to just cancel the order at this point. She said she would give me a refund but needed time to get me back the money. I said okay. Never heard from her until I reached back out. Ignored me 2 times before getting back to me. Finally texts me back and tells me she doesn't offer refunds. So basically she has $1,700 of my money and I have nothing and she won't give it back. I even asked for the supplies that she said she bought for the dress and won't give that to me either. I absolutely don't trust her. She makes beautiful dresses but honestly I'd stay away.

Chantel's wedding dresses are works of art. The staff at my venue, who do hundreds of weddings a year, couldn't stop gushing over how unique and gorgeous my dress was. Multiple people said it was the best dress they'd ever seen. I had a hard time finding a dress I loved since I wanted something unique, but with classic undertones. The Jolene ended up being perfect for me — dramatic with a classic shape, but with blue hand painting on the skirt, it was unlike anything else out there. I felt fantastic on my wedding day and like I had found a needle in a haystack with my dress. The team at the store was also extremely helpful, sending a sample to me in New York and fixing an error in the order (not their fault) immediately. If you want a beautiful, comfortable, unique wedding dress, look no further. Chantel's designs are unlike anyone else's and will make you feel incredible on your wedding day.

I found my amazing dress at Chantel Lauren and I'm so excited to wear it for my wedding next year. Chantel Lauren dresses are great for the bride who wants something high quality, on-trend, but not what you've seen a million times before. Leah was patient and helpful and didn't put any pressure on me.

If you are looking for a stunning and unique gown, look no further! I had my eye on rose gold Mae for a solid year before I was even engaged. The second I tried it on I knew it was the perfect dress and exactly what I had envisioned myself wearing on my wedding day. I always knew I wanted something unique and not what some would call “traditional”. To me, I will never be a “dated” bride who looks back and regrets her gown of choice. Everything is so timeless and stunning. If I could get married every year and wear a Chantel Lauren design I would! Such an amazing experience. So grateful I came across this lovely business and I’m even more grateful for such caring, talented artists who made all my wedding dreams come true! 💕

These dresses are literally works of art! We have gotten to use gowns at a few styled shoots and I’ve been blown away each time. They fit beautifully, the fabrics are stunning and the hand painted ones blow me away every time! One of my absolute favorite wedding gown design houses!

I went with a friend to say yes to the dress. I was blown away by the time, attention to detail, and experience I had working with Chantel. She’s so fun and has a great eye for design, really made me want to get married again just I could work with her and get a well-made gown that fits perfectly! To all the brides, you can’t go wrong with Chantel Lauren! She’s amazing and each one of her gowns are absolutely stunning!

From making the first enquiry to the delivery of my daughters gorgeous blue Mae wedding dress Chantel and her team were awesome. They kept in close contact by email answering all our questions as the dress was shipped from Salt Lake City to Scotland UK while we excitedly tracked its journey. The quality of the tailoring, the fabrics used and the uniquely beautiful hand painted skirt layer is superb. My daughter was the happiest and most beautiful bride. The dress is now truly a beautiful heirloom. Would highly recommend Chantel Lauren gowns and the service of the company.

I truly could not have asked for more from my experience within Chantel Lauren. I was lucky enough to meet their lovely team who made sure that my custom requests were executed perfectly and my dress was delivered well in advance of my wedding so it could be taylored. I wore Mae in Platinum for my wedding and she was/is perfect. A piece of art that had a lot of love, care, and attention given. Highly highly recommend!

I wore a custom Chantel Lauren down with the Loretta top and Steele blue Mae skirt. The dress was rush ordered and arrived perfectly on time for hemming and slight alterations. It was a custom size and fit like a glove. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They even share on social media :). I just got my photos back and CANNOT WAIT to share. The blue is just gorgeous.

I never really imagined my wedding dress when I was little, so going into wedding dress shopping I didnt really have a plan. After trying on several beautiful traditional dresses (that didn’t really feel like me), I tried on the Mae dress, and absolutely fell in love with the hand painted skirt. As someone that was larger chested, I felt a bit self conscious in the unstructured bodice. The ladies at Pearl & Dot contacted Chantel Lauren and we used a more structured bodice from another dress, which was perfect for a Maui beach wedding. Honestly the dress was a complete show stopper, and we have the most magical photos! I was so happy to find a unique dress that felt like me, and made me feel beautiful. On top of all that, the custom service we received from Chantel Lauren was incredible, and I love that it was hand made, from a smaller business.
